Zon is 5 Stars across the board. Prior to moving to Zon my parents lived at 3 other senior facilities in 2 different states. Zon is superior to these other facilities in every way. Most importantly my parents receive great care. The nursing staff, medic techs and CNAs are kind, competent, responsible and professional. The management team sets the tone with high standards and maintaining high morale amongst the entire staff. The food is fantastic. The activities staff keep my parents happy and engaged with activities, exercise classes and great entertainment. They create a fun and festive atmosphere. The dining room and kitchen staff are incredible. They are very accommodating and patient. The laundry room, cleaning and maintenance staff do a great job, and are always willing to help. The front desk staff ensure all residents and family member's needs are addressed immediately with kindness and efficiency. My parents are happy. My family and I rest easy knowing that Mom and Dad are safe, happy and in great hands . I strongly recommend Zon with full confidence!

My Dad had a great experience at Zon . They took such good care of him. Peggy was his shining star! She was always happy and worked so hard to keep everyone else happy! We will never forget Peggys genuine, thoughtful kindness when it was time for Dads heavenly discharge.Highly recommend this place.

Zon is a great place to send your love ones. My Uncle Tom is currently there and the staff is fantastic! One that sticks out more then other with her care and attention to not just my Uncle Tom but to all residents is Peggy Smith. She really goes the extra mile for him and you can tell she does it all the time because he really brightens up everytime he sees her. The clean facilities and activities they offer leaves Zon unrivaled. Would highly recommend to anybody needing to put a loved one in caring hands!

Zon is a beautiful facility! Toured over the weekend and was blown away! From the design and layout to the friendly and compassionate Staff throughout. They have several different types of rooms to choose from and the food looked amazing!I saw staff cleaning the railings and door handles, everyone was masked up and I also had to get my temperature taken and wear a mask to enter.I am glad I went when I did because there is a wait list. My mom will be needing a place in the next few months when she moves down from NC.Keep up the good work and we will see you soon! Thanks again! Gretta Thompson

My mom has been at Zon for 2 and a half years. The facility is clean with activities and amenities that are great. The staff and administration are professional and extremely caring. The morale is also great. The restaurant serves delicious food with a diverse menu and items made to order.

We have had the pleasure of working with Zon Beachside and the services that they have provided to our clients that made Zon their home over the past several years. We have always found the staff to be professional, pleasant and compassionate. Its such a nice feeling walking in to a clean, upbeat community like this, but the most important factor is the care and concern that they provide. They offer the safety and security of assisted living and memory care in a tropical resort setting. They have always been agreeable to working with my team to provide the best care possible for our clients. We are especially happy about the activities that they offer for their residents, especially during Covid and quarantine restrictions as well as their dining experiences and menu options - many compliments to the chef have been shared by our clients and staff.

My Aunt is there seems to be happy! Most all her needs a met! I live in N.Y so unable to get down due to the pandemic. Test often for covid which I like, Aunt may not . Aunt is happy, needs peace of mind she will be 97 soon ! Also she loves the staff in all departments. Recommend!

My mother has been at Zon Beachside for just over a year. As her Alzheimers disease progresses, the staff at Zon have provided stellar care. They love her as if she was their mother. They keep her busy, happy, and healthy. I visit regularly, and always find her happily involved in some type of activity. I would wholeheartedly recommend Zon Beachside to anyone struggling with the decision regarding care for their loved one.

My brother has been a resident of Zon since they opened 4 years ago. He went from setting the smoke alarm off on a regular basis (with cause), eating poorly, and having his utilities shut off for non payment when he lived alone, to living in a clean environment where the staff is attuned to his needs and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate him. The food is consistently good with the occasional flub up because it is fresh food prepared by humans. They are always willing to work with the residents and visitors to ensure we are truly happy, not just placated. Management goes out of their way to ensure there is always experienced staff to care for those who need it. They have varied enrichment programs to help the residents get to know each other and have some laughs together. Trivia is a highlight for many. Some residents are very self sufficient and others need more assistance and get it. I visit at different times of day and different days of the week and there is always a member of management on duty to ensure the residents feel like this is home, not just a place to sleep. These past 9 months have been extraordinarily challenging for all of us. I am so grateful to all the staff at Zon. As my brothers needs are growing, the staff step up his level of care. It is comforting to our family to know my brothers needs are always met

I personally know many people who work at this facility and have taken tours during their open houses. The level of care and attention to detail is of the highest quality. The management team is very involved in ensuring the quality of patient care and holding employees to the highest standards. Based on what Ive seen firsthand, and how diligently theyve responded during this pandemic, Id highly recommend this facility to care for my loved ones.

My mother has been at Zon since it opened almost 5 years ago. She started on the Memory Care Unit and remains there to this day. As her health care needs have changed, Zon administration , professional staff, caregivers and all other ancillary services have adapted accordingly. I dont worry about her care or physical safety.The whole staff is like a second family to us, always friendly and smiling; always eager and willing to help, if needed. If Issues come up from time to time everyone, from the top on down, is very responsive in trying to rectify things to my satisfaction.The facility is beautiful and the food is outstanding. I am so glad we found Zon when we did and thank everyone for the great care they always provide. Mom has her moments, but overall, has thrived at Zon and seems very happy. I cant ask for much more than her being safe, feeling love and being happy!

Thank you for this place for my father in law George. Nothing is perfect all the time but pretty darn close here. I've seen other facilities and there is nothing like zon. The residents are living in luxury for sure. Bless all of you. I can only hope someday to live here.

This is an excellent place. Zon provides the high quality care to the residents here. Food is good. The people are very friendly. A person would feel like they are welcome here. My grandmother lives here and I believe that they are doing an excellent job taking care of her. I highly recommend Zon.

What a fantastic place! The staff is so loving and kind, they LOVE the people they care for. It is such a comfort to know our loved ones are in good hands. The food is AMAZING! You order off a leather menu and the chef comes to your table to make sure everything was to your satisfaction. Fun community activities. Beautiful facility with nice outdoor spaces for fresh air.

The entire staff is always pleasant and supportive, not only of the residents, but the family members as well. My brother has lived at Zon since the first week they opened a year ago and I am still impressed with the level of care he receives. The leadership is outstanding so all requests or suggestions are taken seriously. I am grateful we don't need to worry whether my brother is safe, clean, or eating well. Best of all he is HAPPY to live there. That was something we thought would never happen. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff! My father has been at Zon for 2 months now and is doing AWESOME!!!! He looks much healthier and has gained weight (which is a very good thing)!! The facility is fabulous, but it's the over-the-top positive attitude and the work ethic of the staff that puts Zon on top!!

We moved my husband, Roger into Zon on the first they opened this week. I cannot express in words how hardworking, thorough and loving the people are-they are truly special in every way! Roger doesn't eat much anymore but woke up last night around 9pm & was hungry. Gregg Kennedy, the director, was still there and got to work in Chef Phillip's kitchen to prepare a delicious meal for him. Just one example of these special people! Thank you Zon!!
