I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ella Springs and I must say that it was truly an exceptional experience. The facility is beautifully designed and decorated. The rooms are clean. It's evident that the managements and staff went above and beyond to ensure that every resident felt special and valued. Residents look happy, enjoying delicious food and well planned activities.

Mr. Lopez's help was invaluable. I have been scouring for any mention of affordable apts. the deeper I looked, the more I found that what I was looking for did not seem to exist. Mr Lopez was able to explain to me how and where I can find important contacts with the info I need to further my research to find the right place to live. I am very grateful.

My parents have lived at Ella Springs for almost 3 years. There are some very good, caring people there. The Mgr, Brenda Hobson, Danielle, who is officially the receptionist, but in reality so much more, Lisa the Laundry lady, and Shameka, the med nurse, all are examples of employees who exhibit a level of care and professionalism that goes beyond what one might expect. Overall, we have been pleased with the care my folks have received. No facility is perfect, the important thing is, how are problems handled. I can say that at Ella Springs, management has responded to every concern brought to their attention. Before my father passed away recently, he required a lot of extra help and care. It had to be a strain on the staff, but Brenda consistently made sure that his needs were met, and came up with new solutions for problems when needed.

Ella Springs is an amazing assisted living home! Everyone there, tenants and employees, are wonderful and go above and beyond. My loved one was so happy there, always doing events and staying active. They have constant events going on to entertain, not just their tenants but their families as well! Don't miss out on either your loved one or yourself getting a place here!

Beware! These facility only provides minimum care at best and never staffed adequately. Unless your loved one can care for themselves would advise looking elsewhere. There have been multiple complaints filed against the facility for patient neglect and medication mismanagement.

As I did, I would suggest putting a camera in your loved one's room. It has been quite enlightening, to say the least. I have reported my concerns regarding medication administration and caregiver issues to owners and administrative staff and they are "working towards improvement." The memory care director is the positive highlight of this facility though! Five stars for Patrick, only 2.5 stars for the facility.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ella Springs and their staff. Brenda was very helpful with all of the logisitics of the move-in. She was always available to answer questions and help us when needed. Patrick's program were a life-saver. My loved one is a very high functioning memory care patient, and he thoroughly enjoyed the daily regimen of activities. Patrick and his assistants were so kind, thoughtful, and treated the patients with dignity and respect. As Patrick told me, "These people have led full lives, with great experiences... and we will treat them that way." Memory care is something nobody wishes for. But Ella Springs helped my family transition through this process, and I'm so thankful for them. I highly recommend this facility, should you ever need it.

My mother has lived at Ella Springs Memory Care since March of 2021, following a brain injury. When our family realized we were no longer capable of giving my mom the care she needed, we sought out a memory care community that we could trust. After several visits to different homes, we decided on Ella Springs because of their visitor policy, beautiful community, friendly staff and caregivers, engaging activities and most of all the Memory Care Director, Patrick. He is amazing. He treats every resident with the care, respect and dignity they deserve. If I ever have any concerns, the staff addresses them immediately. The food is excellent and the facilities are always clean and welcoming. Our family feels truly blessed to have found Ella Springs.

I have a family member there and the inside knowledge to write this. They give free meals on family night if you give them 5 stars on a review. BTW food is terrible but that's certainly not the worst. Terribly understaffed esp on weekends and poor communication with families. Dysfunctional staff from top to bottom with exception of one or two. One person was effective but demoted. Wrong pills given to patients by incompetent staff. Sleeping pills from med cart given out at 6:15. They entice you with lowest monthly rate and then move patient up to higher monthly rate levels quickly. Many families have monitoring devices in rooms to video what goes on. The devices are intentionally knocked over or something put in front to block view so the families affix them near the ceiling. The banner as shown in photo gives no source for the statement. False advertising. Sad because the facility/building itself is nice. Our family member moving as soon as other AL is identified. UPDATE 5-20-22. I AM MOST DEFINITELY NOT A DISGRUNTLED FORMER EMPLOYEE. This is how they deal with valid issues—try to discredit you—never their issue. "Who will you believe? Me or your lying eyes." Incompetence from top down. Seriously, don't take a loved one there. Notice all the new reviews posted 3 weeks ago. They lie about # of Covid cases too.

So far our mom loves it! I wish more people lived here but its a fairly new place. We look forward to more residents and more community. Everything about this place seems great! Wonderful staff and monthly prices, the rooms and and layout with the huge open courtyard are perfect, and the food is delicious!

This is the 4th Assisted living facility my mother has been in, and Ella Springs is FAR superior in many ways! The food is spectacular, the people and staff are warm and friendly, and there is a peaceful and homey feeling that you experience on the beautiful grounds. Another added bonus, the owners are present and envolved. With so many management companies, and multi-state operators in this industry, you become a number and lost in the bureaucracy. Since DAY ONE at Ella Springs my mom and I have felt appreciated and cared for...and I can honestly say, I dont worry about her nearly as much. Do your research, as I have, and you will find Ella Springs to be the BEST option for your loved one.

The best part of Ella Springs Senior Living Community is the people that work there. From the front desk to the awesome chef each person is very knowledgeable, personal and truly care about the people that live there. They definitely make their residents feel at home. The grounds are very well kept. The rooms are nice and spacious. The residents enjoy the activities that include ping pong and a workout center. I recommend Ella Springs to anyone looking for a senior living community!

I would highly reccomend Ella Springs for any need you may have, from Assisted Living to Memory Care. I watched them take great care of my loved one, day in and day out. His last days were special because of the staff and how they care for the people under their watch.
