You couldn’t find a nicer, more caring staff to take care of your loved ones! From the nurses to the aides to the administration they are all wonderful and obviously care about their residents. During some of the toughest times they have been great to work with. 5 stars all the way for Woodlands and the folks at Silvercrest!!

Woodlands Creek is an amazing place! When looking for assisted living for my mother after her stroke, we found that we were very impressed with everything they could provide for her. The apartments are beautiful, the activities are awesome, the food is yummy (we've had several opportunities to sample and enjoy), and the pricing is very reasonable. There are so many things that make Woodlands Creek such a great place, but what impressed us the most was the staff. We have been overwhelmed by their love and support, not only for my mom, but all of us as well. They truly are our family. Words cannot express just how amazing they all are! They have such an exceptional, longstanding staff that continues to amaze us! We are so very blessed to have each and every one of them care for my mom! She is thriving! We are so grateful to them all! Thank you will never be enough!!

This is a wonderful home for our elderly Community. They are well taken care of with lots of fun activities. They have Transportion that takes them places several times a week, because we all know we need outings. The staff is amazing it just feels like a big home with lots of people that live here. Everybody feels welcomed and loved and that’s the way I would want to feel for myself or my loved one.

Our mom has been at Woodlands Creek for 6 years and the staff are truly outstanding. They go above and beyond in their customer service and they truly make her feel at home. We are so thankful for this facility and all the personable service they have provided our family over the years. I cannot recommend this senior living facility enough!

My parents have lived at Woodlands over six years and every time I come for a visit, they mention (usually multiple times!) how much they love it and what a great decision it was to move there. The staff show such affection and respect for the residents and are always eager to make sure they/we have what they need. The food is fantastic - always a favorite part of my visits and the facilities are lovely. I highly recommend it for those considering a graduated care residential community.

I love how the staff truly cares about the residents that live at Woodlands. It is a very family and resident oriented community. New residents are always welcomed with open arms by the staff and other residents. Absolutely 5 out of 5!

This is the greatest place for my mother-in-law. She is in a friendly and safe environment, that allows her to do the things she likes. And the employees, truly treat her like a part of their family. They provide her just the right push, when she needs it. It provides me and my wife with ‘peace of mind, in knowing she is well taken care of.

Welcoming, Bright, Clean, Caring, Family. All words to describe this place. My grandparents moved to Woodlands Independent Living Center around 10 years ago. The staff treated them like family from day one. As their health declined our family made the hardest decision to move them to Assisted Living. The greatest part was, that we were not alone during that decision. The staff who had become like family, guided us through it, and made the transition smooth. The best part is the assisted living has the caring staff that we had in independent in the same complex. My grandfather unfortunately passed in 2019. Once again, I was amazed at the tender and loving care that my grandpa received. He was able to stay in his residence and receive hospice care. There are no words to describe how peaceful his passing was due to Woodlands Creek. When Covid arrived, nothing changed. The staff were able to make sure we maintained in communication with our family, and my grandmother never felt the stress that Covid had on the rest of the world. They made sure to create a place to talk with my grandmother so we were able to visit at a safe distance. My grandmother is still currently residing there and I wouldnt change it for the world. If you want a safe, clean, friendly, helpful place for your loved one to live, look no farther. Youve found it at Woodlands Creek, the place where youre all family.

Would that I could leave a 10-star review. Weve lived here since 2012 and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. ALL the Staff is outstanding. Residents are friendly and activities are starting to pick up again after Covid. In the past weve had 2 Bean Bag Baseball teams who played in competition against other facilities. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

After my father passed, my husband and I visited several independent living facilities. We narrowed them down to three, then took my mother to visit those three. She selected Woodlands Creek Independent Living. She lived in her apartment for two years before experiencing some health complications. She decided it was time to move to the Assisted Living building. Her transition couldnt have been smoother. The Director of Nursing visited my mother before and after her transition. The staff from the Independent AND the Assisted Living buildings worked together to ease the transition. And one of the things my mother still talks about was how much she appreciated walking into her new home and seeing her friends from Independent Living. They are her extended family. Shortly after she moved to Assisted Living, COVID-19 turned ugly. For the safety of all, the residents were confined to their apartments. But family could visit via windows or FaceTime, Zoom or anyway possible to stay in touch safely. This precaution, although not the preferred method, kept COVID away from the residents. NOT ONE ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENT CONTRACTED COVID! We are so happy my mother chose Woodlands Creek from the numerous facilities we checked out. We have not had one day of regret in the three years she has lived there. We hope she has many more years to be with Woodlands Creek and her extended family!

