My Aunt is a resident and I am always impressed with the atmosphere she is in from the moment I enter the front door. It is a true home feeling - bright and open concept for common areas. My aunt’s care has been great and she is totally dependent on the staff for her needs. It is very comforting to know that she is well cared for.

My mother-in-law was with NorthGate for about 4 years, and I can only say that if she was with us for 4 more years it was only for their amazing care. She was always happy, had amazing caregivers, the owner is SUPER involved with the residents and I personally always loved that. She is on top of everything!! They truly care for their own.

My beloved mother spend her last 3 years of life here. From the beginning you can see the organization and how well prepared/ knowledgeable the owners and their staff are. Mother had several stroke episodes while living here and Daniela and staff were quick and knew what to do right away. They are very transparent and communication is something I was looking for when we came here! Many times when visiting my mom the smell from the kitchen just calls you in. The home cooked meals are just delicious. We felt mom was part of family living here and want to thank Daniela and Adrian for taking so good care of her!

My 94 year old mother is a resident at NorthGate Assisted Living - Tomball; her third such assisted living facility. I wish we had found them sooner. NorthGate is more of a home than a facility. It’s size, and limited number of residents, results in a very high caregiver to resident ratio. And Mom is never more than a few steps from the nearest staff member vs. the long hallway away at previous large facilities. NorthGate has an incredible team of knowledgeable and compassionate caregivers. Three of Mom’s visiting hospice nurses have each stated that NorthGate is one of the best facilities they have ever visited. That carries a lot of weight. In addition to the phenomenal level of care Mom receives from the team at NorthGate, her family benefits from the peace of mind in knowing Mom is in such good hands. Mom can no longer thank NorthGate’s owners and caregivers on her own. So on behalf of her and her family, we are blessed to have you in our lives. Thank you.

My mom has been at Northgate for 1-1/2 years now and we couldn't be more pleased with her care. We love the small facility feel and one-on-one care she is receiving. The folks there really care about their residents and it shows. An elder care advisor recommended the place to us (saying this is where she'd want her mom to go), and I understand why - It is always sparkling clean, smells nice, and usually filled with the aromas of home cooked meals coming from the kitchen. We are so glad we found this place.
