The Bellettini is simply "The Best!" My parent's first moved to The Bellettini 8 years ago, intending to spend their golden years together in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, my Father passed 6 months later after a sudden and unexpected illness. Mom moved back home in an attempt to live in familiar surroundings. Jump ahead to the present. After a couple of falls, it was apparent Mom needed to live in an assisted living environment. We looked at a number of facilities, but found ourselves right back at The Bellettini. Although the management had changed from her prior stay, we both felt as if we "were bringing Mom home!" The building has received some very nice interior upgrades however, the staff is what really stands out. The Executive Staff of Brian, Heidi and Kristine were so welcoming. Multiple sit downs to explain pricing and amenities really set my Mom's mind at ease. Additionally, they were so accommodating and flexible to coordinate my Mom's move in from a skilled nursing facility. Moms whole "affect" has dramatically improved since taking residence at The Bellettini. She has reunited with a number of friends, some dating as far back as high school. At 90 years old, she seems happier and healthier than she has in many years. I believe this in part due to the exceptional nursing staff. Keri, the supervising nurse, along with her care providing team, have taken exceptional care of Mom's medical needs. Medicine management and personal hygiene assistance has been impeccable..In summary, this has been a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend The Bellettini to anyone who truly wants the best for their loved ones.

My high expectations have been exceeded in all aspects of the independent living experience at the Bellettini. From the initial contact through my mother's moving in. The residents are welcoming and enthusiastic. There are activities for absolutely any interest, and the residents partake of them. The staff are professional, always helpful and friendly. The facility is well appointed, well maintained, and there are a large variety of apartment styles. The location is great and allows for even more independence. Almost immediately my mother felt at home.

The Bellettini has exceeded my expectations in the care they provide to my mom. They answered 1000 questions when I was researching and they completed a long task list prior to move in so the unit we chose would be ready for my mother. The transition period for my mom was longer than anticipated but management and staff stuck with her and created opportunities for her to feel at home sooner than later. In the years she has been living at the Bellettini she has made genuine friends and enjoys many activities including ladies luncheons on and off site, birthday parties, weekly games, and other options like Brain Academy. The valet service is professional and gives my mom freedom. Each unit feels like "home" with a fireplace, full kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit. My mom wishes for better food service and menu options but I know those are in the works. We are grateful for the Bellettini. Thank you!

The management is excellent, and the staff is friendly, well-trained, and works exceptionally well together. t has only been three weeks since my 93 year young mom moved into the Bellettini. In this short time, my mother has met more people and gained new friends and experiences than she has had for the last several years of being on her own. The Bellettini has afforded her a new energy and a new independence. The staff has been gracious, accommodating, and outgoing to make her new residency a complete and positive experience. Knowing that from the moment she wakes in the morning, she can join friends for breakfast and then attend lectures that keep her engaged is quite a relief. She can enjoy lunch, dinner and then attend a concert or join fellow residents in a game of bingo or to watch a movie. When I want to check up on her I basically need to make an appointment that fits her new social calendar. She has shopping, transportation, on-location restaurants and entertainment. She is for the first time in years, truly capable of doing things that she enjoys without having to rely on family to do any heavy lifting. I am relieved and happy that she has found a new life at the Bellettini.

We recently moved my father into the Bellettini and are very happy with that decision. He is 94 years young and in great health, both mentally and physically. Boy, did we make the right decision to move from our house of 55 years to The Bellettini. On the day that we moved in the entire staff knew that we were new residents and they knew our names. Not only did the staff welcome us, but resident after resident would wave at us, and make a gesture of welcoming us to The Bellettini. When we went in to the restaurant to have lunch or dinner, existing residents would ask us to join them for dinner so that we could meet them. The welcoming was for real and it sure did make us feel welcome and an immediate part of the community. We have been here for a month now, the food and the meals have far exceeded our expectations. The servers are so friendly, and they all know our names. Once a week a housekeeper comes in and cleans our apartment and changes the sheets on the bed! No longer do I have to drive my wife to the hair and nail salon, The Bellettini has its own hair and nail salon! There is no way that we could have ever imagined the transition from our house of 55 years to senior living being as easy and wonderful as it has been. In working with our family, Kristine and Heidi made this transition effortless. We are enjoying our new, easy life. We most definitely made the right decision to move to The Bellettini. We just wish we had done it sooner!

