My wifes grandfather resides at Hibiscus Court. Reetu has been extremely helpful- from the tour to helping with making sure we stay on top of everything. They have a lot of fun events every month and they truly care about their residents.

As a member of the senior industry, Ive been in and out of Hibiscus Court for the last 8+ years. What a fun group! I like the fact that they have a low turnover rate and that they train and use Teepa Snows techniques for their clients with dementia.

I have been involved with Hibiscus Court for over 2 years. Before Covid I attended events in person and loved seeing how everyone there interacted with the residents. They really care and are continuously coming up with new ways to keep their residents engaged from Mardi Gras and Residents Gone Wild to Spa days. Brian, the Executive Director even gets in on the fun having concerts for staff and residents. And Reetu is the best to work with.

As a professional guardian, I have experiences with most facilities in Brevard County. Hibiscus Court is by far the most consistently well run assisted living. From the Executive Director to the aides on the floor, the staff is professional and communicative. Even with the pandemic, the residents are happy with the accommodations, the food and the activities.I appreciate how hard each team member works to insure each resident feels comfortable and recognized.

We have been so very happy with our moms experience at Hibiscus Court. Every single member of the staff has known her name since day 1 and everyone is always so caring and attentive. Having to place our mom in assisted living at the age of 101 was so very difficult for us...but at 103 she is still going strong and she continually tells us how everyone at Hibiscus is so good to her. We could not ask for a better more caring environment.

Such a wonderful and caring staff. They treat the residents like family (and family of residents like family). Never had any regrets about Mom being there, and she was always happy there. Hibiscus Court is a wonderful place when a family member needs assisted living care.

My mom has been resident of Hibiscus Court for over a year. In that time I have watched her thrive and become less anxious and confused in her state of Dementia. Prior to coming to Hibiscus Court, she was losing ground and it would break my heart to leave her because of the look of confusion she would give me. But the loving and expert care that she has received in the last year has allowed her to maintain a stable mental state. She is safe, comfortable and well taken care of and always has a smile and bright open eyes when I show up to visit with her. I know the names of everyone of the aids and appreciate the hard work that they do with little immediate thanks. I also receive regular updates on her health when the doctor arrives to make his periodical visits

We lucked into Hibiscus Court. During a hospital stay at HRMC, doctors told us Mom needed 24 hour care. While driving up to visit, I saw the sign, Hibiscus Court with a memory unit. My siblings and I rushed over to check it out. Walking through the front door we were in awe of the beauty of the facility. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and treated us like we were family. We were given a tour, invited to talk to residents that we encountered. The residents seemed truly happy. Every where we were taken, the facility was extremely clean. They had one room available and we grabbed it. We have been very pleased with the care given to our mother. She is now in the Memory Unit and that excellent care continues.

My uncle and aunt lived there for more than 5 years, and I met them when my uncle died and I went to pick up my aunt to bring her to live in Brasil with us. I spent 10 days there, with my aunt, and I loved everything, from the beautiful place, and wonderful caring staff. If you want to be sure you or your loved ones will be in a great place they can call home, it will be Hibiscus Court!

I can not praise this place enough!!! We moved my mother in several years ago on the advise of her doctor. We didn't have much time to look as he would not discharge from the hospital without 24 hour care. My siblings and I walked across the street on a Saturday and was given a tour, mind you we didn't have an appt. We knew this was the place and followed up with Heidi on Monday morning. Mom moved in on Tuesday. Living out of state I have peace of mind knowing my mom is well taken care of. Every time I talk with my mom she says she is treated like a queen and this I believe. The activities they offer their residents are by and far the best. I'm almost jealous because they have so much fun! Mom was recently moved to the memory unit and I recently visited, the staff was remarkable with the care they gave. Mom had a few rough days while I was there and the care they gave her brought so much peace to me. I saw how they interacted with several residents, some were challenging and they were so wonderful. The entire staff from maintenance, housekeeping, dietary, nursing and administration are awesome!

The beautiful rooms, the location with a view of the lake, the delicious food and the caring and fun-loving staff makes this feel like a wonderful environment for all. Heidi and her crew make you feel like you're on a party boat with her as Cruise Director extraordinaire. Save my spot in a few years.
