I was admitted to Park Place Cypress location for physical and occupational therapy after having sustained fracture of the right pelvis resulting from a fall on Easter Sunday. My experience with the entire staff at Park Manor was exceptional - everyone was so kind and helpful, from the nurses, nurses aids, food servers, everyone! AND THE THERAPISTS: I CAN'T ADEQUATELY EXPRESS HOW MUCH THEY HELPED ME THROUGH MY SESSIONS. ANTHONY AND D WERE SO PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING WITH ME. I will always be grateful to the staff at PP.

Therapy is great , hands on with my husband.
March 2026
My overall impression of Park Manor Cypress Station is that they have a strong and dedicated staff. The rehab team, in particular, is very impressive and clearly skilled at what they do. I truly appreciate that they allowed me to come in, use the bike, and encouraged me to try standing on my own as part of my progress. Their guidance and support have helped me improve, and I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made thanks to the rehab staff. The staff does a great job of encouraging the people they work with and creating a positive impact on many patients. They are patient, supportive, and focused on helping individuals regain strength and independence. As for meals, although there were times when the portions or options”like meat”weren’t exactly what I expected, I understand that not everyone has the same dietary preferences. They did make changes periodically, which I appreciated. The facility itself is pretty good overall. I’ve heard some patients say they were not treated well here, but in my experience, a lot of that can depend on the individual situation and behavior. Personally, I’ve had a positive experience and recognize that respect goes both ways. Overall, I’m thankful for the care and support I’ve received here, especially from the rehab staff.

Armisha is very thorough and caring in her explanations of everything, and it’s refreshing to find people that really care, listen, understand, and put a lot of energy into the work they do. This is a great place with great staff. God bless.

My mom was admitted to Park Manor Cypress Station for skilled nursing and physical therapy following a femur fracture, and overall, we had a very positive experience. What stood out the most to me was how caring and attentive the staff was. They truly catered to her needs and made sure she was comfortable at all times. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in good hands, especially while I had to be at work. I also appreciated that the facility offered activities and events for the patients. It was nice to see that they provided opportunities for engagement instead of patients just sitting in their rooms all day. I would like to give a special thank you to Social Services Director, Rhonda Himes. She went above and beyond every time. If she said she was going to handle something, she did it immediately whenever possible. I never had to follow up or question whether it would get done, and she was always prompt in communicating with me. Another huge thank you to Melanie and her physical therapy team. When my mom first arrived, she could not do much at all. Although she had to leave earlier than expected due to insurance, the progress she made in just a little over a week was amazing. By the time she left, she was able to lift her leg on her own and stand and move slightly on one leg (while still following weight-bearing restrictions). The team was patient, encouraging, and knew how to push her in the best way. The CNAs and hall staff(not exactly sure of the job titles) were also wonderful. My mom was always clean, cared for, and assisted when she needed to use the restroom. Housekeeping did a great job as well. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the food. It wasn’t very appetizing, so we chose to bring her meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, the staff here was amazing, and my mom was treated with care and respect. I truly didn’t have to worry about her while she was there, and that means everything. She would also like to personally thank the following staff members: Rosa, Latoya J., M. Muaz, JR, Sherrel, Nida, Coco, Janice G., and Drika. Thank you all for the care and support you provided during her recovery. Ms.B.House

The very first time I came to visit my Dad, I was shocked! People were moving around everywhere!! I was like "what is this place?" I love this place for my Dad, they have activities everyday for the residents. They play music for the residents I heard Country & Western, R&B, Gospel. They even have church services for the residents!! I especially liked that the residents were up and dressed and already had breakfast by 9am. My Dad and his roommate were dressed, beds made everytime I came to visit. It was a pleasant surprise. Dad was there for therapy. I can honestly say, I see a tremendous difference is him. He now gets himself in and out of bed, takes himself to the restroom, and truly looks a lot stronger than he did when he first arrived. And he never complained about the food!! I would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience at Park Manor Cypress Station and was very satisfied with Rehab. I had a very good stay and learned a lot from my therapy. I also liked the food. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Park Manor Cypress Station. I am going home tomorrow and look forward to applying everything I have learned in therapy. Thank you so much for taking care of me. You are all doing a great job!

