Both of my grandparents were here and everyone was fabulous. My grandma had died in November of 2023 and my grandpa died in February of this year; the thought of reviewing was painful for a long time but I wanted to say thank you for everything. When my grandpa was dying, I was sick and wouldn't go inside and risk spreading germs. It was cold outside and I stood outside his window until the admissions director was kind enough to bring me a foldable chair and also refreshments. Even the lawncare people were kind enough to let us have our space while we were waiting for my grandpa's last moments; and they were trying to remulch around us. I'm sure that our presence outside looked odd but no one bothered us and admissions was so very sweet and accommodating. This facility will show everyone's loved ones care and support. My family and I highly recommend this beautiful place.

I've been on two tours of Inspiritas of West Melbourne and I am very impressed. The residents are so well cared for. I also attend the monthly support group for care givers which has been so helpful in learning about the stages of dementia. I feel like I am prepared for whatever comes next with my parent.

Beautiful facility. I would recommend this to any family who is struggling with their loved ones. As there are different phases of the disease, it's important to keep your family member active so they don't stumble into a depression which can worsen the disease. This facility checks all those boxes.

I chose this facility for my father because of the multiple 5 star ratings and a great tour and sales pitch. However, after paying the 2500 deposit and moving him in, it has been quite the disaster. He has been there for two weeks and they still can't get his medication distribution straight. His bed sheets have not been changed in a week and his laundry has piled up in a mountain in his room. The first weekend I visited him, I went to eat dinner with him and we both sat there for about an hour until someone went to find his dinner. The chef came out and apologized and I found he was fired shortly after. After multiple arguments via phone/email/in person, they can't seem to get his meds right - even ran out of a prescription for days and never called me. Also, showering also seems to be a problem, as he was called "set in his ways" after he was questioning why he needs to shower after he is already dressed and has eaten lunch, because it fits the caregivers' schedules. My father is a 95 year old Korean War Veteran, retired schoolteacher and has beginnings of memory issues and dementia. I am hoping this will be cleared up soon but I can honestly say I don't have high hopes.

Inspiritas has been a godsend for our loved one and our family. While transitioning our family member to memory care was a tough decision, the compassion shown by staff has been exemplary and helped us to know we made the right decision. The facility is lovely, clean and cheerful. They have wonderful enrichment activities going on throughout the day for those who wish to participate. The food is great. We are lucky to live close by to visit our family member often, and while she has good days and bad days (just the nature of dementia), we are comforted to know she is safe and cared for.

Attended the 2nd year in biz anniversary. Everything was top notch first class. We 100% enjoyed the celebration. The chef is the very best. All the meals are delish, and perfectly seasoned. The place is BEAUTIFUL and white glove clean. The staff members are all incredible and are always respectful, and take such great care of all the residents. There are always events for the residents and family members. My loved one has never looked healthier and has even put on much needed weigh.Thank you for loving our parent.

From the time you contact them for information, to touring the facility, and meeting the staff your are welcomed warmly and made to feel important. The staff is caring and compassionate, and making him feel as comfortable and at home as possible. The facility is beautiful, and the executive director is professional and extremely knowledgeable! Inspiritas is an awesome home for the mind. Wonderful services, the food is great! Beautiful and relaxing courtyard. They even got fun and enjoyable games to play, fitness, therapy, movie room, enjoyable musical entertainments, family fun day. There are so much positives to say about inspiritas. Such a beautiful and caring community. From the top at our ED to all that take care of the residents. Our nurses cna's cooks housekeeping activities and maintenance HR and our sales dept. My mom has been at Inspiritas since early March. Unfortunately, she fell and broke her pelvis and was at two hospitals and a rehab facility before returning today! My mom was welcomed with open arms and treated like a queen from the moment I pulled the car up. Several of the staff members were waiting for her and gave her hugs! My mom was so happy to be home! I appreciate all the warm and welcoming staff who treat mom and others like family. I can now rest easy knowing mom is in great hands and getting the care she needs.

A wonderful facility with a staff that seems to truly care about the residents. We have provided musical entertainment for the residents since the facility opened, and we have always been received well here. This facility specializes in taking care of folks with memory care issues, and the building was designed specifically for this purpose. The main building wraps around a lovely large courtyard area which makes for a nice outdoor gathering space. They do a very good job here.

The Executive Director is so kind. She has a servant heart and is very knowledgeable and is available to help with any questions or concerns. The Staff is wonderful. I have absolute confidence that the residents are happy, healthy and safe under their care. One of the very few places I would trust to care for my Mom and Dad. If you haven't been in to meet the Staff and see the community, I'd say go on and set up tour. The very best around.

My father has lived in Inspiritas since their opening. We have been very happy with his care. Today they hosted a cookout event for families and the chef prepared a special Vegetarian meal for me. It was delicious and very thoughtful. The staff always keeps us informed and keeps my dad smiling with their positive attitudes. Special thanks to Lizzy, Michelle and Francine. Definitely recommend them to care for your family should you find yourself in the position to need a safe place for your elderly family member.

We moved Mom for the 4th time in 18 months and finally got it right! I was doing more homework this time and read about 80 reviews...none of which were negative...unlike those I read about other facilities. You can tour a facility and they will make promises but reading reviews from families with loved ones as residents is the key, in my experience. Inspiritas has the care of the dementia patient down to a science and they only have dedicated employees on staff...UNIQUE. I will name some of them so that they are recognized...I can't thank them enough. Nurses: Peggy, Diane, Darlene, Tammy, Helen and Kristen. CNA's: Rosen, Duet, Kaylee, Crystal, Maria and Judy. Donna in housekeeping and Fran and Cruz providing enrichment activities. Tracy and the PT and OT staff. Alexandra and Ashlyn do a great job at the front desk. The administrators are so helpful and dependable: Barbara(DON), Lizzie, Ashley, Michelle, Food service coordinator, Tina. I will mention those individuals I forgot in my next review. BTW- the reason I know their names is because I personally thank them, regularly, as I now have a life. I am no longer tied to a facility, pleading for proper care for our mother. Mom has been residing at Inspiritas for 4 months now. She is 90 yrs old in her 5th year of dementiain and is a happy camper acknowledging the staff with smiles and hugs...regularly. Our family is content knowing that our mother is being assisted in the best possible way with regard to all the activities of daily living. Eating can be challenging for Mom but the staff know the little secrets for making sure that she is well-nourished. The facility is very uplifting and ALWAYS clean...no odors. There is an emphasis on enrichment activities which we appreciate. Read reviews from any facility you might consider...that is the ticket. Take it from someone who learned the hard way and did not go that route. Ya gotta take a tour, too...you will be impressed. And, know that what you see...IS what you will get.
