My dad spent six weeks at Jasmine Estates, and the entire team was incredibly supportive throughout his stay. They worked closely with me to provide the care I wanted for him and ensured he received the best care and options available. He passed away while in their care, and the compassion they showed during that difficult time meant so much to our family. When we arrived, they were sincere, caring, and genuinely loving in the way they supported us. The end-of-life journey for a loved one is never easy, but the staff at Jasmine Estates were there every step of the way”answering questions, offering guidance, and helping us through the process with kindness and respect. Thank you for caring for my dad, loving on him, and showing such compassion to our family. We will always be grateful.

The administrator sets the tone with incredible leadership and is consistently present, engaged, and attentive”not just to operations, but to the residents and families as well. It’s clear that they truly care about creating a positive, supportive environment. The nursing team is absolutely top-notch. They provide attentive, skilled care while also treating residents with dignity, patience, and kindness. They go above and beyond every single day. What really stands out is how involved the staff is. They’re not just checking boxes”they actively participate in activities, build relationships with residents, and create moments of joy throughout the day. It feels like a community, not just a facility. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be genuinely cared for, supported, and engaged, this is it. Highly recommend.

The staff took care of Mom for over 4 years. She never had bedsores and she never stunk. They made sure she got out with the other residents to be around people. Mom dealt with Alzheimer's for over 8 years. Her life ended on January 1, 2026. The staff embraced her and us, gave hugs and real tears were shed. Yes, I think the owners charge too much. If I knew the workers got the money I would not be as upset but I'm pretty sure it went to sprucing up the place and paying dividends to the owners. The staff is who helped Mom and I would recommend this facility to anyone. It is clean, beautifully decorated but still warm and homey. Food is great as well.

I would like to recognize and appreciate Laura! My Mom has been at Jasmine for about 19 months. Since Laura started working, I have witnessed and seen a big difference. She is always willing to help, follows up with me on all my questions, very dependable and carry's a positive attitude! If she’s not helping family, or visitors, you will find her with the residence. She goes above and beyond! Thank you Laura for all you do!! It is very noticeable and I appreciate you!

Where to start… if you want horrible care then put your loved one here all put 2 people here are worthless. [name removed] the “head nurse” should not be a nurse. She has NO IDEA what she is doing is clueless on patients and when you have to educate a nurse on medication something is wrong. [name removed] is the executive director and she’s the most heartless person. As we are moving our loved one out to pass at home because lack of care she stayed in her office like a scared mouse. Both [name removed] and [name removed] didn’t discipline 2 aides for neglect on MULTIPLE occasions with video proof and STILL put those nurses on our loved ones hall. [name removed] shouldn’t have a license point blank she caused our loved one to fall multiple times because she left them in the room alone FOR HOURS while they were awake because she didn’t want to do her job. This was brought to [name removed] and [name removed]'s attention and they did nothing but praise [name removed] for doing a good job. [name removed] sat and starred at our loved one yelled them to get in their wheelchair when they couldn’t. Multiple neglect cases with video evidence to back it up and will given to the proper state board. Oh and let’s not forget [name removed] trying to cover up double dosing on meds on the mar to cover her own [language removed] and the med tech she hired that she didn’t vet. Whatever you do DO NOT bring your loved one here. You can’t speak out nor can the staff without getting kicked out or fired because [name removed] gets [language removed]. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I’m angry that admin and staff at a facility could care less about their patients except like I said 2 people.

When it came time to find a place for my dad, I was honestly nervous”there’s so much emotion and stress involved in that decision. But choosing Jasmine Estates ended up being one of the best decisions we’ve made for him and for our family. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They treat my dad with real respect and care, which means everything to us. The facility itself is clean, cozy, and doesn’t feel cold or clinical like some other places we looked at. Dad's settled in really well. He’s made friends, he’s eating better, and he’s actually enjoying the daily activities”he especially loves the group games and music sessions. I also really appreciate how the team keeps us in the loop and always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns we have. It’s such a relief to know he’s in a place where he’s safe, happy, and truly cared for. I’d absolutely recommend Jasmine Estates to anyone going through this same tough decision.

My mother-in-law spent the last few weeks of her life at Jasmine Estates. The dedication and genuine loving care of all the staff were amazing and better than we prayed for. The first night after one of my mother-in-law’s strokes, one of the nurses made a special trip to the facility to make sure my mother-in-law’s medication was administered timely, which allowed my family to get a little rest. The day my mother-in-law passed, a cleaning lady saw my husband praying the Rosary by my mother-in-law’s bedside and came in and prayed with him. To us, she was and will live in our memory as an angel. She spoke to my mother-in-law with great love and faith. I’m sure this lady has given her comfort, love, and faith to many residents and their families. This lady is living proof of God’s love through the Holy Spirit. God bless the wonderful people at Jasmine Estates.

This facility changed owners and leadership several months ago, so don't base decisions on older reviews. Go and see for yourself. Placing someone you love in a care facility is one of the hardest decisions you will ever make. We were at a different facility before coming to Jasmine and it was terrible. I learned what to look for. The most important thing is the people. The staff and the caring climate they create at Jasmine south is the closest thing to home that you will find. Their staffing ratios and support from the leadership team is the best. I have found peace of mind knowing my Mike is safe and cared for.

Highly recommend Jasmine Estates OKC! Mom has dimentia & the entire staff is very resident accommodating & meets the individual needs of each resident "at" the resident's level of Dimentia & Alzheimer's. They help Mom to make sure she puts on clean clothes, makes sure she takes a shower, and encourage the residents to be social with continuous activities throughout each day....all 7 days of the week!! Yes, the have relaxing/TV time, Football, movies, singing, crafts, games (exercise)! The food is fantastic, 3 meals & 3 snacks a day! Each resident has an assigned laundry & deep clean room day. But, the awesome thing is each room is cleaned/picked up daily. The staff really cares about the residents, their personal needs and treats them like they are their own family!! Mom is thriving & happy! If you are debating on where to have your loved one, definitely check out Jasmine Estates!!

My mom in law was a resident here before passing away. Overall, the staff goes the extra mile. I have a couple of standouts! I absolutely adore the maintenance/groundskeeper, who went out of his way to tell me some amazing stories my mom in law had told him before her passing. The activities director is phenomenal and high energy! He goes above and beyond with cool activities to make the residents feel special! The facility is beautiful! I highly recommend!
