Where to start The only Reason I’m here is a Stella I leased sight unseen ,everything she said about this location is spot on the staff is fantastic the Manager Natasha has a open door policy and is always available . Lastly there is always events and invites to do things and all staff share in the good times by being involved.

I enjoy doing yoga with this wonderful warming loving group of people. Space goes. Corporate Yoga brings me into a lighter spirit and relaxing. Meditation helps me with anxiety. Stress makes me feel better.

Candace was extremely helpful with our app installation and other issues we needed to join the Parasol family Stella has been and still is our savior for getting settled and familiar to everything that gets us comfortable in our new home. My wife Cathy and I Loved The Parasol atmosphere and there apartments but Parasol is so much more than Apartment living. We feel this will be our new home and we absolutely love our sales consultant, . Stella Tobin, who made us feel like family, made us feel important, made us feel like we belong, but more importantly, she made us feel all of these emotions in a natural warm and really caring way. Parasol Melbourne is just a flat out gorgeous, phenomenal, and homey place to live. I am so happy I lucked out in moving to this beautiful place. Stella, Amber, Candace and Natasha are so professional and their door is always open to any concern. They make it feel like home, each in their own unique way. Love it here. Residents are also very pleasant. There's a wide variety of diversity.

Since Parasol’s opening we have lived here and it has definitely been the best move we have ever made. It is like living in a luxury resort with all its amenities, such as heated pool, spa, exercise room and much more. The property manager Cullen, Haley, assistant manager and Jana , concierge are wonderful! They are always available for any questions, suggestions, or any needs we may have. Parasol is a premier, 5-star caliber 55+ active adult community. I have lived here for over a year and could not be more thrilled. The brand new homes are gorgeous with luxury finishes. The extensive amenities rival a resort from the clubhouse and pools to sports courts and social halls. There is a robust lifestyle program that keeps the community lively and engaged. I have built wonderful friendships with neighbors. In terms of location, Parasol has easy access to abundant shopping, dining, golf, medical care and Melbourne Airport. Yet with everything offered right in the community, I rarely need to leave! Between the outstanding amenities, homes, activities and location, Parasol has it all. It’s a fantastic 55+ community deserving of 5 stars.

We have been residents of Parasol Melbourne since Nov 7 2022. The management team is very proactive, responsive, and friendly. Repairs issues are cared for promptly. It is a lovely community. We have met some kind, caring residents.

I moved in last March and love living here. Our new management team is awesome. Haley and Jana make us feel special by really caring about our needs and helping in any way possible. Then Cullen our new manager came. It’s great having him lead the team as he really knows what he’s doing. He has an open door policy and is approachable. We are blessed to have such loving people looking over us.

I am a new resident here at Parasol Melbourne and the staff here is remarkable. Starting with Ms. Haley in the Leasing Office who was so welcoming and very knowledgeable about all things concerning our new move to a 55 plus community, not only did she keep me posted at every step of the way during our transition but she assured me that all things would work out and fall in place the closer we got to our move and guess what? She was right! Ms. Dina in the Property Management Department was instrumental in making sure that the technical part of our transition was smooth and easy, one day even though she was extremely busy she stepped away from what she was doing to allow my Husband & me to view a model unit and take measurements to make sure that our furniture would fit. Took my grandmother in to tour the property and all I can I say is this place looked so good. Mind you they are still in the process of building , but the staff was super professional , knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. There are so many amenities and services that they plan on offering, that it makes me want to move in ! The office team worked so well together and they were extremely great at explaining everything to us and it really helped my grandmothers experience. Also, when you tour ( which I highly recommend) ask for a drink , you would be surprised at the many different options and how accommodating the office staff is. Overall, these ladies did an amazing job with everything and my grandmother couldn't stop talking about Parasol Melbourne !!
