I have been treated graciously throughout my stay here; particularly during a time of grief and loss. I feel at home here and would hate to have to leave, for any reason. I have formed friendships that I treasure and am grateful for many kindnesses shown to me. I love my apartment and the opportunity to volunteer, in small ways, to help serve others.

Many, many thanks to Chef Sam and Betty the Baker for their awesome Christmas Cake which I am still enjoying a slice a day. Very appreciated.Also, many, many thanks to the kitchen staff for their really delicious Christmas Dinner. I was able to enjoy two meals for your fabulous dinner. Much appreciated.And I want to say thanks to all the employees for their humor, costumes, singing and extra treatsAll of you made what could have been a lonely day, but you made it a special day. Really appreciated.I appreciate also the love and caring the residents give to each other.At this time, I will say there is NO PLACE better to live than right here at the Bellettini. I am really impressed with the quality of care at the Bellatini. The staff are outgoing, cheerful and friendly, and they truly care about, and develop ties to each of the residents. I am especially grateful to the Lifestyle Team for making my mothers birthday a special day, during a full covid lockdown at the center. The staff prepared a beautiful zoom birthday party with mountains of colorful balloons, loads of flowers, a lovely cake, and a large screen where we could share birthday greetings with my mother, face to face. Yesterday, we received a video clip of my mother sending us Thanksgiving wishes, recorded by the creative Team at the Bellatini. It brought us great joy to see my mother dressed up, happy and offering a toast, while we are all in lockdown in different parts of the world.The Bellatini has a chat line 24, 7 where a friendly staff person responds immediately, to any questions or concerns. Yes, the Bellatini is a gorgeous facility, and their meals are the equivalent of fine restaurant cuisine, but what matters most is that all of the staff members truly care - which gives us great peace of mind.

I play here every week and it gets better and more awesome. We sing songs, sometime do the dances, residents request songs and sing along. The place is beautiful and the crowd is fun. Great times when we get to sing with residents.

Ive lived here for three years. Its a splendid place. The building, with two restaurants and a gym, lacks only a swimming pool. The staff is skilled and friendly, and the food is excellent. Theres an outing once a week, a casino trip once a month.
