We recently toured the independent/assisted living portions of the facility. While we still haven't made any decisions, the information provided by Jessica was incredibly helpful. She was thorough, detailed and so personable!

My mother and I were so lucky she lived at Forest Hills. I cried during the tour because I couldn’t believe they offered a solution to every worry I had. The staff is consistent, friendly, and communicative. The facility is clean and inviting. My 8 year old daughter enjoyed visiting. My mother’s room was spacious, the bunny garden is lovely, activities were entertaining and easygoing, food was wonderful. Even though my mother has naturally moved into a different level of care, my daughter and I are still welcome to events and to visit the garden. Transitioning a loved one to a facility is always difficult but Forest Hills is a gift.

I moved into Forest Hills Assisted Living Center approximately two weeks ago and everyone is super nice. Jessica is a ray of sunshine. The staff greet you by name everytime they pass you in the hallway. Everyone tries to make you feel welcome. The food is much better than I expected. Staff is friendly. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. Nursing staff always makes sure you're comfortable and feeling ok. Maintenance handles any problems . I can't say enough. I heard good things about the facility before I came and I'm continuing to tell people the good things about Forest Hills. Highly recommend.

My dad was a resident here for 4 years . He always treated with respect and dignity . The staff was very responsive to his needs and in a very friendly way. I live out of state and always felt my dad was receiving the best care . He raved about the food and staff . As my dad was in hospice house at the end , the staff at ALF were very attentive to the family. I could not have asked for a better experience .

We could not be more pleased with the level of care that our mother receives at Forest Hills. The accommodations are also more than suitable for the price point of this facility. The tone at Forest Hills is set by the administrator, Amber Chavez, who has created a positive, patient, caring approach that is felt through the entire team. The Forest Hills staff are sensitive to our mother's specific dietary and care giving needs, and does their best to accommodate her.

I can’t say enough good things about Forest Hills! It’s always a difficult decision when leaving your loved ones in the hands of someone else but from the day my mother has been at the facility the staff has treated her like family, as well as myself. The facilities are always very clean and tidy, I don’t think I’ve ever even see a speck of dust. My mother also loves all the activities that are put on, they do so great about keeping her involved. Anytime I have a question I can always immediately get a hold of someone and they are also so great at getting in touch with me for anything I may need to know. I travel a lot for work and I never feel nervous about her being well cared for when I cannot be around. I am so thankful that we found Forest Hills, it has brought my mother out of her shell and I’ve seen her happier than I have in years and the comfort it provides me in knowing she is taken care of has been life changing for my family.

I recommend Forest Hills Assisted Living based on the care, courtesy, and commitment the administrator and staff showed to my dad while he lived there 2021 - 2023. My mom is currently living here, and has been here for 6 months. She absolutely loves it here (and that makes her family happy, too!) The staff is both caring and attentive. She loves her spacious living quarters, enjoys daily activities provided by the facility (they have an awesome Activity Director), and she has made several new friends. They keep them active by providing a variety of activities on a daily basis - there's something for everyone. Her safety is also a priority which is a relief to the family as well. They have a wonderful, caring staff. I recommend this place to everyone I know who is seeking an Assisted Living community for a family member.

We have been part of this family since July of 2021 they made the transition very smooth to memory care. I have met the entire staff and know them very well. They have always been there to assist me with whatever challenge the patient has presented or arisen and make the right decisions with me or on my behalf. It has certainly been a direct relationship with open communication and guidance.

Getting assisted living for your parent is a scary thought - but my Mom couldn't live alone without help. She is thriving. Hasn't been this happy in years. She loves the food (I was unaware of how important this is). The nurses and staff are professional and very kind. Activities keep her busy and visiting her friends in the other rooms are getting her more exercise. Amber, the administrator, has gone way beyond the "call of duty" over and over to make Moms life better. I can't imagine how it could be improved. I can sleep at night knowing she has the best possible care

My sweet, 88 yo, mother has been living at Forest Hills Memory Care for 10 months. We have been very happy with the care she receives. It is a nice caring environment for her. She is loved, safe, clean, well fed and entertained by the staff and other residents. I go daily to see her and leave knowing she will be OK. I am so grateful for Amber, Donett, Hailey, Dakota, Jenny, Angel, Sarah, Lisa, Bella and Trish. Thanks to each of you for loving my mother and for treating her with respect. My parents have been here since February. The staff is wonderful. The director especially. She has worked with us on several issues. Dad tells me all the time how nice everyone is. If anything, they sometimes have to remind him that he needs to ask for their help more often as he tends to not want to "bother" anyone. My mother is experiencing dementia and it is a relief to me that they are both in a place where there are people who are watching out for them.

