I had the pleasure of working with Joni, she was a lifesaver in helping me find an apartment for my client. It was what we would consider a "911" situation. Things had changed very quickly from the plans that were in place. I reached out to Joni and explained our urgent situation and she said, "no problem Leslie". My clients family was leaving for California, in a couple days where they were picking up my client to bring back to Arizona to be closer to family. Joni went above and beyond to help me with this family. My client has had a hard year and Joni listened to me as to what the family needed and helped make the move and transition smooth and easy. Our friend Jackie lives in The Park she wanted to have an Old Fashion Tea party for her friends. The event to place in the Presidents Lounge on the second floor. Jackie and my wife Kathy with the assistance Sabrina Director of Community Relations. Decorated the room with all the fancy things needed for Old Time Tea Party. Jackie had the party catered assortment of finger foods for lunch.The sweet table have a large assortment of fine desserts. With help of Sabrina staff coffee, water, ice were delivered to the room in timely matter. I looked around the Park myself seeing what it had to offer the residence living there. I was so impressed that I asked Sabrina to send the Brochure of both the Independent Living and the Assisted Living to a Friend who down the road will need a Great place to call Home. Thanks to the Park for showing me that when my time comes I know that I would be very Happy at either building.

Having lived at The Park for three years, I decided there is no place else I would want to live. The leadership is so friendly and helpful, and the residents are the friends you never knew you had. Everything said in their ads are true. Try it. You will like it!

Wow, this campus is absolutely beautiful! The interior decor is gorgeous and well planned out and their amenities are great. The staff is wonderful as well, they are all pleasant and happy, super helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to more time here.

The Park was very clean, modern, well-appointed with a large number of available rooms for various activities. The tour was very informative and quite complete while making us very comfortable. When I first visited this community I was blown away! ALL employees engaged me as I visited and walked through. You can really tell that The Park IL has there customer service figured out. I just wish more folks knew about this wonderful community. See Sabrina Federick, she is a problem solver and really cares about the folks in her care.

My daughter took me here for an event a few years ago where I was able to get a bunch of great resources for my brain injury. I even won an eco dot. Last week she took me and my grandsons to a block party. A lovely lady Brandy showed me around and helped me find shady places to sit. It is very beautiful there.

This is a lovely facility, very welcoming, and focused on the residents having a great experience. I was very impressed. Well appointed apartments, thoughtful details. The building is designed in a sort of figure 8, so residents don't have to walk a long way. There is a large variety of activities available, and they are also open to suggestions for new activities. I could see my parents being very happy here.

I have toured this place for my parents. It is welcoming. the atmosphere is light and fun. We even stopped in the bistro and had the food, it is delicious. The residence are super complementary about the staff and activities. When we were touring, they were doing a sip and paint social in the art studio on the second floor. We have toured a couple of places, and nothing beats this place. thank you guys for your hospitality, It was definitely enjoyed.we hope our parents move in soon.

My father began living at the Park a little over a year ago. Its lovely. The food at first was wonderful. Something changed. The meals went from special and appetizing to disappointing. Many times tasting like a blah buffet offering that one wouldn't return for. The staff are wonderful.

I moved to Arizona 5 weeks ago. The one major factor, besides family living already in Arizona, that convinced me to move from out of state was The Park at Surprise. Once I met Brandy Wood who guided me and my family on tour, I knew this was the place I wanted to live. The whole team is so customer friendly and focused. The residents I have met are so welcoming and kind. If you are looking for a 55+ retirement independent living facility, I highly encourage you to come and take a tour. Toured The Park with Sabrina Frederick and was impressed with the Independent Living Community and with her. I found the apartments, activity schedule, staff and food to be extremely suited for a retirement community. If you are considering living in a retirement community, I would strongly suggest you tour and consider The Park in Surprise.

I have been to the The Park at Surprise numerous times to assist some of the residents there with their Medicare needs. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with a big smile and a hello Jeremy from Joyce. It's nice being greeted by name. Craig, Rachelle, and Sabrina treat me like I'm one of the team. Sabrina even introduces me as their go to Medicare Specialist to the residents, and potential new residents while she is giving a tour. I highly recommend the Park at Surprise to anyone looking for an active independent senior living community.

I have gone to this place a many times to visit friends that currently live there. Every single time, staff is always saying hi to me and the people that live there are doing something. The people look and act happy, the staff is always joking and smiling. This is the key people! My friends rave all the time to me about the food and staff, and how they feel like they are on a permanent vacation. I am already scheduling my move in by the end of this year. You don't have to sell me this place, it sells itself by the company it keeps insides those welcoming doors. The best of the best. I have met Craig and he is the stand up guy everyone talks about. I have met the head chef Chris, his food speaks for itself. Joyce and Stephanie are angels that greet you and drive you. Can you ask for more? I think NOT! Great job all aces!

