Northgate Plaza is a good place for a person of retirement age to live. My mom has lived there nearly 11 years and although she has tried other places she always returned to Northgate. Staff like Michelle, Nicole, Ziska, Lisa(2), David, Gemet and CeeCee are always welcoming and accommodating.

Northgate Plaza (MBK senior living) and the employees are great. All employees are always ready and willing to help. The grounds and faculties are clean, neat and well taken care of. Nichole and Michelle in the front office are very welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. Front desk Lisa and Lisa. Both do an amazing job with residents. Providing info and help. Joe in maintenance department is a top quality guy. Who shows he really cares about the facility and it's residents. Does great work. Dan in the dining hall is top notch, with his great, friendly service. David the nurse make sure all residents are well cared for. Bottom line. This is a very happy, friendly place to stay and visit. The move-in process was easy and seamless. Looking forward to meeting and knowing more of the staff.

Michelle played an instrumental part in helping our family place a loved one in an adult family home. We had no idea how to begin our search. Michelle reached out to facilities and basically did the leg work for us. The one we chose was someone she highly recommended. Our family member is receiving excellent care and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

I highly recommend scheduling a tour at Northgate Plaza with Nicole, if you're looking into senior living. The building is clean, staff is welcoming, amenities are amazing and the overall atmosphere is great. I met with Executive director Michele and she took the time to answer all questions I had! I was very pleased with my visit to MBK.

What a warm and welcoming community! I am always greeted by name from the fantastic Concierge, Denise. Everyone is so kind and I love walking into a vibrant, active space. The residents congregate in the lobby for activities, coffee and to see friends. The care team is amazing also. Alisha, the assisted living director, is such a wonderful advocate for her residents!

My mom has lived at Northgate Plaza since March of 2023. The facility and apartments have been remodeled nicely. I visit I often and found the caring staff is awesome, and food is great! Mom does not take advantage of activities, but looks like they have nice offerings in that department.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees who assisted me in my search for a potential new home for my 74 year old mother. Alisha Cartwright went above and beyond to answer all questions that I had to accommodate my mother's needs. She was polite, and empathetic to our needs, and very professional about some of the extra care that may be required for her. I walked away feeling well informed and at ease. Our decision has plagued us both with anxiety over a residence, and Alisha helped to calm our concerns dramatically. Cheers, Alisha! My 83 year old father is very happy, having spent his first year at Northgate Plaza. The staff is great, and there are lots of nice parties and entertainments provided. His wife, who was living separately from him has decided to move in, because after visiting, she liked it so much, she decided to join him.

Sally Casem I enjoy Sallys cooking not only because it is more like what Im used to having but they taste good. Also she tries to incorporate many different styles of cooking. Recently she has been putting an translation or explanation of some of the cooking terms used in the entree titles that might be unfamiliar to the residents. This tells us that she is listening to how the various residents feel. That is the sign of a good Chef I think.
