If you are looking for a home with a compassionate and loving environment to place your loved one, look no further than Crystal Gardens. Notice I said "home" because that is what it is. They are taken care of 24 hours a day 7 nights a week by a loving and caring staff that love what they do. Our mom became a part of their family, as well as they became a part of ours. Our mom was at several other facilities before arriving at Crystal Gardens but never felt at home like she did at Crystal Gardens. Before you make a decision of where to place your loved one, do yourself a favor and visit them. You will happy you did. Our mom was at peace there and so were her children knowing she was loved there too. The staff at Crystal Gardens are worth their weight in gold. You don't have to go bankrupt to provide a safe, loving, and caring home for your loved one. I will forever be grateful for the care they gave our mom.

Highly recommended! My mother was well taken care of by the 'Angels" and Judy herself pitched in when needed. My mother passed away peacefully and they prayed with her and were gentle with her. Thank you angels Claire, Flora and Maryln.

My mother just passed away last month after living four years at Crystal Gardens II, on Gresham St. She was treated like a member of the family from the moment she arrived. She had dementia and came to Crystal Gardens from a large beautiful assisted living environment. Her care was outstanding right to the end of her life. She was always dressed, her hair was done and her jewelry was on, everyday! She was never sick. I never worried about her care. Please don’t miss out on this jewel in North Springfield! Check it out if you are looking for a place for your parents or a loved one! Thank you for the love and care all the way to the end of my mothers life!

I am so thankful , as are all the members of our family and our friends at Crystal Gardens and staffs were there when Mama needs care. My mom is happy with the staffs , they have sing a long, music therapy , trivia and other activities which my mom enjoyed much. Crystal Gardens is a place where you feel the warmth of a home and the tender, love and care of staffs just like a family.

My Mother lived there for the last 2 years. I can't say enough good things about Crystal Gardens Staff and facilities. She was so well taken care of that I didn't have to worry about her care at all. I could concentrate on visiting her and not worrying about her. I had her in a big facility before Crystal Gardens and what a difference. Crystal Gardens loves their patients like they are their own mothers/fathers. This is a perfect place for your mother/father when they reach the stage when they need a lot of care. I called it a cruise ship. Food, entertainment (karaoke and games) and most importantly love and caring. I miss Mom so much now. But I feel good that we found the best possible care for her and surprisingly, the cost was very reasonable and straight forward compared to the big facilities.
