Maryam and Nick are amazing owners of this absolutely beautiful immaculate home in Dana Point, bordering Laguna Beach. My mother lived here for almost 2 yrs and was her last home. Maryam is very much involved in day 2 day operations, helping and care for residents and making sure everything is immaculate. Susan and Cesar are the 2 main caretakers and are OUTSTANDING!! Such a wonderful caring and family atmosphere. The residents here are just great and a joy to be around. I actually still stop in every week or 2 to say Hi and beong some treats for everyone, flowers or whatever may brighten someones day.. If you are considering bringing your loved one here, do not hesitate for 1 second.. see for yourself how amazing it is and how clean it is. Thank you Maryam, Nick, Susan and Cesar for all you have done for my mother. Love you all!! ??

Saw Seaside Terrace I and II on Saturday, loved Terrace I but all dementia residents. Asked if she has communicative residents moving in, I would bring my mother there. She is expensive, lowest is $5000. I did not like Terrace II.