This place is full of amazing people. My dad is on the LTC side and comes down the hall for lunch almost everyday to see my mom on the AL side. The food is amazing from the gourmet chef. Everyone is very friendly, understanding, and willing to work with any special requests. There are many activities the residents are able to enjoy. I own a commercial janitorial service and have never had any issues with the cleanliness of the facility. Thanks y'all.

My in-laws have lived at Forest Hills Assisted Living “FHAL” for over 3 years. They’ve had great experiences and made many friends. The staff became our extended family. This has been a wonderful experience for our family. The staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate our Father’s wishes. They also communicate with us if there is an issue (which is usually our Father wanting something that may not be possible). Our Father always tells us that he can request different food from the daily special and the kitchen staff will make it for him. The facility is clean and does not smell like a nursing home. We are very happy with the care at Forest Hills Assisted Living.

My mother was in skilled nursing rehab in 2015 and then moved from there to assisted living where she lived til she died in 2018. Her experiences were extremely positive especially with the food and the quality services that the aides provided The atmosphere was always clean and not smelly anywhere Therefore in 2019 I moved into the assisted living building but not paying for assisted living From my interaction with other residents this has an excellent record of services

Forest Hills Assisted Living is a positive atmosphere place. I've read the reviews and it's unfortunate those bad ones got posted to the wrong site, because FH Assisted Living is peaceful, cheerful and clean. They do have pretty darn good food ! I've had several meals, before covid. My mother-in-law has been here almost 4 years now. Have things been perfect...of course not, but with any issue we've had, Amber Chavez the FHAL Administrator, has listened, examined, researched, corrected and responded in a timely fashion. Mom was not a social butterfly at all, but now she plays bingo, likes the musical artists who come to play for the residents and has some good friends.

Forest Hills has been a great experience for my loved one. He loves the food and they constantly have activities for the residents. It's always clean and I've yet to meet an employee that isn't friendly to residents and their families. Also having medicine administered and the appropriate dose is very reassuring. I'm sure Forest Hills has some flaws but I haven't seen any yet. We are going on a year with our loved one residing there.

My father was sent here after almost a month a St Francis. He got great care while he was there. My mother did spend a lot of time with him there since she was also retired. Unfortunately my father passed away from a heart condition unrelated to why he was there for rehab.

My grandma was sent here after being released from the hospital. She said the food was excellent. Not your standard hospital food. The staff was kind and helpful and always available if needed. The manager Joshua was kind and answered all of our questions honestly and respectfully. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

When you read these reviews, keep in mind they are for both the Skilled Nursing Side and the Assisted Living side. I have had my mother there for a couple of years on both sides. On the assisted living side. They are wonderful. Teams of Dr.'s travel and make house calls (In Room visits) and the assistants and other staff really do work hard to keep my mother safe and happy. On the Skilled Nursing side. I have learned that as soon as you get your loved one admitted, go straight the nurse manager and get a repour started immediately. Your loved on will be on the radar instead on a room #. Over the years my mother has went into the Hosp a few different times and then to Skilled Nursing. As her strength slowly returned, it was nice having her assisted living appt next door(Down the Hall) so she could meander back and forth to familiar surroundings until fully discharged. I highly recommend the Assisted Living side of this facility and the connected Skilled Nursing unit Is a one stop bonus.

My father is a resident of Forest Hills and I've found it to be a good fit for him. His room is spacious and well-maintained. I appreciate the staff, the communication and the wide-range of activities offered. His disposition has improved so much since being moved to Forest Hills Assisted Living. He is more engaged and seems much happier. The food service is quality and wide ranging. Every member of the staff that I have communicated with has been friendly and helpful. The facility is very well kept and the atmosphere is peaceful and calm. Our family appreciates the care and genuine interest shown to our loved one.
