I can't say enough wonderful things about AZ Life Assisted Living, this place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt the love and care our mother would be receiving, I knew at that moment this is where we would move our mother. The home is clean and gorgeous! As Effie was giving me a tour her husband Igor was busy in the kitchen preparing a delicious looking lunch... Their staff was very kind and friendly as well. I could see the residents were very happy too. Our mother had dementia and recently was diagnosed with cancer; she could no longer eat on her own, so they went to great lengths to puree her meals to make sure she was getting the proper nourishment. As she declined, they kept her safe, comfortable, and loved... we couldn't have given our mother any better care ourselves. Sadly she passed within a month of moving there; Effie was by her side the entire time and for that I am so thankful for the love and care she received. I would highly recommend this assisted living home for your loved one; it is truly the BEST!

This provider's home is just that - a home. It is warm and friendly. The staff are incredibly helpful and encouraging. My mother struggled to find a living situation since my dad passed, and can't believe how fortunate she has been to find a room at AZ Life Assisted Living. She loves it there. She is no longer anxious and has developed friendships. Her room is very spacious and comfortable, and the meals are delicious and nutritional. This is the perfect place for her.

Our mom has been a resident at AZ Life Assisted Living for a year and a half, and we remain deeply appreciative of the exceptional care she receives. The facility's interior is consistently immaculate, and we are always warmly welcomed by the owners and staff upon our visits. Their commitment to the residents is evident in the personalized care provided on a continuous basis. The well-balanced, homemade meals cater to the dietary needs and preferences of each individual resident. The owners closely monitor the health of all residents, ensuring that it is maintained to the highest standard. We particularly value the monthly visits from a mobile doctor and nurse for each resident. Furthermore, all residents, including our mom, are dressed each day, which contributes positively to their daily structure. The owners Effie and Igor demonstrate exceptional oversight of the facility, and their daily attention to our mom's needs is greatly appreciated. We have complete confidence that her best interests are always a priority.

Everybody, who was looking for a nursing home for their elderly parents, knows how difficult it is to find not just a decent place (actually, there are a lot of them), but the right one, where their loved ones would feel happy, safe and comfortable, comparable to what they feel when living with the family. After numerous visits to assisted living facilities, we ended up in Effie and Igor's beautiful and cozy home, and we felt it right away: this is the place for our mom to stay and for us – to have a peace of mind. All our worries and doubts gone. We were relieved leaving our mom in Effie's capable hands, under her loving and joyful care. While living over here, our mom was happy and contended. She made new friends among residents and staff, and felt herself as a part of a nice and affectionate family. Toward the end, when our mom got really unwell and non-cooperative, Effie, Igor and other caregivers treated her with great patience and understanding, addressing all her medical and essential needs, trying to cheer her up (which was already beyond approach), and making mom possibly comfortable before her last journey. We are using this opportunity to express our gratitude for everything that Effie and Igor did for our family, sincerely thank AZ Life Assisted Living team for their awesome job, and wish them well. We highly recommend this place, especially for those who are looking for a personal approach coupled with great professionalism and responsibility.

AZ Life Assisted Living is wonderful. My wife and I knew the moment we visited with Effie, that we didn't have to search anywhere else. Betty was well cared for in a lovely home environment. This home is immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Such care is given to holidays and birthdays! My mom loved the lights outside her window at Christmas!! She loved reading the paper every morning with her friend. I always smelled delicious food cooking in the kitchen, when i came to visit. I will forever be thankful to Effie and Igor for taking such good care of my mom.

My friend was always clean, hair and nails done, meals were home cooked, entertainment week and birthday celebrations. My grandmother has been a resident at AZ Life for nearly three years. Effie and her husband, Igor, were very inviting and accommodating from day one. To address my grandmother's mobility challenges, they made changes to meet her needs. Effie and Igor had no issues removing a private bathroom door and replacing it with a decorative rod and curtain for continued privacy. Igor also lowered towel hooks to give my grandmother her continued independence. The owners keep a very clean and organized household and are extremely inviting, even when we visit unannounced. Effie is extremely meticulous about doctor's orders and medication. The staff is friendly and grandma constantly raves about the food.

When an elderly friend of mine had personal care needs that exceeded her AL Center budget, I researched AL Homes with Five-Star ratings. The first home I contacted abruptly stated they had no vacancies & all but hung-up on me. My second call was to Efimia “Effie” at AZ Life, and within the first minute of our telephone conversation, I knew I was definitely on the right track. Prior to owning her own AL home, Effie worked as a caregiver for ten years, so I knew this wasn’t just a business to her, but she genuinely cared about seniors. Not only is her home well-appointed, but she offers good ol’ home cooking, lovingly prepared by her husband, Igor. Furnished rooms, with or without private bathrooms, include internet connectivity & a TV w/cable stations. There’s weekly live entertainment & a weekly hands-on activity, instead of “parking” the residents in front of a big-screen TV between meals. Their small dog, Measa, is friendly & well-behaved. Most importantly, the residents look content & well-groomed. All this to say, you really should put AZ Life at the top of your AL Home research & tour list! (And yes, I am a “verified customer”, not a paid influencer.)

