It’s a nice place but as far as the work environment they don’t know how to talk to their staff. I worked there for about a month and resigned because I was being Talk to rudely over a parking spot by the executive director from her tone to the way she approached me it was very unprofessional. They paid me well but don’t know how to talk or treat their staff. Don’t get me wrong they do have some ppl that are genuine but some need to work on the way they approach ppl doesn’t matter what position you carry respect comes a long way.

We moved our Mom into Mansion at Waterford assisted living June 2022. We are amazed at the quality of care she has received. Honestly this place has exceeded our expectations. We visit her often and her room is always super clean, bed made perfectly, laundry always done etc. Most importantly, our mom has gotten excellent care physically as she needs a ton of assistance. Staff calls us when they have a concern about her and tells us how they are fixing it. All the staff including management, front desk, dining room, maintenance, health care aids, and floor aids are so nice and hardworking. We could not be happier and more relieved that she is getting such good care.

Excellent residence! The apartments give the feeling of home. Staff go out of their way to meet each residents needs. They are always cheerful and kind. They know the residents. Activities occur everyday to keep residents engaged. Shopping trips and outings are available.

I toured the Mansions of Waterford and I have to say that i was very impressed with the the looks and sizes of the apartments. They offer a lot of amenities and their all inclusive prices were amazing. I will definitely be letting my parents and families know about them. Thank you Jamie!!!

Yesterday my brother and I took a tour of your facility. From the moment we entered your facility till we left, the staff went above and beyond to help us feel at ease, answering all our questions and concerns. The joy that I felt from each person that we came in contact with gives me peace of mind knowing that they will also give our mom the same. What a blessing these wonderful people are

My husband and I have lived in the Assisted Living at the Mansions for a year and a half. We are very happy with the facilities, the help and the activities that helped get us involved within the community. We have made some great friends and used the lovely facilities to entertain friends and family. We used the great room for our 60th wedding anniversary. Use of the room, bistro kitchen and any needed supplies are free to residents. We had over 40 guests and the staff took care of all set up and tear down. It was a celebration to remember. We would recommend The Mansions to anyone looking for kind, compassionate senior living.

This is Chloe with Grooms Sewer and Plumbing, and I just have to brag on how wonderful the staff is at Mansions. We have been doing their plumbing for years and they are always such a pleasure to work with! Their facility is unbelievably beautiful and you are always greeted with a smile! 5+ stars!!!!!
