My mom just moved into hacienda del rey and she couldnt be happier. The staff before, during and after move in was amazing!!!! I have received numerous calls and text from my mom saying how safe and at home she feels. Our move in went so smoothly I kept thinking what am I missing. My mom has lived in two other facilities over the years and I can say NONE of them went this smoothly. It was days and days of trying to get things straightened out. But not here. The staff was prepared for her move in, had all her paperwork and supplies ready and was so welcoming to her. Her caretakers instead of just assuming how she wants things done have spent the time asking her questions and getting to know her whats and needs. We are looking forward to years of good times.

We have searched the Goodyear area many times over the years to find the perfect place for a elderly, good friend of ours with dementia and MS. We have had her in two other places out here and became disenchanted with both over a few years. Though put off by the name Hacienda, I scheduled a tour in early February and was very impressed. They are not related to the infamous other Hacienda. My partner did the tour the next day and was also impressed. The houses are very clean, the grounds well maintained and the staff energetic. Our friend moved in the end of February and loves it! She is more socially engaged and is not as cranky. The food is fresh, delicious and varied. We highly recommend Hacienda del Rey! One of our neighbors is checking out the facility for her husband that has Alzheimers.

Hacienda Del Rey is definitely a place your loved one can call home. Erica, Gretchen, Julissa and Jennifer go out of their way to make sure that the residents are well cared for , and are having fun every day. Hacienda Del Rey is a community I definitely recommend. Thank you for all that you do!

I just have to share a very positive experience I had at Hacienda Del Rey today. My client needed to find the right place for her loved one FAST. Hacienda met the general criteria we were looking for. Erica rearranged her schedule to meet ours and Gretchen, the Executive Director was there for us as well. To top it off, Jennifer, the nurse, completed the assessment right there in Ericas office. The look and the feel of the community plus the engaging staff made a stressful day a little bit easier. Thank you.

My 96 year old father was only a resident of Hacienda Del Rey in Litchfield Park for a little over a month, but he so appreciated the care he received there. Every time my brothers or I visited, he commented that, he just couldnt have asked for better care. That was such a comfort to us. The staff In the front office and in Building 7 were always very caring and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with our choice of Hacienda Del Rey to care for my father during his final days.

My mom has vascular dementia, we were looking or a new Memory Care Community. I met with Erica Martinez in March 2020. She provided me with all the information on Hacienda Del Rey. She and the staff I met were very warm and friendly. As we toured Hacienda, we were greeted by so many friendly staff members who were very open and responsive to our questions. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 we were forced to wait until late May to move mom. Erica and the management team had arranged to have the maintenance manager help with the move in. To our surprise when we arrived not only was the maintenance manager there the caregivers also quickly jumped in and began helping bring in boxes and furniture. The caregivers from Hacienda went out of their way to welcome mom to her new home. The thing I like most is the staff members and management really do care about the residents. We are very happy we found Hacienda Del Rey and would recommend them to others who need special care for their loved ones.

Hacienda Del Rey is a gorgeous community and the Community Sales a Director, Erica Martinez, does a great job of getting the word out! She organizes fun networking events for all of us to attend in the Senior Living industry at her community and always is thinking outside the box! I had the pleasure of exploring Hacienda Del Rey on June 20, and came away most impressed. This complex is laid out so very differently than any other retirement living facility in the area. The newer cottages, each a home in their own right (complete with private rooms circling a common dining and kitchen area, where care givers serve meals, and a large well-equipped common living room) provide privacy when desired and a family atmosphere, too. The decor is different in each cottage with a common foot print. All the cottages border a huge courtyard where meeting and greeting other Hacienda Del Rey residentbs in possible whenever desired. A chef in a brand-new-state-of-the-art kitchen provides meals for all cottages. The chef told me he has been in the business for 20 plus years and his passion is cooking, the meal he was preparing was proof. The residents here have a sense of living at home, no lining up with others to be in a common dining area and yet the availability of socializing with others beyond the door is available, too. The staff all very friendly and pleasant were going about their duties with smiles and warmth. Competitive pricing and immediate availability in the new facility make it most attractive and welcoming. The MBK Senior Living high quality is most obvious in this development.

It is difficult to make the decision to transition any loved ones to an assisted living. However, it is noticeable that the staff at Hacienda Del Rey makes this process less stressful for residents and their family members. The care given to residents is beyond excellent, from what I have seen, and the environment they provide is so welcoming and homey. If you are looking for an assisted living-memory care community that will treat your loved ones like their own, Hacienda Del Rey is the place to go!

I had the opportunity of touring Hacienda del Rey and was instantly amazed. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles from the front desk. The setup of each home was beautiful - the decor, the kitchen layouts, everything felt like an actual home! I have been back on various occasions and can say that the staff is always just as great, from the front desk, to the caregivers, and management, all are always friendly and willing to help.

My grandmother moved into the memory care unit in October 2019. She was placed in Cottage One. The med techs and caregivers are outstanding. They are extremely professional, dedicated and supportive of the residents and their families. The cottage is beautifully decorated and maintained to the highest standard. Marina, Kerri, Leonora, Nikki, Jerry and Courtney always keep me apprised of any issues regarding my grandmother. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one. It will certainly provide you with peace of mind when you can no longer be the caregiver.

My father was a resident in the memory care unit for a a little over 4 months before passing away. My dad always said we could never put him in a facility but he just got too hard to care for at home. The staff took amazing care of my father and he actually bounced back after moving in. It was wonderful! He never felt like it was an assisted living because of the house model of living and therefore never complained about being there. He loved the food and started eating again after arriving. They cooked it all fresh right there in the house. My mother would visit daily and the staff took her under their wing and cared about them both. It was very comforting. They kept me well informed of issues, problems, changes, and good times that were had with both. We moved in under hospice care and the staff worked very well with the hospice for the duration of his time there and worked closely with them to keep my father comfortable at the end of his life. I am eternally grateful to everyone at Hacienda Del Ray for their love and compassion shown to my entire family.

Making the difficult decision to have a loved one cared for outside of the home is never easy. But we are so thankful to have found Hacienda Del Rey, a wonderful home with dedicated staff and leadership. Everyone goes the extra mile to make sure our loved one is as safe, comfortable and content as possible. The meals are delicious and prepared fresh daily right there in the kitchens of each house. I would urge everyone who may be looking for outside care for a loved one to take a tour and see for yourself what a wonderful option Hacienda Del Ray offers.

When looking for a place for my Aunt I was set on finding a home and not a nursing home. She is actually at Goodyear which is part of the Litchfield Assisted Living about 5 miles away. Since she's been there I couldn't be happier with the place. They update me almost daily and even send me pictures since I live in Iowa. Since the place is a bit smaller than most she gets lots of 1 on 1 attention from the staff and they even do her hair, nails, and toes! The place is truly amazing! I am so confident in them I'd place my own mother there if needed!
