I dont know if ill get in trouble for saying this.. since i do live here..But ...what i say now ..ive said to them....1. Its an old sayin if i know now what i should have know then.....again i would have still picked here...but i would have been more mind ful of my apt location.. stuff like that ..It's not bad...all thing change..and id pefere not to move again.. the maintance and housekeeping are the best I can talk about i give them 5 stars...just ask questions and be happy with your loction .

My Uncle lives here. Seems to be cool enough. Offers transportation to different grocery stores during the week. Has a computer and social room and activities, but I don't think the rooms are open and no activities at the moment thanks to good ole Covid. On the downside I believe they have raised his rent $100 a year. Lame!

Apartments too small. Floor plans make arranging furniture a major trial. Cost per sq foot no real bargain at just under $3 a foot. as they are very much in line with average apartments in Seattle cost per square foot. Do the math, these are not discounted prices. Amenities were token and the rental agent exhibited little in communication skills, with interactions I witnessed between him and residents. I certainly came away convinced this was not a suitable environment for m

So upset with how issues are handled and blame tossed around like a hot potato, that I am very happy to have my mother in law moved out of that place.

I have been caring for a woman who lived in Shag Interurban for three years It seemed seemed like there were always issues. She had carbon monoxide pouring into her apartment from a vent below her unit. Although she notified the manager nothing happened until she called the fire department. The change machine for the laundry was out of service for months. It seems there are issues that no one wants to do anything about. Their garbage, recycle and compost got plugged up when the caretaker left so residents for weeks and weeks had to take everything to the garage. My client left Shag five months ago and just got a call from a collection agency about some fees due. It was the first time we knew about this. They send a letter but to the wrong address. When I asked if they called my client to settle up they said "We don't do that." So now, out of the blue, my client, who lives on social security, is stuck with over $270 to pay . She would have been happy to clear this up and pay what she owed but she never got the chance. They just turned it over to collections for her to be dunned.