I believe that Woodlands Creek is a 5 star community full of wonderful staff that will bend their backs without hesitation to make sure ones needs are always met. Every experience is a memorable one. Being able to sleep at night knowing your loved one is more than safe and being cared for by selfless staff is what makes them so great. The hospitality is out of this world. What an inviting and awesome community, love it!

My husband and I have been residents of Woodlands Independent Living for 3 years. We can think of no better place to call home. This has been especially true this last year with Covid 19. The staff have gone to extra lengths to keep us safe and healthy, all the while keeping a great attitude and smiles for us residents. We cant thank them enough. Cleanest kitchens Ive ever seen! Very pleasant environment, with warm fireplaces and waterfalls, residents dine as if it were a 5 star restaurant. Food is amazing. Residents are the reason I work here everyday! The company feels like home. One big family!

The staff here care for the residents like they are family! My parents moved into assisted living 4 years ago. My dad passed away 2 years ago. During his last days he was non-responsive under hospice care...different staff members would come in and sit with him, AFTER their shifts were over. They truly loved and cared for him. My mom has now moved to the memory care unit. She is thriving there with the activities and care she receives.

My mom has lived here for 9 years - initially in a townhome/Villa and more recently in an apartment close to the clubhouse. Mom loves the friends she has made here, the good food, the activities available, the guest speakers & music groups that come regularly. And after 9 years, somehow the atmosphere of this place just keeps getting better. The Staff is AMAZING - everyone does a wonderful job, seems to enjoy working here & as a team, and it shows in everything they do with the folks who live here. Great place!!

The place is amazing! The employees r what make a difference. Stacy, Kathy (who is a very special person) Kevin and Ingrid. They make u feel loved. Kevin tried to accommodate my mom multiple times . The only suggestion I would share, instead of nurses standing around talking and eating, keep them busy by talking with patients in there rooms etc. Thank you, its a wonderful place!!

We feel so fortunate to have found Woodlands Creek. When we were searching for places for Mom and Dad they instantly felt comfortable at Woodlands Creek. The facility was warm and friendly and the staff was so caring. They lived 5 years in their beautiful independent level apartment. When they needed more assistance they moved across the street to Silvercrest, in an equally nice apartment. It was obvious that the staff really cared about the residents and understood the struggles involved in aging. Mom and Dad made good friends and enjoyed many of the various activities. They were able to maintain a great quality of life. Hospice was available to help when end of life was near. Choosing Woodlands Creek was one of the best decisions we ever made.

My sibing is has been at Silvercrest going on six years. I cannot say enough of positive things about Silvercrest. The staff is excellent in ALL areas. The nursing staff is wonderful and very caring. And he has access to Independent Living activities. Although the independent living building is not connected to assisted living, they have transportation to it. My brother is able to walk over. Many are not able to so the transportation is option. We feel at great peace with him being there and love that he gets such great care!!! Also, the administration is always open to hearing what is going on. Thank you!!!

My mother was at Silvercrest for seven years. She received amazing care and attention. Having had both my parents in other facilities during their final years, I can attest that none could hold a candle to the care and love Silvercrest provides. Outstanding, caring staff, beautiful surroundings and a true sense of community. I was there a lot and got to see close-up the dedication and competence of everyone who works there. Mom loved it and trusted them completely, which was the true test. They went above and beyond to ensure her care and happiness. I cannot say enough good things about Silvercrest.

For the past five years our mother has lived and enjoyed the caring experience provided by the Woodlands Creek Community. That sense of community that allowed a feeling of trust and safety was obvious from management through the entire staff. Mom went from Independent Living, to Assisted Living, to Memory Care, and at each level she found the consistent help that was appropriate for her. We found the staff to be just as welcoming and caring toward our entire family. We will be forever grateful for the numerous times when the nurses, care givers, chef and his helpers, cleaning and maintenance personnel all have gone the extra mile for our mother.

We were truly blessed with the care our mother received at Silvercrest over the past 2 1/2 years. The staff was very caring and kind to all of the residents. Staff turnover is minimal which really allows them to get to know their residents. If your loved one needs a little more daily support, this is an excellent place for assisted living!

My mom gets excellent care with the staff here. We are very pleased with the facility and staff. The director of the nursing care is fabulous with mom's nursing care and works closely with her doctor. The activities director keeps activites flowing throughout the day. Even the kitchen staff keeps tabs on mom's care. We are so pleased that Mom is here. We would recommend it anyone who needs independent and assisted living care.
