I pulled my mother out of a supposedly 4 star facility where she was receiving such awful care that I was reduced to tears. Originally I moved her to the Assisted Living area of Quailridge. But she needed more care than assisted living provides. That's not a strike against AL. It just wasn't a good match for her needs. So the very kind, caring manager helped me move her to Quailridge memory care.(They call it Legacy). She was so weak and frail when we first got to Quailridge, I thought she was going to die.But the care and attention she has received at QR has improved her condition tremendously! She is eating well, her meds are administered daily on schedule, her bed is made daily, laundry weekly. She was wheelchair bound and could not dress herself when she got there. But with physical therapy, assistance and encouragement from staff, she is now walking, dressing herself and taking herself to the dining room and activity room. I check on my mother daily. When some adjustments were needed, the staff was willing to work with me. Initially Mom couldn't even use the phone without assistance. But the staff went the extra distance to help the rest of our family communicate with her by phone. She is now able to call me and whomever she wants. They are not perfect. But they certainly are more than satisfactory. I am very thankful for Quailridge.

We love Quail Ridge and more importantly our 92 year old mother does even more. Certainly always challenges with such a large community of senior citizens with various needs but we love how Quail Ridge always tackles things as they come up. They are focused on the short term plan but keep the long range thinking in place as well for the residents. Our mother was a vegetarian here entire life and actually had some issues with not enough food intake. She has added 20 pounds and credits it to the food and great service 7am to 7pm everyday. The value is outstanding at Quail Ridge !! For my brother in Phoenix with his family and my family in Chicago it really means a lot to know we can count on the crew at Quail Ridge.

Quail Ridge provides great care, warm hospitality and excellent meals. My mother loves it here after moving from another property 2 years ago. She has easy transportation assistance anytime she needs it for doctor visits, and there are frequent shopping excursions for anyone interested throughout the week. Very friendly staff and nurses. I would say the dining program is their strongest quality, providing a very large menu available from 7am - 7pm, along with specials of the day.

We placed my father here a year ago. For the first few months all was well. Since then it is a steady decline in his care. The staff is wonderful, but they are severely understaffed, and communication follow through is next to non existent. My father needs assistance showering, and his days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. He is lucky if he receives one shower a week. I have had to bite the bullet and shower my own father. The only nurse on staff for showers is 5 months pregnant. My father was in the hospital for about 3 weeks. We locked the door and assumed all was safe. Someone came in and opened his safe, and stole his cash. I find it a shame that I can no longer drop by for a visit. I have to attend to many of his needs or they don't get done. As a result I am there almost daily to check on him. I put in a work order for light bulb replacements in his bathroom. It did not get addressed. I brought my own bulbs after finding my dad trying to use the restroom with a flashlight. This was most definitely a fall hazard. If there was anywhere better, I would move him. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm at most places. I guess I will continue to assist them in my fathers care, as I won't let him sit there filthy and unhappy.

My mother has been at Quail Ridge since Oct 2022, her third senior living place. Quail Ridge is by far the best place, my mother's apartment spacious and light, and the staff members are wonderful, especially Jessica!!! Quail Ridge does many things right: a dining room that is open 7am-7pm, a beautiful pool (indoor but with lots of outdoor light), changing rooms, and a fully equipped exercise room. QR is clean, attractive, and friendly all around. I know my mother is in a safe and vibrant place.

Quail Ridge cares very much about there residents. I love that they are family owed and care about the staff just as much as the residents.

They do have a few senior nursing staff/caregivers that genuinely care and do their best for the residents. Nurse B and Nurse Anna were the best. Direct communication often with senior nursing staff is what will benefit your loved one the most. "Good" healthcare workers are in demand and they, like everyone else, are under-staffed. The place is clean and the front office staff is nice. Admin. is terrible at follow ups with family concerns via phone and email. Marketing inflated the amount of care they provide in their verbal presentation, so read the contract's fine print. Don't take what they say as the truth. They are "not" an age in place community. We also had to hire outside caregivers for bathing and assistance with doctor visits and eventually hospice. Don't expect a phone call of concern or in-person meeting after your loved one passes away when you move their personal effects out. Stay on top of any refunds at that point (ie Security deposits, etc.) due you because they will not. In my opinion, they are not people-oriented, they are business-oriented. Seems like there should be a balance.

My parents are residents at Quail Ridge and I could not be happier. They are treated like family. The staff in any department are there to please. It is a beautiful facility and the amenities are abundant.. The restaurant serves top not meals and the wait staff are execellent... I would highly recommend Quail Ridge to any family that needs to have loved ones taken care of..

Privately owned and beautifully maintained. As an assisted living, this community feels and lives more like independent living. The dining experience is top notch for people needing space, there are roomy 2bd assisted living units. More importantly, the owners and staff truly care about the residents. Its not just a job for them. The only way to get a complete perspective is to visit yourself and I recommend taking a tour over lunch!

We toured over ten Assisted Living Facilities for my parents before selecting Quail Ridge. It was the best decision we ever made for them. They have roomy apartments, a beautiful facility, wonderful activities, and a caring staff. The residents are with it and participate in daily Happy Hours and many other activities planned by the best Activities Director in OKC, Janet B. Their dining room is second to none. It is privately owned which makes a huge difference when comparing it to ones owned by big corporations!

We moved my parents into Quail Ridge a month ago and they have been SO happy. The whole experience has exceeded our expectations! All of the staff members - from the front desk to the nurseaides to housekeeping and maintenance to dining room - go out of their way to speak to my parents and help them in any way. They greet them by name and they were doing this when they had only been there a few days! They have a two bedroom unit which is spacious and one of the biggest Assisted Living units we looked at in OKC. There is a lot of storage and they were able to fit in most of their furniture. They LOVE the food in the dining room. So do all of the residents we have talked to. They have specials at lunch and dinner but you can also order from an extensive menu. Breakfast is served all day. Another thing we like is that the dining room is open from 7 AM until 7 PM so people can eat when they are hungry. They also have a Happy Hour with wine and appetizers Monday through Friday. Monthly they have theme dinners and parties. There are dozens of activities and the show movies several nights a week. There is a fitness center which is run by Angela who is always so encouraging to all residents. She has gotten my dad up and moving again and we just cant believe it!When we were considering Quail Ridge, we toured other Assisted Living facilities in OKC and Edmond. One thing that particularly impressed us is managements philosophy: The answer is yes... now what is the question? They found a way to accommodate all of our needs and not being run by a big corporation has definitely made a difference. They are adding on to their building and will open a Memory Care unit in October. Then there will be an additional new wing next year with underground garage, tornado safe room, and swimming pool. Many of the residents are still quite sharp and very active. That was another big plus to us. It is not a typical assisted living! We would highly recommend Quail Ridge to anyone.
