My sister went to visit my Mother today and the lady with the dog is sitting on the couch again with a wastebasket throwing up!!! That is disgusting. Now the building will have to go through quarantine again, to prevent spreading of whatever she has. I'm sure she felt sick before she got to the lobby and should have stayed in her room. First of all I don't think that chair should be right by the desk, so she can hear what everybody is going on at the front desk. There is no PRIVACY. She is being nosy and she has no right to be privy to what is going on with other residents or staff. Every time I come in that DOG growls at me. What about people with allergies to pets. Pets should be kept in there room, except to relieve themselves outside away from the building. Don't get me wrong, I like dogs, but not everyone does. No residents should be aware of what is being discussed between staff and residents or staff to staff. This is privileged information, and if it is a medical issue being discussed, HIPPA guidelines are being broken. We always hear how there will be improvements, but nothing changes. I sent this email to Director 4 days ago, but no response. He is avoiding the issues.

If I could give you negative 20 stars it would be to many, This place has a couple rounds of sickness in the last few weeks, I stopped on Saturday the 11th to visit my Grandmother and there was a lady in the front lobby with her dog by the front desk holding a trash can puking in it I said something to the front desk lady that she should be in her room not spreading germs in the lobby/hallway, she said she called someone but couldn't do anything else. Why are sick residents allowed to be roaming the building spreading their germs and possibly getting others sick.

I would highly recommend Eagle Point Place. There are plenty of activities for any interest. The people are not just employees but build quality relationships with the residents. I was worried about my mom adjusting to the move but after a year I can truly say that it has been the best thing for her. She is happy and independent.

I love working with the people at this facility. They are so friendly, fun and treat their residents like Kings and Queens!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to move into an independent or assisted living facility. I can always feel the positive energy floating in the air whenever I step into the building. Such an amazing place to work for. The bond that you make with the residents and their families is so touching and the residents always greet you and make sure to put a smile on your face. The staff is amazing and the food is DELICIOUS.

Eagle Pointe offers many opportunities to connect with other residents. Residents are offered a variety of daily activities including card games, exercise, swimming pool and bus trips. In the summer time there are beautiful flower beds. Also, staff and residents can enjoy the produce from a fresh vegetable garden. Eagle Pointe is a great place to work.

Terrific place. Covid was hard on everyone, but the staff did the best they could and worked hard to make sure everyone stayed safe. Now that things are opening up my dad has never been happier!

This is one of the best places to live. I couldnt express how much love and care is here. Eagle Pointe Place has one of the best Excextive directos; Jacobi Feckers. So willing and understanding - the staff in all departments are outstanding. If you are looking for a place to live - this would be the place - from daily activities - good food- beautiful grounds to walk on and even transportion. Its been rough with Covid - but Eagle Pointe Place has made the best of it and took the right precautions! If your looking for you new Home this would be the place to be.

I stayed at Eagle Point Place for a month this Spring recovering from complications from hip surgery. Had a great room and everyone on staff was great. Made a difficult situation much better then it could have been. Also, all of the residents that I got to know while I was there were just wonderful!
