I can't say enough about the whole team working for Woodlands at Forbes Lake. Professional, friendly, attentive, caring. Complex is very clean and nice looking. The people who live here are very friendly. It feels like home. We are especially thankful to the Community Manager Mae Macy, Assistant Community Manager Kenia Alberdin and Maintenance Supervisor Victor Guerrero. All of them really helping us with our needs.

Mae, the Manager, is the dearest, most wonderful woman I've ever met. Mae answered all my questions perfectly and was so professional. Carolyn, the Assistant Manager, is welcoming and efficient. Victorio, the Maintenance Manager, is wonderful and a joy with all residents. The lobby looks glorious.

Finally! I'm at a place that feels like home. Both the Assistant Manager and the Property Manager are on top of it all. Especially, Carolyn -- she's extremely helpful and personable. My apartment is wonderful.....very well maintained, beautiful outside and really nice people. ....and very close to Totem Lake shopping and downtown Kirkland. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

The view from my apartment is so peaceful because I look out at nature. Mae, the Manager, is the dearest, most brilliant woman I've ever met. Carolyn, the Assistant Manager, is welcoming and efficient. Victorio, the Maintenance Manager, is brilliantly capable and a joy with all residents. The newly designed lobby is glorious.
