Reviews ElderOptions Senior Care
July 2024
I was looking for a caregiving company for a family member in Maryland, and called them because they were consistently very well reviewed. Despite it being a Sunday afternoon, Josie, the owner, took the call and after letting me know that her company couldn't provide care (due to working solely in VA), spent a good chunk of her time helping me by contacting another caregiving company in Maryland that she recommended and putting me in touch with them. This was time that she was with her children, and yet, she went out of her way to help me. This is the kind of company and business owner that you want to do business with. A company that is invested in, and interested in, providing service and kindness, rather than just looking at the bottom line. And a few days later, she called me to make sure that I was happy with the company she had recommended and that my family member was taken care of. This is service that you just don't get anymore. I cannot recommend Josie and the way she goes about her business highly enough!

I couldn't be more pleased with the agency and the caregivers! Highly recommend!!

Elder Options Senior Care provided live in care for an elderly family member. The last care giver was with my relative almost two years, the last two years of her life and this allowed my relative to continue to live in her home. The care giver was most pleasant and respectful of my relative. I could go on and on about the care giver, but it would be nothing but excellent. The Andrews family was so caring and helpful to us, always there when we needed. We thank them.

I went through a number of agencies and a large number of home health aides trying to get the proper care for my husband. It was a living nightmare! Until a friend recommended Elder Options Senior Care. What a relief to find a company that has consistently provided excellent service, communications and a highly qualified group of aides to care for my husband. Our aide Lucy has been taking care of my husband for over four years and is truly a blessing for our family. I highly recommend Elder Options Senior Care to anyone who is looking for a home health aide to care for their loved ones. Scott and Josie Andrews have treated us like family, taken care of us like family and have been truly wonderful!