They made the move in process very easy and were there to coordinate all the things that go with it. My mother is so happy there! Her apartment is bright, airy and features city views, the facility is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff amazing. My 93 year old dad moved into the Bellettini this Spring. He was reluctant to move out of his home of 54 years, but it quickly became apparent he loved the Bellettini! The staff are excellent, as are the residents. I had asked the Sales Director to arrange dinner for him his first night with other residents, which she did, and he settled right in after that. There are plenty of activities and social opportunities to keep folks engaged. I feel better knowing there are staff available 24/7 in the event of an accident. In fact, all rooms are outfitted with a pull cord for emergencies. My dad’s cat accidentally pulled his cord and someone responded to his room immediately! It gave me great comfort to know they were this responsive. It has turned out to be the best thing we could have done for him.

Recently I helped my mother research a number of potential Senior Living venues. After a number of calls and visits it became very clear to both my mother and I that the Bellettini was the best fit for her needs and comfort. We found the facilities to be very upscale and friendly. The entire staff was very professional and highly personal. They listened to what was important to us and made this move a stress-free transition. There were a few things that were important to us for mom's new home. As it turned out, none of the units we first looked at worked well for us at the time. That said the staff listened to our "wants" and were able to deliver on a great solution for us. It was a 3-week whirl wind, but we got the move done and mom cannot be happier in her new digs! If the moving process is overwhelming, I would highly suggest using one of the movers recommended by Bellettini. They did a remarkable job and made the transition much less stressful.

I have been impressed with The Bellettini on many levels. As a professional in the senior living industry, there are many opportunities to visit the community, and I have found it to be warm and welcoming. The valet parking sets the tone for all that follows. A very important feature in a senior living community is the food. Toscana and Ashwood do not disappoint! The apartments are well-appointed with full kitchens, full-size washers & dryers, gas fireplaces, central a/c, and traditional charm. Stop in for a tour! Heidi and Kristine, the sales team will welcome you!

I just returned from The Bellettini, after visiting my 101-year-old mommy. She has been there for almost ten years and it is still the very best choice we could have made for her new home. Sure, the rooms are big and bright, the upscale common areas are cheery and tastefully appointed, the exercise classes are top-notch and there is an ever changing roster of art classes, history lectures, music recitals, and our fave, the wine tastings.but what we appreciate the most is the exceedingly kind, warm, thoughtful, and fun staff who go out of their way to help out with literally everything.

I've lived here for 12 years. It's a splendid place. The building, with two restaurants and a gym, lacks only a swimming pool. The staff is skilled and friendly, and the food is adequate. There's an outing once a week, a casino trip once a month. BUT THE BUS IS TERRIBLE..

I am really impressed with the quality of care at the Bellatini. The staff are outgoing, cheerful and friendly, and they truly care about, and develop ties to each of the residents. I am especially grateful to the Lifestyle Team for making my mother's birthday a special day, during a full covid lockdown at the center. The staff prepared a beautiful zoom birthday party with mountains of colorful balloons, loads of flowers, a lovely cake, and a large screen where we could share birthday greetings with my mother, "face to face." Yesterday, we received a video clip of my mother sending us Thanksgiving wishes, recorded by the creative Team at the Bellatini. It brought us great joy to see my mother dressed up, happy and offering a toast, while we are all in lockdown in different parts of the world. The Bellatini has a chat line 24/7 where a friendly staff person responds immediately, to any questions or concerns. Yes, the Bellatini is a gorgeous facility, and their meals are the equivalent of fine restaurant cuisine, but what matters most is that all of the staff members truly care - which gives us great peace of mind.
