Home is where the heart is ” and that’s exactly what comes to mind every time I step into The Views of Marion. As an outside nurse, I visit many facilities, and I can confidently say the long-term care staff here are exceptional. They truly know their residents and care for them as if they were members of their own family. Every time I arrive, I am met with a detailed and thorough report ” and I always think, WOW. With so many residents to care for, their attentiveness and familiarity with each individual is remarkable. The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. I’m always greeted with kindness and hospitality. When I leave, I often think that if I ever had to place a loved one in a long-term care facility, The Views of Marion would absolutely be my first choice. Special recognition to Qunesha Q, LPN, Lisa, LPN, Kourtney, Restorative Nurse, and Devin, MDS. Your genuine tenderness, joy, and loving care do not go unnoticed. You bring comfort not only to your residents and their families, but also to those of us who work alongside you. I have never walked into the building without being greeted by your smiles. The Views of Marion cared for my grandma two different occasions. They offered rehab and hospice care. Both stays the staff were amazing. They cared for her like she was their own grandma. The facility was very clean! The nursing and hospice staff were very caring and kept her comfortable until her last day.

When my 80+ year old mother was scheduled for two surgeries in May and July this past year, our family agreed that we wanted her to stay at the Views. This was her second stay at the Views-- she had also recovered there following an earlier surgery. We don't want to mention names (for fear we may forget someone). Suffice it to say that the administrative staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us through Medicare and insurance issues. We also very much appreciated the efforts of the skilled nurses, the physical therapy specialists and all of the assistants who helped with her recovery. Kudos to all of the good people at the Views for getting mom on the road to recovery!!

My Mom is in memory care. When I come to visit her, she's always in a good mood, and says she likes where she's at. The staff keeps the residents busy with many activities. I always enjoy visiting with them. They also like to hear the stories Mom tells them, and when they find out it really happened, it makes their day. When I leave, I feel comfortable knowing she's being well taken care of.

I have nothing but positive things to say about TheViews. Our dad spent the last few weeks of his life there. The staff and everyone was extremely kind and compassionate. Sam/DON did an excellent job addressing his needs and keeping us informed along the way, she clearly takes the time to know each resident. Thank you to all the staff for being so loving during a precious time in our dad's life
