I toured Arella on jones recently, the property was beautiful and really gave a resort style feel. Desiree was extremely helpful through the entire process, can't wait to have my parents here!

Had a great experience today! Went in to tour this beautifully built property and greeted by the lovely office staff. Desiree was very helpful with the information I was needing to tour an apartment and I was also able to meet Nicholas who was putting together an event for the residents, which made me excited to hopefully be apart of in the future!!

I have physically been here at Arella 55+ for one month now, and all the amenities are excellent. Nick and Desiree are available to assist you with everything you ask and always with a smile. My previous address did not have anything at all that Arella offers. Love it here.

I have been here for more than two years. This is the second 55+ apt I have ever had. It is 100% better than my last one. I have been very pleased with my choice and plan to stay here as long as I can. Desiree and Nick , are always there to answer questions and help in every way. I haven't had much interactions with Nick because he is new, but Desiree has been a rock star on always being on top of things . In the last few months, we have had new furniture , new pool enhancement, and a lot more, all of which she has assembled and made everything look so good. When there is a service request it is done the same day or the next day. When there are other building issues ex: gates, elevators, doors , none of which are the fault of the employees, Desiree is on top of it and the companies are here to repair within 24 hours. We have great gatherings that Desiree has put together and made all residences here feel welcomed. She is a great asset to this property.

My mom has not moved in yet, but is scheduled to do so in July. The rental experience has been amazing. Especially dealing with Nick. My mom lost my dad two months ago and finding a community like Arella has been a blessing. I am excited to see this fresh start for her!

The property managers are very proficient at explaining all aspects of the move in experience. They are totally professional and extremely helpful with the rules and regulations of the apartments. Especially helpful with the WiFi and electronic locks. I have lived in 4 different Countries and 9 states, this is the best place I have ever lived (including Hawaii). All my Pleasant experiences have been due to the help of Charity and Desiree the property managers

This is by far the most amazing community I have visited. I am in the market for a new place and I spoke with Desiree. She was able to answer all questions without hesitation and helped me figure which apartment would fit my budget. I will be moving next year which is right around the corner. I was a little confused on where I would land next when my daughter passed this complex by chance. She told me I needed to go by and see what I thought of it all. Well, the rest is history! I was so happy I didn't have to worry about a thing. All I did was transfer utilities and most everything else is taken care of. What a load off my mind! Desiree is simply the best! She is also very knowledgeable...Rest your mind and come have a conversation with a very accepting community! I'm home.

Charity, Desiree and Victory are the perfect people for this job. They very friendly and helpful for everyone. They always have a smile and have a kind words for everyone. If there is a crisis they are right there for you. When we moved in we had a problem with the internet Charity and Victory were right there for us to lean us a helping hand. The next day on Saturday Desiree came up to give us with the our old tv, to make sure it was connected has well. We are very happy and thanking God for a peaceful and friendly place to live.

Desiree has been most helpful through the process of moving to Arella on Jones. She is always ready to help even when the trash guys take my FedEx packages to the garbage can. She brought the packages out, who does that. She is a great employee.

The staff at Arella are always helpful and supportive. I am still working full time, and they are always available to help with scanning or printing situations where the printer in the business center doesn't suffice. Overall, their friendly and helpful attitude just makes living here that much easier!! In particular, Charity Cantu has been extremely helpful with several situations where I needed something printed or scanned! She is a great asset to the facility!

I moved to Arella on Jones December 29th, 2021 and am very happy here. I enjoy all the employees as they are always there when you need them. I have enjoyed meeting so many nice new people that have moved in and feel like I have acquired a lot of new friends.

I moved to Arella as the first resident in October and have never regretted my decision. I can't say enough about the staff, they know everyone by name and are extremely helpful. They always take the time to say hello and asks how everything is going. The property is immaculately maintained that has a resort like atmosphere focused on its residents.