This review is on behalf of our short-term patient, Mr. Bowen Arthur: This is a great facility with kind, attentive, and accommodating staff. My hospice company, Gentiva, helped me find a very good skilled nursing facility - Park Manor Cypress Station. While it is not a hospital and response times to the call button may be slightly longer, I have received excellent care and have been very well taken care of."

I am very grateful and thankful to have been a part of physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy at Park Manor of Cypress Station. The therapy was very helpful and rewarding to have get me to where I am to get home. The staff are kind and their personality is so strong. They make sure I get my therapy every morning. They care about us. I don't know them but I love them so much because they care about us. Amen!

I've resided at parkmanor of cypress station for a short period. Im pleased with the staff and the care ive received.
January 2025
They ignore patients' calls and don't give them their medication when they need it. It's a place with very few nurses, everything is very deficient, the food is also pathetic, it's not good!

Barbara O'Shields love's therapy and likes working with the staff in the therapy session
December 2024
I went to Park Manor for physical rehabilitation following a very severe injury to my ankle and foot. At the rehabilitation facility I transferred from I was given pain medication every four hours due to the severity of my injury. For the first 48 hours at Park Manor I was in extreme pain being given only 3 doses of pain meds. I was given numerous excuses for it. I sat on a wet bed for 2 hrs one night 1 1/2 hrs another. Attention to call lights was fair during the day, but very poor at night. The food was not appetizing to me at all. In the 10 days I spent there I lost 9 lbs. i found out on day 8 that there are alternate items you may request if you do not like the given meal. I did request grilled cheese twice. Iate my own peanut butter crackers for a few meals. Therapy was limited in options for the therapists to choose from. The only hand bike had no resistance so it was a rather futile exercise. I was given a schedule for my therapy but it was not followed well. I missed 4 days of physical therapy and one day of occupational therapy according to the calendar I was given. If I were looking for a rehabilitation program or for a nursing home for a loved one, I would immediately discount Park Manor. My family did not have the opportunity to visit Park Manor before my transfer there. Save yourself a trip.,this isn’t the place for you or your loved one.

I would like to thank the entire team at Park Manor of Cypress specially Suzanne,Shan,Roshanda, the therapy. I have been very pleased with care and the attentiveness that was provided during my stay.Although the care at night drops I'm over all pleased
May 2024
The rehab team as a whole, is phenomenal, they are truly amazing at their job and go over and beyond what the have to do. As Russell and Trevion we were not expecting this type of service. DeShaun gets all the patients up for therapy, JR takes time with all his patients and walks with them. Rebecca takes time with her patients, she is sweet, kind, trustworthy, and truly amazing. Does her best to keep her patient in a good mood even though the may be having a bad day and always smiling. I think very highly of her. Sherell is very funny and has a great personality something very needed in this type of field. They don't have to do this but they do it out of the kindness of ther heart. Nida is an amazing Doctor of Therapy. Olga pushes her patients to do better. Ms Melanie the director of rehab she keeps the department together and Makes a fun environment . And we think park manor is lucky to have her. And in closing we thank God for the rehab team at park manor.

I want to leave 5 stars for a specific Employee I was told she is a Therapist, her name is Becka? I'm an old geezer hard to impress.she impressed me. This young lady was there Saturday and Sunday. I had gone to visit my great aunt both days. Wow! was she professional, a sweet heart to all the patients. She took time to stop say hello, at times she just touched their shoulder, Rubbed their back. When folks were upset for what -ever reason. ( I was next door to these people visiting my aunt.) This young lady went room to room walking into upset blowouts and by the time she left the rooms the people were laughing and calmed down, I have never seen anything like that. It was the weekend and I was thinking, working on the weekend, having a positive attitude big smile infectious laugh and caring eyes? That is not faking, that is a person who has real love, humanity, a lady that loves what she does. she is a gem. This young lady left a lasting impression, if my great aunt gets her for therapy I will be delighted. Request her if you can. In a world so dark she brought light and laughter. Next time I am there I will personally let her know how impressed I was. She was busy I did not want to interupt her.

