This was a scary time in my life where where Nursingcare ,Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy were necessary. Can't say enough about the Therapy Department. I have had to have HospitLization that held me back from recovery twice considerably. They helped me regain strengh totally to regain more independance. THE BEST THERAPY AROUND. YES THEY. WILL PUSH YOU WIHICH IS WHAT IS NEEDED. I WOULD NOT BE WHERE I AM TODAY WITHOUT THEM! Very hard working people that work together well!

Melbourne Terrace was tremendous in their response to hurricane Milton. Their staff is kind and compassionate. Everyone took wonderful care of both my parents. Such an asset to our community!

One of my family members has been here for a couple weeks and my family has been extremely happy with the facility and staff. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is clean. This is an amazing rehab.

This is the best rehab in the area. I have a lot of experience with hospitals and rehab facilities and by far this facility goes the distance. The staff was friendly and courteous as well as accommodating. The physical therapist were knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with my family member. The nursing staff by far is the highlight of this place, they were prompt and well informed. I never had any problem getting information or anything else that was required. I highly recommend to anyone considering rehab.

I had to use Julies gmail because I dont have one. My name is Bella and my grandma is at Melbourne Terrace . She has had the best care . Nursing staff is awesome and the PT department is above and beyond . They have ice cream socials with live bands . Two restaurants. And the private rooms are like fancy hotel rooms . We have truly been blessed to be at Melbourne Terrace .

My family had a wonderful experience with this facility, (not once but twice). Aside from the facility itself being beautiful and well kept, the staff is really great; specifically Julie Marpoe. She went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of my father's stay and care was perfect. This was very much appreciated!

PT and OT were fantastic. One suggestion - PT and OT need to communicate with the room servers the CNA's and the nurses. What the PT people were telling me didn't come across to the CNA's. The CNA's refused to comply with the physical therapy people. This slow down my healing process quite a bit and I couldn't practice, nothing that therapy was telling me to do.

This is my personal account of Melbourne Terrace, in my own words. My wife arrived at the facility after being released from the hospital. I was hopeful that she would receive good care. I spent multiple nights and days at the hospital trying to keep her alive and safe. After she was admitted to Melbourne Terrace, there was a number of staff members trying to make her comfortable. I was always pleased only to come back to her smiling and happy. Sitting up, walking and doing well. Staff such as Julie and Sunita had answers and time to talk assuring that all was always well. My wife is progressing. I feel that especially Brittney, Robin, Jerlyn and Kaylin did and are doing an above and beyond treatment and care of my wife. Their professionalism, personality and detail to care is overwhelming and a big part of the reason my wife is getting better. PT and OT, Yee and Camile, are doing a fantastic job making her strong again and their enjoyable personality helps with daily goals. Our guardian angel, Christine, makes sure my wife is fed good. The meals are as good as restaurant quality and they even went out of the way to get vegetarian food as my wife is one. When you hear the music, it is probably coming from one of the live musical groups playing for us. There are ice cream socials, birthday parties, holiday parties, Bingo, etc. The daily paper keeps us totally informed of what is happening. The monthly calendar lets us plan our month out, so we don't miss anything. Rebecca keeps us on our toes, preparing for the day is discharged. I feel Melbourne Terrace is the best rehabilitation facility available. The cleaning staff does an awesome cleaning job, just look at the floors and detail cleaning of each room. The ever present friendly staff, all in clean uniforms, cannot be beat. From the greeting at the front door, to asking direction and show the way, they are the best! BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE MELBOURNE TERRACE IS THAT ALL THE STAFF IS FAMILY AND THE FACILITY IS HOME AWAY FROM HOME! M. Kasza

This is the best facility I've seen An very clean. My wife has been here for several months now An I can't complain about anything. The staff has went above expectations. They will take great care of your loved ones. I can't say enough about Melbourne Terrace they are great. An I just wanna let the public know you can trust this facility. I am just updating my review of Melbourne terrace, my wife has been in the facility about 8 months now an I can honestly say they look after your loved one's even when we the family THINK we no what's best when we don't, this facility has taught me how to be more understanding about what is going on with my wife of over 30yrs whom I love dearly, so basically what I'm trying to say is listen to what the nurses are saying to you, I'm the man wanting to look after my wife. But there is a time when you need to sit back An understand what the real facts are, I hope people will take a min to read this An hopefully understand what I'm saying. My wife fell in January with a nasty broken right arm. She needed Physical and Occupational Therapy Rehab to regain mobility and use of her right hand and arm. Melbourne Terrace Rehab Center provided excellent care for her. She was housed in a very pleasant room. The meals were quite tasty. I enjoyed evening meals during my visits. The Therapy was quite extensive every day. I would recommend Melbourne Terrace for those needing rehabilitation. I am confident Melbourne Terrace will provide excellent care for their patients.
