We visited our mother who has been there for ten months. She has been a new person since she moved in. There are so many activities for her to do! She has met several people and has developed new friendships. The Fountains’ staff are very professional and they treat you like family. The food is very good as we are able to eat with her every so often. It has been a great experience for her and us!

Jojo was our server. Very friendly. When .my Mom has had me here for dinner before, we had Brianna. She is a ray of sunshine and makes sure to stop by and say hi to us. It is very warm in the restaraunt. Other than that. Every staff member at the Fountains are so friendly and the place is beautiful.

We just moved my mother and stepfather into the Fountains over the weekend. The move was quite stressful on them but the staff at the Fountains has been very helpful in getting them settled and helping me bring in some additional help till they get settled in. Prior to them moving I was allowed into their apartment to set up beds etc and on moving day they were very accommodating and allowed the movers to begin unloading into the apartment while we were still in route. My parents are very pleased with the apartment and the grounds and now that they have motorized wheelchairs they are looking forward to further exploring the grounds.

The Fountains of Melbourne is a great place. My mother was a resident there for 7 1/2 years until she passed away recently. She enjoyed all the activities, especially Bridge and swimming. The staff is excellent and treat the residents like family. I would like to give a special recognition to the Care Team led by Dani Broderick that take care of the Assisted Living residents. The Fountains of Melbourne is the best Senior Living facility in the area.

From my initial visit 16 months ago to today, Dani Broderick, R.N. has continued to make my stay at the Fountains special, comfortable with a confidence that she is on top of my care. When I have a question about anything, she either promises to get the answer or provides an explanation that is simple and clear. Thank-you Dani!

The planned activities for the residents are wonderful. The food could be a little better and the coffee cups not stained.

I’ve eaten in the dining room, including a wonderful feast for Easter with our extended family (pre-Covid19). The entire property has a nice resort feel to it! The front desk employees are always helpful and courteous. And the walking trail is a wonderful addition! I appreciate the convenience of the shuttles offering rides to appointments and shopping opportunities as well as the pick up service of prescriptions for the residents.

The receptionist was absolutely lovely. I am terrible at names so I can't remember hers but she was lovely. The facility smelled very nice and was perfectly clean. I will be happy to visit there again.

Great place, nice people and food is good. But I feel like things have deteriated. Your customers and visitors to your customers should be equally respected. I know that this happens when managers don't show respect and behaive in a humble manor to thier employees it become rampent throughout all employees. Love, respect and emence patiance for the elderly is your mission. One thing specificly please do a deep cleaning of the bathrooms, every so offten. I have cleaned the tub and toilets because it was needed. Please understand that in total I see that you are doing a great job and thank you all for taking care of our elderly.

We the Primera Iglesia Bautista Hispana de Palm Bay are so great full to God for the opportunity and the experience of watching the elders having so much fun all together. We really enjoy the management and staff here. Everyone seems very caring and kind. Our only true complaint is the distance to the parking areas. We agreed to live here without visiting here first, so didn't realize the distance to our car, but would have probably chosen The Fountains anyway because it's the best in this area.

We have hurricanes in FL, this building is concrete and as safe as it gets. We have 2 generators so we never lose power. We have a dedicated staff that remain on property during hurricanes to take care of us. Your own family can evacuate here if they choose. [they just have to bring their own food.] We still have 3 hot meals a day. The transportation is better than any place else, meal hours longer, and enough varied activities to mean you have to choose the ones you want to do. Both Assisted Living and Independent can to participate in any activities they are physically able to do. You will find friends as quickly as you want, but no one will force you if you want to be left alone. You have a Housekeeper once a week, and Maintenance is responsive to your needs.

For the past 25 years I have been coming to The Fountains of Melbourne for one reason or another. And you’d think I would know everything there is to about them know by now. Yet, every time I visit, I’m surprised by something new ” whether it is an innovative approach to take something from great to greater, or a unique act of compassion that I haven’t seen anywhere else. It amazes me that, even after all these years, they continue to impress me. It’s a rare quality in any community, and they set a high bar for others to follow.

I find The Fountains to be a lively, friendly place with lots of creative activity going on. I’m only a visitor to a friend or two, but the staff is cheerful and the decor is delightful. I am not a potential resident because it is too costly for me, but my friend has a very pleasant apartment in which she receives visitors. She arranged for our book club to meet and lunch there. The staff was so friendly and helpful; everyone loves their lunches.

I have toured many Assisted Living facilities. The Fountains was amazing. So much for the community to do. Pool, workout room , game room, walking path and so much more. Very clean. Looks new. I visited a small room and was very impressed with the layout and size. The patio was a great size to sit outside when the weather permits. I enjoyed the tour and everyone, employees and residents, we came into contact with were smiling and looked relaxed. Thank you for a chance to see a truly special place.

We wish to acknowledge the outstanding performance of Dani Broderick. After looking at the apartment we selected, she came to our house to answer any questions we had. Dani is always suggesting ways that will help us live better at the Fountains.In all, she has helped us in more ways than I can recall. She even went as far as to select a bed my wife needs when we move in. She is truly a valued asset to the Fountains staff. I also want to acknowledge the outstanding help and support that Charlotte D’Amico has provided my wife and I before, during, and after selecting our apartment. In the initial interview, she was very thorough explaining about the Fountains, worked tirelessly in answering any questions we had both in the office and at our house. After committing to rent one off your apartments, she continues to provide us with superior service. Charlotte is truly a valued asset to the Fountains staff.
