I went to visit a family member that works at this facility. I was waiting inside the lobby for them. The receptionist Joyce, I believe that is her name. She was wonderful and has so much personality, she made me feel so at home. I then got escorted to the bistro to grab a meal while waiting, everyone was so friendly and they didn't even know who I was or what I was doing there. The thing is, I don't think they cared. They just wanted to take care of me and for what ever reason I was there...make me happy. That is amazing bc I owned my own business in Assisted living and independent living myself private homes of course, nothing to this scale. But to have all of your staff like that is rare. If your staff is happy, you know your residents are happy. I felt that in that small amount of time of maybe 30 minutes, I also did get something to eat. The angus cheese burger was huge and cooked just right. The onion rings were huge and just delicious. I can imagine the dinners there if my lunch was this way! I just needed to leave a review bc it needed to be known what a great place the Park is. Inside and out...just beautiful.

The Park at Surprise is 'THE' luxury independent living that's a must visit. I met the staff and they are all wonderful! On Veterans Day they celebrated with a parade, live music and a honoring of each Veteran followed by a special lunch. This is only one example of all the wonderful events. It's a beautiful place to live! Sabrina - Director of Community Relations is someone you'll want to know...she will help you every step of the way. What a great addition to the team 🙂

I recently started looking for independent living facilities in the west Phoenix Valley. My search was comprehensive. I found The Park at Surprise and what a pleasant Surprise it is!!!! The facility is tastefully decorated, and the apartments hold many nice amenities. The food is tasty as well. The best portion of this experience centers around my representative, Sabrina F. She went out of her way to answer all my questions which were unending. Sabrina is one of those genuinely competent ladies who puts the client first. There was no pressure for me to make up my mind as to what I might want. Sabrina met with me and my family several times to give information and help with decisions. I am happy to say that I am now a resident and the kindness and consideration of all the staff has been unending toward me. Thank you, Sabrina, for all you did to help make my experience a good one and helping me make the right choices! Also, thanks to the remainder of the staff here who have helped me feel at home!

Have known about the Park at Surprise since the construction and the grand opening, has been a wonderful community for our seniors to go when they want that wonderful independent living with the life style they want! I'm just a bit sad there is a age restriction, bc I would have moved in myself. Just a gorgeous building with fabulous staff, everyone is so helpful which is amazing. So warm and inviting

We have been here for a year and were so happy we chose The Park for this portion of our lives. The staff is very kind and friendly. Response is quick (or immediate!) for questions or requests. During this year of Covid, the staff has made following CDC guidelines as painless and even humorous as possible. During quarantine food was delivered to our apartments, at times in outrageous and silly garb. At the height of it, onsite medical care was offered. The activities seem endless and cover many interests. I highly recommend The Park.

The staff are incredibly supportive, friendly and kind. The apartment and shared spaces are beautiful. Food is delicious, and activities are fun. After touring many independent living options in the area, my mom was truly excited to make a move to The Park.

We moved here to the Park at Surprise in April, 2020. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. The staff here from management to the people who clean and maintain our homes are wonderful. They treat all the residents with respect, kindness, and dignity. Also, the food here is the Best! So, keep up the good work the Park at Surprise.