In January 2021 AZ Life Assisted Living was recommended to us by A Place For Mom, a resource agency that only recommends the best. It was our first time placing our Mom as she was moving from her personal residence which she loved dearly. We are thankful every day for the owners of AZ Life as they provide a wonderful and caring environment for their residents. Mom is given all the personal attention she needs, delicious food, activities, a daily schedule she can count on, and more. The residence is spotless and Mom is always perfectly taken care of - frankly much better than when she was at home with a caregiver. Not one day has passed without being thankful for everything the caring and skilled owner Effie and the other caregivers do for the residents. I can not say enough wonderful things about AZ Life Assisted Living. My mother and mother-in-law lived there until the day they died. My mother lived there for almost 4 years and loved the love that Effie and Igor gave her. They did not have to go anywhere when their illness became bad as hospice came there. The house is gorgeous and Effie and Igor took care of them no matter how bad their situation was. When they no longer were able to eat without help, they hand fed them and helped them to the bathroom each time so they would not fall. I would recommend this place to anyone. You will know that you will be well taken care of and fed really good food by Igor. They also have entertainment and Holiday parties where they invite family. They polished their nails and styled their hair. I can not say enough good things.

My Mother lived at AZ Life Assisted Living for 4 years and AZ Life Assisted Living was a saving grace for my Mother and my entire family. The owners over the 3 year period, Effie, Igor, and their daughter Ludmilla, were nothing short of awesome and we now consider them family. They are the kindest and most loving people you will ever meet. The house is beautiful, spotless and full of love.Now a little bit about their services that AZ Life Assisted Living provides. They do medication management, personal laundry, provide incredible meals throughout the day (Igor should be a Chef), provide numerous activities for their quest, bathing, dressing, grooming, and bathroom assistance, daily housekeeping, and provide healthcare communications and any other services neededIn summary, my family never had one issue or concerns for our Mothers care-health thanks to AZ Life Assisted Living. AZ Life Assisted Living is #1 to our family and we highly recommend them.

My grandmother was a resident here at AZ Life Assisted Living. She had fallen and injured herself at home and we were forced to find a place for her to live. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Dept, I am all too familiar with group homes that fall short of giving any sort of loving, good care. So needless to say, I was worried about moving her to a group home. The minute I stepped foot in the door of Effies home, I knew this was the place for my grandmother. Not only is the home spotless clean but Effie and her husband Igor, and daughter Ludmila, were so friendly and kind. Over the next six months, Effie and Igor provided such wonderful care to grandmother. During this time, Grandmother started declining with dementia, and Effie and Igor went to great lengths to make sure she was kept safe, well-fed, and well-cared for. They brought in musical entertainment, and even decorated their house at the Holidays, I could tell, even though grandmother had dementia, that she loved Effie and Igor. Sadly, grandmother passed away in January but she literally passed away in Effies arms. I could not have asked for a better way for my grandmother to leave this world but in the arms of someone who truly cared so much for her. They will always hold a special place in the heart of my family for the kindness they showed my grandmother. I highly recommend AZ Assisted Living for your loved one

When my grandmother needed more help than I could provide, we needed to find a home away from home, that could help her around the clock. We searched high and low for just the right place. When we toured Effie and Igors home we knew we hit the jackpot. Our first impression was how clean her home was and that it felt like a home. We were able to sit with all the residents for a while and chat with them. They were all so happy and shared a special kind of love for Effie and Egor. The women who lived their all had their hair, makeup and nails done. They all seemed happy to be there and full of smiles. After moving my grandmother in, Effie and Egor helped us get my grandmothers room just as she wanted. The transition went very smooth and we felt like she was in good hands at all times. We often dropped by unannounced to find the house was always in order and the residents happy and taken care of. My grandmother often didnt want to leave for day trips with our family because she wanted to stay with her new family at Effies house. Effie takes time out of her day to sit and listen to her residents, they are like family to her. My grandmother wasnt the easiest person to get along with, but Effie and Egor did all they could to meet her needs. They always went above and beyond. They really loved each other. They ALWAYS kept us up to date with my grandmothers situation. They were there for her until her last breath. They were the BEST in every way possible. My mom said she wants to move there when she gets older because its a place where we all want to be when life becomes hard due to illness or old age. I love Effie, Egor and their little white dog (I forgot to mention) more than words can express. Anyone who is under their care will truly live life to its fullest and their hearts will be overflowing with love. I highly recommend AZ Assisted Living.

Our mother was in AZ life assisted living for a year and a half. There isnt enough praise to cover how blessed we were to have her there. They are a very caring and loving couple. Their home is so beautiful Id stay there forever. Our mother lived in AZ but we did not. There was never a time I ever had to worry about her care. My mother was not in the best of health when she went there but do to their loving and patient care she had a happy and healthy last year and a half of her live. I highly,highly recommend AZ Assisted Living. I dearly love those two people.
