We moved our 90-year-old father to Solana from out-of-state six months ago and are very happy with the care he's receiving. The caregivers and nurses are friendly and patient and the management and staff have gone out of their way to accommodate his needs, even when something unexpected has come up after hours or on the weekend. There is such a feeling of security for the family when you know your loved one is being well cared for. I highly recommend Solana.

We have had an excellent experience at the Park. Everyone has been so accommodating & helpful during this time of moving our mother in to assisted living. Our mom is adamant about not moving & the staff has been so helpful in coaching us on how to handle our roller coaster emotions thru this move! I would definitely recommend Solana at the Park. We have so many good things to say about Solana, where to start..... Beginning with Angie, who was so wonderful to work with. She took us on the tour of the building and we were immediately impressed at how clean and organized it was. We were there to find a place for my mother that we felt had a good, caring and efficient staff. We were not disappointed. My mother was there one week for respite care and they looked after her excellently and the food was absolutely the best. Thank you Angie and staff for taking care of my mother.

My Father-in-law has been a resident of Solana for 2 3, 4 years and our experience has been stellar. He was reluctant to move to an assisted living facility, but upon his arrival he realized he could be as independent as his health allowed. While he claimed he was full independent he forgot all of the things the staff did for him in the background. He enjoyed the food, his apartment was comfortable and the staff treated him like a king. As his health declined he required more care, which was offered at a very reasonable price. Solana provided everything he needed and we felt very good about his living and care that he experienced there. I would highly recommend Solana at The Park

My Darling Mumsley and Da are residents at Solana. They are very happy with their apartment and with the kindness and patience of the staff. I especially have to thank Amy Barta for helping to decorate their apartment and making sure I knew how everything was going. She has gone out of her way to find things my folks needed and made sure I was able to get what they needed if they needed help. I cant thank Solana enough for the kindness and care they exhibit for my parents. I only wish the visits were longer and I could take my folks for a walk around the outside of the property, but Im hoping I can do so soon! Thank you for making their apartment their home.

My sister is a resident here and we visited her in April for the second time at this facility. She is very happy with the care she receives and the friendliness of the staff. We could not help but notice the family environment, too; everybody seemed to know each other. We ate all our meals there; the Chef, Chuck, serves delicious meals!

Solana at The Park provides personal consideration and care for a wide range of personal needs. My wife is a resident of this facility and I am deeply thankful for the care she is given. We have seen other facilities and have not found another we would prefer. I can only touch on a few areas which impress me. There are many more which need to be experienced rather than talked about. The Dining arrangements are managed by a talented chef, and resemble a Parisian sidewalk café rather than an institutional lunch room, even providing for individual special dietary requirements and allowing personal requests and substitutions.The personal apartments are well designed for comfort and safety and additional facilities are ready at hand for utilization by residents such as a theater, library, exercise facility, open laundries, game rooms, barber, beauty shop, and transportation to outside destinations. The list of benefits this establishment provides exceed the scope of a brief review.

Starting at the front door, all the way to the back of the building, Solana at the Park is hands down the greatest place we could have ever chosen for our brother. Regina, Duane, and the kind Lady in the dining room Y, made our worries rapidly disappear. They are wonderful, kind, caring, and the place is immaculate. The food is Fabulous! My mother came to SOLANA as a hospice patient at 99yrs old. She was treated like a queen. The employees are so kind and considerate and kept my mom so clean and groomed. The room was kept clean and even tho she didnt feel like eating they always brought something just in case she felt like having a bite. When she passed away everyone was so comforting. I cant say enough good things about Dwayne the resident RN; he really monitored her throughout her stay. Thank you all for your love and support and we will recommend SOLANA to our friends and neighbors.

Went here to see friend and have lunch. I had a good lunch - veggie omelet with toast, tomato soup and ice cream. The omelet was good - small, but probably good size for residents. Tomato soup was great! Strawberry ice cream was really good with some fresh strawberries on it. Everybody at table seemed happy with their choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Chef made his rounds and asked people if they were happy with their food - Ive eaten in quite a few senior living places - GREAT SERVICE here. Friend likes it here - less than happy about view out her back door ... and it isnt her home. Both complaints Im sure common at many assisted living places. Seems like a great place to me. Staff are great! Juliet was particularly warm, friendly and helpful. The place is very pleasant and up to date. Very nicely decorated.

Both my mother and brother have lived at Solana for nearly 8 months and Im so happy to have found such a perfect fit. The facility is welcoming, beautiful and immaculate. The caregivers do an excellent job and the management has been exceptionally accommodating and easy to work with. My mom and brother are happy, their apartment is perfect for their needs and theyre doing better than I had ever expected. We feel fortunate to have found Solana - its everything we were looking for and more.

My dad moved into Solana last September and we are both very pleased with the facility - from the staff to the beautiful accommodations, everything has been top notch. My dad participates in the many activities and events coordinated by the facility and we have been able to attend many of the family events including Oktoberfest. My two small children love to visit granddaddy and almost always get ice cream from the lovely dining staff. The outdoor areas are welcoming - we even did a small egg hunt at Easter! Gina provides excellent communication and consistently goes above and beyond to help residents, no matter the need. There is a genuine feeling of positive energy, compassion, and concern for safety. I am so grateful that my dad is so well taken care of and that we can all visit together comfortably at Solana. Highly recommend!

ParkWood is a beautiful facility and their management and staff were incredibly kind and caring to my aunt, family and friends during the time she lived there. I spent quite a bit of time in the facility, enjoyed the food and all day dining, spent time with many of the caregivers and med-techs, had the privilege of getting to know the administrative staff while they listened to my concerns about my aunt and how to best care for her. I watched as residents gathered to enjoy many of the events and amenities such as Happy Hour Fridays, Ice Cream Sunday parties, jewelry and clothing shows, birthday and new resident luncheons, Wii bowling, the pool room, library, and sports lounge and wished that we would have moved my aunt into the facility long before we did. I have seen many facilities and none compare with ParkWood - check it out, you wont be disappointed.
