Very dedicated and caring staff and owners, clean and friendly facility!

My Mom lived at Florida Shores for 5 years. I can’t say enough about this loving and professional staff. When I first took over responsibility of my Moms care I looked at a lot of facilities and at first put her in a facility that looked like it was fun and fancy and would offer my Mom a lot in care and benefits. I soon found that it was impersonal, staff and management changed almost weekly. They did not give my Mom the focused care she needed. We moved her to Florida Shores and they were amazing. It’s small, not super super fancy but clean and cozy. The staff had not changed in the 5 years she was there. The same staff cared for her for 5 years! The owners Irene and Ronel were ALWAYS available for question or communication via text and phone and just very kind and professional. My Mom always talked about how good the food was. She loved her room and played lots of games. She never left her room in the other facility. The staff are almost childlike in their enthusiasm and the energy is joyous and fun. They were always having fun activities and celebrated birthdays and holidays with lots of yummy food and cakes. Most of all they just really care about their residents. I can honestly say The staff felt like family and now that Mom is gone I can take comfort in knowing she got the very best care possible and really enjoyed the last years of her life. Thank you Irene, Ronel and staff. You are true angels. ❤️