Extreme basic care. No bathing, bathroom not cleaned. Food worse than hospitals. Just keep the family members
November 2023
They are taking good care of my mom. My only complaint is the mold smell and her bathroom is filthy. Toilet, sink, knobs and mirror are filthy. I don’t think they have a cleaning lady. Looks very unsanitary. Floors aren’t swept!

I would like to thank the ParkManor Cypress Station team for acknowledging myself and the other veterans of the center. I really enjoy the staff. Thank you Cypress Station
September 2023
Park Manor has its good days and it's bad. The staff seems polite and informative. But I have come to visit and couldn't get pass the strong smell of urine in the hallways. Hopefully it was temporary ™

They morning staff is great always there when I need them
August 2023
Was referred to Park Manor after double break lower hip surgery. Had no idea what to expect but quickly learned that every service I needed to have was offered here particularly a highly skilled physical therapy department plus skilled nursing, RNAS, and pharmacy services and on-call physicians. Most of the day -to-day staff really went out of the way to be helpful and friendly. Exceptions? Of course in particular some of the all night staff who would wake us up, leave lights on, ignore call buttons for 30 minutes and longer. Meals? Variety was pretty good but meals were often lukewarm, not what one ordered, and not as advertised. For example, a Hoagie sandwich pictured with a nice roll, lettuce, tomato, cheese, meat was actually made served as one thin turkey slice, one thin cheese slice and ON thin dry plain white bread. But if need arises ever again I’ll be back.
July 2023
My grandma (Cleotilde Maldonado) has been in this facility for 2 months now and they’ve taken great care of her. Thank you so much to everyone for being so kind, friendly and caring. We appreciate y’all!

My brother was there after a stroke. He had several in one week, I questioned them on Wednesday and they said he was fine. On Friday I get a call saying they felt like he had another stroke and he was taken to the hospital. He returned on Monday in hospice care. I had to pay $5,340 before they would allow him to return. Now three weeks later, they say my refund should be to me in another 2-3 weeks. Why?????

Beautiful....all staff had warming smiles...administor welcoming...Myra DON is a sweet amazing person..facility smell clean and place is very secure for the elderly. Beautiful property.
November 2022
The staff seems very helpful and professional and friendly but the facility seems inadequate for the needs of my mother. Rehab seems dated and inadequate. So I chose a different place. The office manager was kind enough to give me a tour. Clients were clean. As was the facility. They care for their patients I believe.

Zaw Oo (LVN) gave excellent care to my father while he was at Park Manor. He is knowledgeable and was willing to inform us about the various aspects of care he was in charge of for my father. He is personable yet professional. My family knew my father was in good hands with Zaw.
June 2022
When I first walked into this facility I was so amazed because I did not smell a foul odor. I’ve been to many rehabs and nursing facilities and really got sick. The director Ms.Mayra was so nice and often checked to see if everything was okay with my Mom. The nurse Mr. Oo was so exciting and cared for my mother as if it was his own mother. I’m glad my mother is at home but I truly missed them dearly. Shout out to Ms. Rhonda also and all others that walked in my mothers room. I love all of you all. I would recommend Park Manor of Cypress Station to anyone who needs them.

February 2022
My mom was there for 3weeks, I can’t say it’s the cleanest place I’ve ever been but the staff was fantastic. The social worker, Ms Rhonda and Ms Brittani from administration were a God send. Her nurses were very kind to her and treated her with dignity and respect.
October 2021
My wife has been in this facility for 10 months, and she has recuperated so much, thanks to the care of the people in this facility. My wife is in the best health in years. It is too bad she still needs the 24/7 care, otherwise I would take her home. My hat goes for the staff and management of this facility.
September 2021
On the positive side, a few of the staff eventually showed some compassion towards our Dad and family visitors but only after we made a fuss. This improvement nudged the review upwards. The negative side of this review was earned by the facility due to our early on experiences. We witnessed signs of neglect. On one visit there were dirty sheets on the floor; on another, we thought he wasn’t in his bed. He was actually hidden under pillows and covers, wedged between the bed and wall. It must have taken him hours to get into that uncomfortable position during which time no one had checked on him. As for us visitors, we were treated with a toxic mix of outward hostility and indifference. That this behavior exists in plain view and tolerated by management is shocking. It doesn’t reflect positively on the facility’s current corporate culture.
