I can't recommend this facility highly enough. Amanda and her team are so caring and attentive and truly enjoy the community members. Unfortunately, my mom's stay there was cut short due to a sudden terminal diagnosis, however, in those last few weeks, it became even more clear to me how amazing the staff and facility are. I was able to sleep at night knowing she always had someone there helping and caring for her so we were able to make the most of our time during the day.

I decided on Aegis of Redmond upon getting several recommendations when my mom needed more help than I could give her. I was so happy with every aspect of Aegis - all of the care people, the director (Amanda) who was so friendly, warm and helpful, the spacious room that my mom stayed in, the view of the river, the food that was specially prepared for my mom as her condition changed and the numerous informative communications letting me know what was happening at each stage of her decline. I was touched at how well the nursing staff and aides knew my mom and how caring and concerned they were about her. My Mom passed on March 1st, and I was moved by the compassionate thoughts everyone expressed to me. I feel like I could not have made a better decision taking mom to Aegis of Redmond. It made her ending something I could accept and lean into knowing how supported we both were.

Care director Selma Malik is truly a superstar with all of the hard work she puts in and treats every resident as if it were her family. Aegis will always hold a special place in my heart and is a trustworthy great place for your loved ones to live.

I have worked at this community for 3 years! Not only is this a great place to work but it is also a great place to live. My family loved this place so much we even moved my grandmother into their Memory Care unit. She passed here and had so much love and care from the staff. Wy wife Lois has been at Aegis Redmond for over 1-1-2 years. During the first 12 months it was quite difficult for her to adapt to not being at home. But, with the focused care exhibited by Selma Milak and her staff, Lois has now adapted and is very much at ease in the Memory Care there. I cant say enough about Selma. She is a dedicated staff manager who guides and supervises her staff in spite of the continuous changes that inevitably take place in a facility that does this type of service. A key factor in the administration of guests is that she gives love to them that makes the big difference in how they adapt, respond and feel at home there. All the other staff and the new Manager Amanda seem to go above and beyond the call of duty. They really seem to enjoy what they do...The 2020 COVID year was tough for these care providers, however they truly delivered and kept all the guests safe. We are all grateful for that.

I worked at this location for a handful of months before moving, and my experience was so heartwarming and educational. The care team continuously communicates and collaborates throughout the day to discuss each residents needs and ensure that we can make the rest of the day and the next one better for each resident. Every staff member genuinely cares for the residents and makes accommodations for everyone without needing to be told (how much creamer they like in their coffee, what size spoon they eat with, their favorite TV channel... etc). It was a great experience for me to work here and be apart of a group that care for peoples family members in a way that ensures our hard work and dedication is providing the residents with a comfortable and happy life. I will miss being apart of this family, they do amazing things every day.

My family is extremely grateful for the excellent care which Aegis of Redmond has provided for the three years my 97 year mother has been there. She is very well cared for, kept as safe as possible, and is quite content; she does not seem stressed or worried. The caring and attentive staff constantly monitor her moods and needs, and are always available to sit with her if she is ever distressed or confused. She also really likes the food- and she is quite a picky eater. Further, the staff provide transportation and assistance as needed to my mothers doctors appointments (COVID restrictions permitting). Aegis provides a wide variety of activities to keep their residents occupied, and the staff consistently go out of their way to encourage family visits as long as its safe. Importantly, the excellent care provided to the residents by the management and staff have kept the residents COVID-free. In sum, my family is most appreciative of the clean, safe, and caring environment provided by Aegis for our mother.

Sence I have been employed with aegis, I have noticed that all management they are very caring to the residents and employees.as with the covid we are facing the facility takes all measurements and procotions to insure everybody is safe.with there open door pulicy employees are able to confront the management with any situation that needs to be addressed. I give Aegis Redmond my highest recommendation. My parents are in their 80s and my mom has dementia, but my dad doesnt, so it was difficult to find a place where both would get the care they need. The entire team at Aegis Redmond has been wonderful every step of the way. My dad often says that its as though the care team were taking care of their own mother when attending to my mom.

My father was rapidly becoming an ornery, angry, lonely recluse when health issues required that he live in a place like Aegis. He was not happy to be taken out of his house and put in an assisted living environment. Having adjusted and with the help of the delightful staff, he now is happier than I have seen him in years; he goes on field trips which he loves, has people who share the same generational memories to talk to, is involved in and enjoying some crafts which he would never have done before and really, really likes the people who work there. Thanks to the staff at Aegis, he looks better, is healthier and happier than he has been in many years. They spoil him, they take care of him and he loves it! Thank you guys!
