My baby sister lives here in a spacious 2 bedroom on the 6th floor. There's a rooftop deck for friends and family gatherings.

My Sister lives here. The views are spectacular from her 6th floor apartment. Her 2 bedroom has all the amenities except for the in-unit washer & dryer. The bathroom is very spacious and the tub & shower has rails on 2 sides so you won't slip or fall.

Thanks to the new management my mother got her apartment really fast.! My mother feel really home welcoming since she moved to this building.They have alway been on top of everything with my mother needs. The new manager (Latina Jennifer) is a awesome person she's alway on top of everything that needs to be done, she alway pays attention to when your speaking to her, Jennifer alway looks at you in the eyes alway paying attention. The building is alway clean never dirty thanks to the housekeeper that works there the building is alway clean. No complaints from my part. We just love love this building and the new manager.

My experience finding housing here has been wonderful. My case manager and I first met with Rayann and then worked with Jenny to secure approval for my move in. They are very kind and courteous both in our interactions as well as with residents and staff that we witnessed during our visits. Jenny has been very attentive and caring with me which I appreciate so much. She worked very hard for me while always showing respect and consideration toward me. Great staff - I look forward to moving in and joining the community!

As a case manager, the staff really helped my client get into an apartment despite credit issues. The staff really understood my client's situation and worked hard to make sure they could serve her in a timely manner. I look forward to making more referrals to this property in the future.
