Like it's name, we are also vintage,and have liveid in too many places to remember .we an say without doubt V.S. is an easy 10 ! Well, the 5 star rating I give is because I feel Vintage Shores has created an outstanding home for me. Mina and Louis are responsible the beautiful upkeep of the grounds and Mina’s hospitality is superb and very delightful. Louis cares for the grounds as if it were his own, paying attention to detail. I feel happier than I ever have been living here, and it’s due to having such happy, and caring neighbors that make it easy to live in apartment living. Mina and Louis, you are the best and very appreciated by me and others. Thank you for making it a happy home

Vintage Shores Senior Apts are a true gem. My husband & I lived in Oregon and needed to move due to health issues and we wanted to be closer to family and friends. After an online search we decided on this complex. I called Mina, the manager, and she put us on her waiting list. A few months later she had a unit for us and so, happily, we said yes!! Since we lived in Oregon, Mina guided us through the paperwork w/email correspondence.she was sooo helpful and patient. And here we are! It’s beautiful, clean & well maintained. It’s in a safe neighborhood and close to shopping. There’s a lovely lounge, laundry, & pool. Also, there are regular visits to the lounge by Social Services and a Mobile library.lots of activities too. All organized by Mina. She is truly an exceptional, caring person. Any questions or issues we may have, she takes care of. It’s a big task for 123 units! We certainly appreciate her hard work. As for maintenance, Luis and Augustine do a fabulous job. We’re lucky to have them. Many thanks..they are the best. We love Vintage Shores Senior Apartments and it’s team.

UPDATE:Oct -2023 Mina,the Community Manager, Luis who is in charge of Maintenance and Augustin who also works in Maintenance have continued to demonstrate remarkable attention to detail in the upkeep and maintenance of the lovely Vintage Shores facilities and grounds. Over the last 4 and 1/2 years all of the common areas have consistently been clean and well-maintained.Luis always has a genuine smile for all of the residents and he and Augusin are always there when they are needed. It's clear that they take great pride in ensuring the community remains a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. I so appreciate that when the pandemic first hit Mina ordered new stand alone mailboxes that were placed outside as opposed to a mail room where all of us would go to collect mail and thus keeping residents safe. One thing that truly sets Mina apart is her genuine care for the residents. I couldn't be more pleased with Mina as our Community Manager. Her dedication,willingness to help,attention to detail, and warmth have meant the world to me. Unfortunately, my needs have changed and I will be downsizing which means I will be moving from Vintage Shores. Wendy Fremstad May 2018 A little bit of Heaven on Earth. I moved to Vintage Shores about a month and a half ago to be close to my daughter, her husband and my 3 grandchildren and that alone is gold but moving here I got a lot more. My apartment is so cute,with a lot more storage space than it looks like at first glance. I look forward to the weather becoming a bit warmer to enjoy my morning coffee on my patio. The beautiful,peaceful grounds are adorned with flowers and fresh scent of ocean air. The laundry room,pool and Jacuzzi are so clean. Along with friendly people, the aroma of good coffee fills the Clubhouse in the morning. There is even a social worker available every Monday. Mina ,the Community Manager, is absolutely lovely and makes sure that everything is always attended to for the residents,making this piece of ground not just an apartment complex but a real home. Luis,who is in charge of maintenance, can fix anything around here and knows what he is doing .Everything inside the apartment and outside on the grounds and Clubhouse is so well maintained. Once again I would suggest a second laundry room for the two story eastern building. They do not have the option of laundry hook ups in their apartments and must travel some distance across the complex to the laundry room adjacent to the office. Patrick Geyer apartment 246

We convinced my Father to move to SoCal a few months ago. Having lived in the midwest, I was concerned about finding a nice community that would be a good fit and he would feel be happy and comfortable living in. We were lucky to come across Vintage Shores. The community manager Mina went out of her way to facilitate the application and move in process. The apartment unit was completely renovated (carpet, flooring, paint, light fixtures) and in tip-top shape. The community is meticulously well kept and clean. The maintenance team is simply wonderful and take care of any issues with lightning speed Today, my father is extremely happy to be living in this exceptional little community. He enjoys weekend strolls to the wonderful neighborhood parks, beaches, and plenty of shopping options that are less than a mile away. Thank you to Mina and the maintenance staff for making Vintage Shores such a wonderful place to live!

My mother lives at this great community. It’s a great community because the manager, Mina, pays close attention to the tenants with a genuine care. She is always friendly with a willing attitude who goes out of her way for the seniors at this community. I have personally witnessed her going out of her way many times for the residents. The grounds, landscaping, clubhouse and pool area are always clean, neat and tidy. The maintenance worker, Luis, has always been friendly, courteous and kind when working inside my mom’s unit. Big thank you to Mina who made the application process so easy, she took a lot of time to make sure everything was in order and all our questions were answered! She’s definitely got her hands full with running the place but she still makes time to organize the lovely holiday parties and she had the best singer come. It’s a really nice community and there are fun activities and events. Also Vintage Shores is very well maintained. The buildings are clean and freshly painted, and the staff is so helpful, friendly and kind! It’s rare to find a place that takes such good care of the property and tenants. Hats off to the staff they really have the biggest hearts, my mom couldn’t be happier here! Thanks guys!

I have lived here for over 6 years. The management is first rate and responsive to resident's needs. The property is extremely well maintained inside the buildings as well as the outdoors grounds. There is pool that is very well maintained around which the management provides our annual July 4th celebration party. There is a clubroom where residents gather to have coffee, have conversations, watch TV and participate in activities.

I liked the look of the outside and the appliances and setup of the individual units. Small pool, quiet, attractive complex, nice office people, no transit close by. Ocean town, with lots of beach, a nice senior affordable living community.
