I toured this facility over the last week and I must say, it really blew me away on how luxurious it is! The full kitchen appliances were such a plus for my Mom, the community is well kept and nicely updated. The young lady showing us around was so professional and understanding of what I’ve been going through. We will be making our decision to move mom here this month!

I did not know what the Arbordale was. I was familiar with the Reserve but didn't know it had changed to senior apartments. I had no place to live at the time and came on a Friday and ran into a maintenance staff member who gave me a tour and I fell in love with the place. He had the Director call me that night and she set up an appointment with me on Monday. I signed the lease that day and I have been here now about 6 months and could not be happier! I have made many wonderful friends. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

We , my wife Connie and I, moved in here about 8 months ago. Moving from a 4-bedroom home to here was a challenge but it has been a very positive move. Our apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has become 'home' more quickly than we anticipated. Our new 'neighbors' have been a delight to get-to-know and are quickly becoming our new friends - friends you look forward to conversing with and spending time with whether in the hallway, at an afternoon Fireside gathering, over an evening meal, or at one othe many other activities offered. Words fail to describe the staff here at Arbordale. Almost immediately you experience their concern for your well-being and their capacity to help you in your transition to living here. From day 'one' a mutual friendship has grown and you feel part of a new family, both with staff and residents. We would highly recommend The Arbordale if you are looking for an independent style living community.

Beautifully remodeled with many activities and amenities. Apartments are larger than most others in the area. I toured 7 places before moving here 5 years ago. I love that its “ closer in” the metro. Did not want to live miles away in busy areas. It is truly residentially located right on the bike trail along North Walnut Creek. Beautiful with abundant wildlife. Dog friendly too which is a mandatory feature for me. I also like the size. Not a monstrous facility that feels institutional and impersonal. The staff is great and always has time for you. Will stay here as long as I’m able - hopefully many more years!

We have lived here 7 years. Whenever there is a problem (not often) they are more than happy . Happy to help with transportation to Doctor appt. with no extra charge. All employees are very compassionate and caring. Will take time out to answer all questions with a smile on their face. The other residents are great. Wonderful mix of people that are like a second family

Great location, friendly neighbors, warm staff, plenty of amenities and activities to choose to take part in. The Arbordale is now a month-to-month rental community and will soon be getting a multi-million dollar renovation. Exciting new things happening here!

We moved here May 1st. 5 years ago. After 65 years in Laurens ,Iowa (Same House) We Love it here at The Reserve Have made so many New Friends. But we miss those in Laurens. They keep us so busy doing things. Fun Things. Could not of picked a better place for our Retirement. Love it here. Stop by & see us sometime .Always Welcome at the Triggs. Eileen & Vince

My mother lived at the Reserve for 10 plus years. The apartments, condos are very spacious. The facility is well kept and managed. They keep the place looking like new. There are many amenities like dining room, craft room, woodworking shop, movies, and exercise equipment. Parking is underground.
