I doordash here alot. It is So Clean and smells super clean everytime I go in! The staff is super sweet especially when I need to find the person I deliver lunch to. To the nursing staff, you guys seem to be kind! To the cleaning staff, you guys are awesome because other nursing homes I deliver to arent as neat friendly and clean. 🙂 to the office staff as well, you guys pick out awesome employees. Compared to the other places, this one Im happy to come by!

I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing long term care or short term physical therapy, they helped me get through a difficult time from a total hip replacement surgery. The staff was great the ones that stood out where my addmiting nurse Amy Odell and my medication nurses , Tracy amd Jacky , also melody my nurse was great . The administration was helpful to my needs, I was treated great by all the staff and the physical therapy did me so much good I walked out on my own on a walker but I was walking , Cameron, Amanda, Allie was so helpful in my needs . My uncle is in there and I know he will get great care . The best crew of people Thank you.

I worked weekend doubles although the pay is low, but average to some, the weekend staff we have during the day most of them really care about thier patients-residents. I worked on blue hall which is skilled-physical therapy hall, and alot of the staff on that hall encouraged residents and helped residents get better and get back on their feet. On green hall CMA Sheila really cares about timing on giving her medication never late always helps others on the her hall.CNA KIRSTI on green hall always reliable,she shows up every weekend with a smile on her face ready to get to work and patients love her kindness, And CNA Sunshine and CMA regi who work purple hall are very attentive they both care about thier residents and do a great job.and CMA Jordan who works Burgundy hall not only does she do medication for the hall she always makes time to help residents, CNA KIMBERLY who works Burgundy hall very sweet caring,always helping her residents feel like they are at home, very dependable always smiling and happy, and at last Nurse Ginger who is our weekend supervisor she doesnt just sit behind a desk and bark orders no she is always helping out answering lights helping with everything she can she is what every nurse should be like. Even though I decided to go into a different direction and start a new career this place and staff will make you feel apart of thier family. Shout out to Erica,Kaitlyn you girls are great nurses, and of course Mike in laundry your awesome and always working even keeping our linen closet stocked, and the residents just love you ,your awesome and never could be replaced. And the kitchen staff always does thier best So if I decide to get back into Nursing. I will be back working here I would definitely recommend staff to come work here

There are some nice and welcoming staff members. When the facility was Wood Manor they had taken exceptional care of my mother. This time however, staff was vert short. She was often not checked on for hours, left in her wheelchair while waiting for her bed to be made. It was apparent that my mother was not improving and yet it was not explored or talked about until I brought something up. Many of the staff did not appear to know what was going on with her case. I got the distinct feeling that her charts werent read by some of the staff the was responsible for taking care of her. Nurse Dorothy was exceptional.