As I have been working within the senior living environment for the last several years, I have seen multiple facilities and the Park is the nicest independent living community that I have ever visited. Not only is the facility beautiful, but it also has top-notch staff and variety of activities to keep residents engaged. I would wholeheartedly the recommend this facility to anyone seeking an independent living facility for his/herself or loved one.

I have been in-and-out of this building to do 3rd party maintenance when needed. Their maintenance team is awesome by the way, they just sometimes vendor out for bigger huge jobs that take a bigger team. This would be the top independent senior living community that I have been in, and would refer to without a doubt. Beautiful place to be in.

The hospitality I experienced from the moment I walked in the door of the community was remarkable. Joyce, the receptionist at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very professional. She made sure I was comfortable, and offered refreshments as I waited in the lobby that was cozy, clean and smelled good. I toured with the Community Relations Director, Sabrina. Sabrina is exceedingly personable and knowledgeable. It was clear that she has built very solid relationships with the residents the reside there and team members. She truly cares about the well being of those living at the community. I was very impressed with how engaged the community was. Residents were out and about enjoying the amenities offered.

I went to visit a family member that works at this facility. I was waiting inside the lobby for them. The receptionist Joyce, I believe that is her name. She was wonderful and has so much personality, she made me feel so at home. I then got escorted to the bistro to grab a meal while waiting, everyone was so friendly and they didn't even know who I was or what I was doing there. The thing is, I don't think they cared. They just wanted to take care of me and for what ever reason I was there...make me happy. That is amazing bc I owned my own business in Assisted living and independent living myself private homes of course, nothing to this scale. But to have all of your staff like that is rare. If your staff is happy, you know your residents are happy. I felt that in that small amount of time of maybe 30 minutes, I also did get something to eat. The angus cheese burger was huge and cooked just right. The onion rings were huge and just delicious. I can imagine the dinners there if my lunch was this way! I just needed to leave a review bc it needed to be known what a great place the Park is. Inside and out...just beautiful.

The Park at Surprise is 'THE' luxury independent living that's a must visit. I met the staff and they are all wonderful! On Veterans Day they celebrated with a parade, live music and a honoring of each Veteran followed by a special lunch. This is only one example of all the wonderful events. It's a beautiful place to live! Sabrina - Director of Community Relations is someone you'll want to know...she will help you every step of the way. What a great addition to the team 🙂

First time ever visiting this beautiful facility. Was was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all the staff. The facility was very clean and well kept. The offerings of all the activities from library, art, wood shop, and movies was fantastic. This place really impressed me with their care and devotion to the clients. And they have a 5 star dining area. And the beautiful outdoor seating and landscaping is wonderful. I am very impressed with this facility and staff. I'd rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

I recently started looking for independent living facilities in the west Phoenix Valley. My search was comprehensive. I found The Park at Surprise and what a pleasant Surprise it is!!!! The facility is tastefully decorated, and the apartments hold many nice amenities. The food is tasty as well. The best portion of this experience centers around my representative, Sabrina F. She went out of her way to answer all my questions which were unending. Sabrina is one of those genuinely competent ladies who puts the client first. There was no pressure for me to make up my mind as to what I might want. Sabrina met with me and my family several times to give information and help with decisions. I am happy to say that I am now a resident and the kindness and consideration of all the staff has been unending toward me. Thank you, Sabrina, for all you did to help make my experience a good one and helping me make the right choices! Also, thanks to the remainder of the staff here who have helped me feel at home!

The park at surprise independent living community is a wonderful and beautiful place. I come in a few times a week to do the residents hair and the staff there is amazing. Sabrina fredrick, which is the one that helps the residence move in, and is very polite and professional. A few weeks ago they had a little carnival and it was great to see all the staff interacting with all the visitors and even the kids it really made my heart smile. What a wonderful place.

Have known about the Park at Surprise since the construction and the grand opening, has been a wonderful community for our seniors to go when they want that wonderful independent living with the life style they want! We have been here for a year and were so happy we chose The Park for this portion of our lives. The staff is very kind and friendly. Response is quick (or immediate!) for questions or requests. During this year of Covid, the staff has made following CDC guidelines as painless and even humorous as possible. During quarantine food was delivered to our apartments, at times in outrageous and silly garb. At the height of it, onsite medical care was offered. The activities seem endless and cover many interests. I highly recommend The Park.

We moved here to the Park at Surprise in April, 2020. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. The staff here from management to the people who clean and maintain our homes are wonderful.
