Sarah has been invaluable to me. I toured the facility several months ago. My dad was in a different facility halfway across the state. I was not ready when I did the tour to move him yet but she checked in over the months to see how he and I were doing. THAT is above and beyond. My dad was asked (told) to leave his facility and Sarah worked nonstop to help me get him moved. She called in favors and found different ways that she could help. We would speak at all hours of the night and early in the morning. She wouldn't give up and didn't let me either. The facility itself is beautiful and spacious. It doesn't smell like urine and feces like the previous facility. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff that I have met so far are super friendly and smile a lot. It is refreshing to see people that care about their job and residents. It is his first day there and they are very accommodating to help him adjust. He has dementia/Alzheimer's so he is confused but they are helping with that. He arrived to the facility close to lunchtime and they were serving something that he didn't care for so they made something different just for him. I think that we will all be very happy.

My experience with Dorset place has been nothing short of amazing. the management has an is always so helpful an kind an understanding. I couldnt be more happier with my floor team everyone pulls together to make this place a 5 Star facility. Nothing is more important to us then the happiness of our residents. I love the fact that we all do this because its a passion an not just a job. Dorset place is amazing we make the transition as comfortable as possible our number one goal is to care an the happiness of each resident an I have to say my team does it well!!!!!!!!
