My mother lived at Paradise Springs for 3 fulls years and was going on her 4th year when I moved her to another independent living to be closer to me. When she initially moved there, the managers lived on site. That was a definite plus. Then corporate decided that they needed to rent those apartments so management had to move offsite. There seems to be a turnover of management but perhaps that is standard for the industry. Current management, as of Oct 2018, was excellent. Kimberley does everything she can to be accommodating. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the absence of management or anyone else in the evening. But in their defense, it is independent living. No place is like home, but Paradise Springs was a positive experience for my mom.

This is the best place with the most wonderful, caring staff and nurses aides. The food is amazing, the facility is very clean and the residents are treated like family. My dad moved from a private home so it has taken some adjustment for him, however he recently did a short stint in rehab and couldnt wait to get back here. The day I took him back, as we entered the lobby, people cheered and welcomed him back - everyone was really happy to see him. That made both of us smile. I would highly recommend Paradise Springs!!
