Sunrise Senior Living was the assisted living facility my family chose for our mother due to her increasing need for assistance when her mobility and health deteriorated to a point where dual caregivers were required for any transport. Sunrise Senior Living accepted a very challenging assignment and compassionately cared for our mother up to and including her date of death. It was a comfort to our entire family and we are grateful for all the assistance and care Sunrise Senior Living provided.

My search for a new home for my mother during the Covis19 Pandemic was so challenging. Shalene at Sunrise of Edmonds was the definition of EXCELLENCE in Customer Care and Service. She worked outside the box to put together a safe property tour, solved logistic issues and moving challenges. Shalene solved my concerns by introducing me to those who took ownership of those issues and made me feel so comfortable is realizing that everyone was truly interest in finding solutions with the residents as a priority. We have only been at Sunrise for a short time and Shalene is still AMAZING!! She made it possible for a concerned family member to see and speak to mother in an alternative setting, putting everyone at ease! Either Shalene is contagious or it is just the high standard of this property! The rest of the staff is as helpful, kind, positive and communicative as they were before we became part of the family!! People are always quick to complain but not to acknowledge those that make their experience special. I have to do shout-outs to some GEMS and for how they embrace their jobs: Front line staff- Jody, Terry and Deca and Bryan. Medical Staff: Karen, Eleana, NuNu, and Almaz, Jill the Chef, and Mehgan for creating actives to keep the residents busy. THANK YOU!!!

My wife entered Sunrise of Edmonds memory Care last summer due to her deteriorating memory and, given Covid-19, my inability to keep her safe. Sunrise has exceeded my expectations regarding both her safety and the very caring staff who have been caring for her through this difficult time. I heartily recommend Sunrise of Edmonds certainly for their memory care capability but also for any loved ones that can no longer live alone safely.

Sunrise cared for my wife for three years before she passed. The family was more than satisfied with the care she received for her Alzheimers disease. The staff was experiences, caring, and attentive to her needs. Management, nursing, and outstanding food services were totally involved. Sunrise encourages family and friends visitations. We have experienced two other care facilities and Sunrise is the best! I have referred other families to place their loved ones with Sunrise!

I went to Sunrise of Edmonds assisted living to recover from a broken hip. I found everyone there extremely competent, caring, and friendly. Within hours caretakers were calling me by name and encouraging me to walk with my walker. The food in the dining room was delicious. They had appropriate covid protocols in place which limited the social activities. After a month I was strong enough to return home. I recommend Sunrise of Edmonds for their caring and professionalism.

My husband and I have been here while I recoup from a recent fall. Everyone from Shalene, Chris,Karen, Meghan, Kayla, the Nurses and especially the Care Team are more than five star. Everyone here is friendly, courteous and very helpful. Thank you all for your help and support!!

I used to work here and a memory just popped in my head. One time a residents toilet was clogged after hours and an executive came back to work, still in his suit and tie, and plunged it himself. I was shocked by his compassion, strong work ethic and high standards for the residents.

I love working at Sunrise of Edmonds because we are all family here. No one passes another without greeting each other whether they are coworkers, residents or family members. We all help each other out of care and love. You can feel the trust and respect we have for one another. I always say "This is my happy place. My home away from home".

Such a lovely community! The staff is so friendly and answer any questions you have right away, tons of staff members have been there for 10+ years, that really says something! There is a parking garage for easy access and a beautiful courtyard. Highly recommend!
