After 4 years of hosting monthly Saturdays' (from fall to spring) resident's monthly potluck at the Senior Center in this apartment complex, [name removed] from FPI corporate office put a halt on this residents' activities citing conflicting (pointing fingers) reasons. She even blocked my email address stopping me from communicating with FPI upper management. Residents of this community are devastated with her decision.

This is my 2nd time moving to the Vintage at Mill Creek. After looking around I found this to be the best option for me at this time. I like the location and I really missed all my wonderful friends. Thanks to the office staff, David, Christine and Meange for making my move-in a pleasant one. They're doing a great job. Also thank you to Ray( maintenence person) for responding so quickly on two occasions to fix a problem. If I could ask for- or want- it would be a nice community room on the main floor where everyone could enjoy getting together. There's a great empty spot and has been empty since day one on the main floor. What do you think Corporate? Why not make it happen.

Facilities are very nice and maintained well. Managers in the past few years have been very good and the maintenance team exceptional. Current managers have gone out of their way to make living there an enjoyable experience. Without renting a garage space, parking is a problem.

I haven't moved in as yet, but I am in the process of trying to make it happen. So far, I've had a positive experience! I was assisted by Meange. She was very pleasant, patient, very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, going out of her way to accommodate and answer all of my questions. My experience with this staff member just adds to this beautiful apartment complex and the beautiful apartments I was shown. I do hope to make this my home soon! During this process, I also had the pleasure of interacting with the staff member Christine. Chtistine was just as kind and considerate. She was readily available whenever I called, taking time needed to answer all of my many questions. She was kind, professional, and understanding, and I should add, caring.

All of the office staff including the facilities people are so wonderful and kind. I was given furniture delivered to my apartment free of charge. This was amazing because I had nothing but an air mattress I purchased the evening I moved in. Having 5 broken ribs and a month's stay in the hospital they got me qualified quickly and I had a place to live exiting the hospital stay. I'm now single, ex-girlfriend doesn't know where I live. Yeah. But if you are wanting a great place to live if you are over 55, check this place out. And All of my neighbors helped me move my things from ex… the people here are wonderful as well, very friendly and a lot of fun things to do are coming down the pike. Safe clean neighborhood as well. GRATIS to Christine, David, Mayange, Ray and another gentleman, sorry I don't recall your name but you have a big beautiful truck. It's a wonderful team you all make! Christine even gave me a free couch! Thank you my dear. It's just awesome

I've lived here for four years. In my opinion the best place in the area as far as feeling safe, quality of apartment, subsidized, quiet, great office management, great maintenance department, very pleasant place to live! Unfortunately we live in a high rent area/state ( Seattle/ north west )

The place is very friendly the residents and the staff the apartment that I looked at was amazing I can't wait to move in.the only thing that I'm very disappointed is that if you look on the website they make the amenities is all in one big room but once you see it in real time it's nothing like on the website not even close its kind of spooky cause all the amenities are all in separate rooms and different floors.beside that I love this place already.

I do love living here, my apartment is great, wonderful new friends, friendly staff. My concern is with signing off on behavior when moving in but not a lot of consequences when those with bad behavior aren't dealt with. I'm hopeful that our wonderful director will keep addressing these issues as he has made attempts to handle.

I just moved in this week and the office staff have been amazing! Christine is very helpful and friendly. She has gone out of her way to make my move in go smoothly. My apartment is exceptionally clean and bright, the hallways and workout room, entry areas and amenity areas are also very clean and bright. Friendly staff and friendly folks as neighbors! Very dog friendly place! Love the location too! My only concern is not being able to park in the parking garage under my building since there are not enough spaces for all residents. My assigned parking spot is across the street in the neighboring apartment complex. :/ But... I am on the waiting list and hopefully will get a parking spot assigned in my building soon! Everything else seems perfect!

If I could, I would leave no stars but that is not available here. Vintage staff leave something to be desired. I moved out and gave notice according to Washington State law and all was in order. After not hearing from Vintage for over a month regarding my deposit refund I sent an email to the property manager Deanna M. I received an answer from her indicating that they had sent me a notice and after explaining that I didn't receive it she sent me an email with the invoice. The name was spelled incorrectly and my new address was incorrect. 2 days later I received the actual invoice with an attached "return to sender, insufficient address" label attached to it from the US Postal service. The letter I received had already been referred to a collection agency for non-payment of fees supposedly due for repairs. The apartment was in good order when I left, the carpet had been covered with an area rug for 3 years so it was not soiled. There was a charge to patch holes in the wall which was for a towel rack in the bathroom that I was cleared to put in by the previous property manager. Bottom line, you do not want to deal with dishonest, greedy management at FPI. The turnover in the office is ongoing each month, you never speak to the same individual twice except for Deanna M, the leasing manager. My vehicle was broken into and a work notepad was stolen for which I filed a police report, Deanna told me that she would follow up with me after viewing the security footage but never did. The police department confirmed for me that the quality of the cameras was poor as he had had seen the footage in past reports. After 3 years of paying my rent on time and following all the rules, I would/could not recommend The Vintage at Mill Creek.

I will increase the rating when they get rid of the staff. They are the only thing wrong with the place. Ever since my grandma was even interested in this property they havent been that helpful at all. Then the fact that they make 55+ old people walk all the way down to the parking garage to throw away recycling, instead of a recycling containers in their garbage room, makes zero sense either. Otherwise the place is beautiful, and clean. For what these seniors have to pay, they should at least have a friendly and accommodating staff. I dont live there but I had to help my grandmother with the process and visit regularly. Just my opinion of my experiences with them, but again, I am not a resident. The major construction next door has not bothered her. I hope they put something there that might make her life easier even if its just one store or medical building, seeing how driving is difficult for her.

Came here to see my sister in law for lunch one day and I was amazed at how beautiful and clean this property is. I got to meet 3 resident while i was there and they were very sweet and funny. They dont know how much i needed that great laugh. It felt good to be there.

Amazing property. They have a lot of amenities for everyone to keep busy. The staff is very friendly and outgoing, especially the assistant, Kathy. She always has a smile on her face and stops what she is doing to help whoever is at the door. I have ran into her a few times outside in the lobby when I am visiting with my parents and she is always friendly and says hello. I always hear her say Have a nice day She is very friendly. The maintenance tram is amazing and have explained and walked through what they have done on a work request my parent put in. They always smile and they care. Amazing people! I hope we have them for a long period of time since staff changes all the time

Nice and quiet, great apartment love living here, but the parking situation still an issue. I work late shifts and when I come home all the available parking is taken, Im on a list to get an assigned parking spot that will cost me an additional $100 and I dont mind paying it since I enjoy living here I just hope I dont get evicted for writing this review. I dont know what Im going to do when I come home and there is no parking...HELP

This place is fantastic! My Mom lives here now and she could not be happier. Peggy, the manager is incredibly kind with a marvelous sense of humor! I am delighted to have my mother living in a brand new building with modern decor and amenities. She feels safe and enjoys the comradery of all the community gathers. There is a theatre and the Mill Creek Senior Center is now downstairs. Who could ask for anything more?

Vintage makes a really nice place to live with all the amenities at an affordable price. Im amazed at the quality and wonder why more builders dont help lower housing costs. This place has it all: theater, business center, library, billiards room, games room, beauty salon, dining room, fitness center.
