Considering the size of the buildings and the number of residents there are at the Trinity Towers. I can appreciate how challenging it must be for the office and maintenance staff to stay on top of everything during the daytime hours. Sadly the standard is very different when it comes to the members of the evening reception staff. In particular the younger members of staff. I was remiss in taking a photo yesterday, September 6th 2025 of yet another young member of staff asleep at the wheel as they say. As residents we are already aware that the reception/security? is very questionable but to see a young man probably getting paid between $14-$18 an hour, only on the job barely 3 hours, asleep with his head back in the chair mouth open in front of everyone at 7.20 pm with people coming in and out of the building makes my blood boil. Last week my visitor witness another young man on his phone (as always) who never looked up once to see him come into the building, that he had entered his name in the visitors book or questioned where he had parked his car. We are told the job description doesn't require much from these people but I question why even the simplest of requirements of the job are not adhered to. I question their response time when a red light goes off. I hope my life/security never has to depend on these young men.

Always having problems with the air conditioner this time it's been down going on 4 weeks, same old excuses waiting for parts. Elevators are another issue. They really don't care I mean with the rents so high in the area there's a large waiting list here and the attitude is if you don't like it leave. I feel like a mushroom fed sht and kept in the dark.
