What a phenomenal place to live. The staff are some of the nicest people I have met and they genuinely care about you. The food is fantastic! I would recommend Sunrise at Fair Oaks to anyone!

My brother and I looked long and hard to find the perfect place for our mom to live. As soon as we walked into Sunrise at Fair Oaks, we knew we had found our mom her new home. The staff is fantastic. They helped our mom feel so comfortable. They really care about all of their residents and treat them with respect. They include them in activities and take care of their medical needs. I sleep better at night knowing that the staff at Sunrise is taking care of our mom! The facility is bright and clean as well as cheerful. If you are searching for an assisted living facility, I highly recommend Sunrise at Fair Oaks.

The fee was too high for the service we were provided. The level of service and care in memory care unit was inconsistent from week to week. The staff does their best but they are not provided with adequate training. Now that we are in a different facility, we can see that we were way overcharged. We had our mom there for over a year but none of their managers try to reach out to us to resolve any complaints.

I do not recommend if your loved one has dementia. With a few exceptions, the staff does not have the empathy, understanding, and knowledge to deal with the challenges of escalating dementia. And response times are generally horrible from management and the maintenance team. Anita, one of my dads caregivers, was our savior. She was so attentive and reached out accordingly. But management was basically non existent and non responsive. Way too much money for the level of care. Again,from a dementia standpoint. Maybe its different for other care needs. I hope so. I also, for two months after my fathers death, continued to get newsletters from Sunrise, even though I advised numerous people numerous times that he had passed away. As they well knew. And I asked to be removed from the distribution lists. Extremely unfocused, uncaring, and insensitive. And they were supposedly my fathers caregivers for the last six months of his life. At $9k per month.

I watched the care staff and others involved with running the operations. All were exceptional and ALL of the care givers were the most caring, loving, and response that anyone would ever want for themselves and their loved one.

Initially met with Keyla, she was excellent in working with us and provided the information we needed. We moved in my mother and the staff are very patient and loving with her. Highly recommend this assisted living facility.
