The Gardens is great but so expensive. Thankfully mom can afford it. I only wish that when mom has haircut appointment or mani/pedi they would come get her. She has dementia and only getting worse but not bad enough to go to the Terrace. My sister and I help all we can taking care of her with food, TP, Loitions, shots,ect but she misses hair appointments all the time. Even when we call 15min before appointment. So not sure what to do about that. Any suggestions? Thanks

The one thing Ive always noticed that stands out about the Gardens is their staff and level of care they demonstrate. We are a local Moving Company that has worked with the Gardens and Era Living for over a decade now and through the years every time Ive personally been on site there is always active involvement with the staff, always somebody there to help, residents are greeted by their name and everyone seems to feel comfortable. That is a testament to good management. Not to mention, the building is always real clean! Would highly recommend for prospective residents.

The organization that owns and operates The Gardens at Town Square, Era Living, is really amazing. I had the opportunity to work with the Leadership Team at this community and they are smart, kind, and resident-centered. Their quick response and careful approach to reopening during the pandemic certainly helped their residents and families avoid a potential tragedy.

I have been visiting with the Gardens for about a year now. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Residents have said to me on numerous occasions how much they love living in the community. The apartments are welcoming and the dining is great. Can't beat the location!

My father has been at The Gardens for 2.5 years and loves it. The facility looks like a country club and the staff is amazing, always friendly, caring, and helpful. The dining experience is so good that my father doesn't want to go out to eat. There is always something to do because of the daily activities, speakers, outings, and nightly movies and he has made quite a few new friends. We highly recommend the Gardens at Town Square.
