Two fake profiles. One from Lisbon, Portugal and the other from New York. Property management companies. Really?My parents would never even think of doing such a crime. If this were true, they would have been shut down a long time ago.We have contacted the other family homes and made them aware of your false claims.Eddie

My 40-year-old daughter Janice has lived in this adult family home for 5 years. When I first brought her there, she was a very troubled, fragile young woman suffering from catatonia. Janice is now a healthy, happy person who absolutely sparkles. And this is all because of the loving care she has consistently received from Estera and her staff. The first photo was taken around the time I moved Janice to Esteras home. The second photo was taken 5 months ago. The difference tells the whole beautiful story!

The two negative reviews seem suspicious to me. I deliver medical supplies to many adult family homes in the greater Seattle area and have had Esteras New Hope on my route for over five years. At least once per month I visit Esteras, and I consider it to be one of the top houses on my route in all respects. The house itself is spacious, classy, and always immaculately clean. And the people on the staff are always friendly, courteous, and charming. And when I have seen the residents, they seem happy. The vibe is always very positive when I have visited Esteras.
