I would like to start off by saying, the staff was great with my husband. The place was very clean and the staff are amazing. They took very good care of him. Alzheimer’s is not easy to take care of never knowing what it is that the person wants or needs but the person can’t tell you either. I am very grateful for the staff here and all that they did to help me and my husband.

Iris Memory Care received an award this year for being in the top 5% in the NATION for Memory Care. Although they are not perfect (no facility is) they certainly deserve this award. During the two years my wife has been a resident I always observe kind and patient care from the staff. I can’t imagine having my best friend being anywhere else.

I’d like to recommend Baptist Village. I have lived here for two years and my mom has been here fifteen. From the maintenance staff to the office workers this facility is superb. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and professionally. If a work order goes in Tuesday morning it’s not uncommon to have it resolved before the day is over. The office staff and administrators see their job as a mission. They are both friendly and efficient. It’s a usual sight to see staff members having a friendly chat with people that live here. If you or a loved one is looking for a place to call home, this is it!

We moved my father here in July, and he is thriving! The activities, staff, and socialization with other residents have made a huge improvement in his quality of life. The room is large and the view of the pond with the birds and squirrels keeps him engaged in things besides his television. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. They truly care and are quick to resolve even the slightest issue if brought to their attention. Best decision we could have made!
