The following reviews are far from the truth. Yes,the staff are awesome. The administration leaves .much to be desired. They have given themselves 5 stars, honesty is rare. I feel like an inmate not a resident! The residents provide entertainment, unpaid.

Staff Awesome! Management needs to learn honesty. Major interests $$$$. Boring. Dishonest.

My grandfather has been at the facility for roughly 5 years now. The staff is very welcoming and make my experience as well as my grandfathers very enjoyable! They treat him very well and he has a loft of fun! During the pandemic things have changed for the better and they are being very careful. Definitely recommend!

I just spent three days visiting with my mother at Century Oaks. Mom and I had lunch two of the three days and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The entire staff that I met on this visit was truly fantastic they took the time to listen to every resident and greeted all as if they have been long friends. Their respect for all of their residents and willingness to provide help makes me really appreciate where mom is and knowing she is in good and caring hands. Thank you for all you do for those who find it difficult to do for themselves.

What a breath of fresh air! I was given a tour with no notice. The administer answered all my questions, and went over all our concerns. My father has been here for 3 months now.

I have had my father here for 2 years and when I come to visit the staff always is acomidating. When we looked for a place Century Oaks had larger rooms then the neighboring places. What was nice was the fact that they actually spent a couple of hours with me during the tour.

My father-in-law is on a waiting list at Century Oaks. We just feel it's the best money-wise and is the most affordable. It's a good location and they have a lot going on there. They take people out quite a bit to shopping and to different places to have lunch. They offer little apartments with full kitchens and even a little living room. The one that my father-in-law would be sharing has one bedroom and his own bath, and then there's another larger bedroom with its own bath. They're very nice and bright.

The rooms at Century Oaks were larger than the other places I've seen and nicely laid out. They had a patio or a balcony for all the rooms. The residents seemed a little bit more youthful and active, and more than half of the residents were completely independent. Many of them had pets, and they were running around with their owners. They had a pool, exercise classes once a week, aerobics for swimming, a room for physical therapy, 2 laundry rooms -- one at each end of each floor -- a library, and an arts and crafts room. Some of the areas seemed dark, but it was not depressing.

Century Oaks' apartments were larger than any other that I had seen. However, the facilities were older and not that nice. It needs to be updated. Other than that, I was very pleased with the gracious personnel. A staff member even pushed me around in a wheelchair the whole time because I had problems walking. Even though it was an older community that needs some updates, I thought everything was fine. I loved the size of the apartments. I was very impressed with them because they were more spacious than other places.

My father is in assisted living at Century Oaks. They seem to have a good deal of activities. They have a swimming pool and a pool table, they do transportation, and they take them shopping from time to time to different places. They have 1 and 2 bedrooms, which are very nice and spacious. The place is nice and comfortable. I have seen their menu for the entire month at a time. They get three meals a day, breakfast is like a brunch, and it is a buffet style. They usually have 2 main choices a day for both lunch and dinner, the meals seem to be fine and balanced, and if there is someone who needs a special diet, they make sure that that is taken care of.

We moved over to Century Oaks, and it is much better. There are a lot of areas for activities. They have a little recreation area, an arts and crafts area, an area for meetings, and a chapel, plus two different dining rooms and a swimming pool. It is just light years different than where we were before. The food is very good. The best part is our apartment which has a kitchen, three rooms, a porch, and two bathrooms. The only thing is I dont think they have a nurse or a doctor on-duty at all times.

The room at Century Oaks is about 700 square feet with a living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, which is why this is the facility I prefer right now. They are also a little flexible with their pricing. The dining room looked nice and adequate.

I was looking for something that my mother would feel comfortable in, and I was looking for a place where the people were very friendly; the people who live there were very friendly. I went to many places, and Century Oaks was the first one I walked into that I felt like it was home myself. It was that friendly. It is very clean and very nice; my mother loves it. She is just having a ball there. They have lots of things every day, and she does and does a lot of them. She was getting to be very inactive, and now she is very active. Not everything on the menu is what she wants, but they always have a variety, so it is good. I have gone there almost every day since she has been there, and the staff is always helping her and doing things. They are just so friendly. I have been in other places, and nothing compares to this. All the different factors that I was looking for were all there, and she just loves it. She's always running around and having a good time, and I love it. That's what I wanted.

We went and saw Century Oaks. The visiting experience was perfect. When we went home I said to my parents 'OK, you guys can stay here; Im moving out and going there.' Everybody was super friendly. It was very clean. It smelled good. The lady took me around everywhere and showed me all the different apartments, all the different rooms, and explained what they did. So, I'd definitely go there, I really would. There was nothing that turned me off or concerned me. There they have like a card room to go play cards, a game room, and a recreation room. They sing music and play instruments, and theyve got full beauty and barber shop. Theres a swimming pool. They also take them on activities. They take them off to Wal-Mart and Publix. The place was very good and was very nicely decorated. Its updated. I think they just did the remodeling on the outside, and everything inside was very clean.
