Great location in Austin. The carestaff are patient and friendly. The Dining team is happy and helpful. The courtyard has a beautiful fountain and lovely benches to relax on with your family.

The Heritage at Hunters Chase has been a great peace of mind during our current pandemic. Not only have they kept their residents safe they have gone above and beyond to keep us in constant communication with our Mom. We have only encountered friendly and caring staff who have grown to care for and love our Mom. We feel blessed to have her here.

The caretakers are so patient and compassionate. My grandmother lights up when they come into her room. I have no doubt that she is in great hands. More than once Ive experienced the staff going above and beyond expectations to ensure shes happy and cared for.

My mother lived at the Heritage at Hunters Chase for over 4 years until she passed away in May 2020. Most all of the staff especially in the Memory Care floor (Traditions) TRULY care. They took amazing care of my mother on the Memory Care floor, and everyone who visited her noticed and commented on it to me. The director, Carolyn is dedicated and got back to me promptly when I emailed or needed to talk to her. Hunter, director of resident care gives out his personal cell number to everyone and encourages calls anytime. Christian, the memory care director knows the details of whats happening with all the memory care residents and truly cares. There are activities happening on memory care floor all the time and memory care is pretty reasonably priced. The memory care staff actually enjoys the residents and has fun with them. After her stroke, my mother was combative. We did put her on meds for that, but what really helped is the Memory Care staffs approach to residents - by frequent gentle touch and showing her much love, she calmed down, stopped needing her calming meds, and responded back with love. During Covid lockdown when we couldnt visit, they set up video chat appointments for us to visit with loved ones. My mother was so confused (with Alzheimers and several strokes) she did not understand the concept of a video chat. So the staff several times used their own personal cell phones to FaceTime for us and she understood and participated in that. I did not ask for this, they did it on their own. I wanted to reimburse them for data charges but they refused every time. They also took amazing care of her as she declined and finally passed away. Christian thanked ME for letting THEM take care of her. I will really miss the smiling faces and true dedication of Adeley, Yesenia, Fabi, Nancy, Christian, Nikki, and Minnie. Im sorry - I know Im forgetting some people. I am so grateful to you guys for your care of Ann H. Thank you.

My dad has been there 10 months, overall things are good, more attention to detail could be done.Most of the caregivers are kind and attentive. The Covid 19 has taken its toll on everyone. More turnover.If problems occurs and they do it is usually addressed pretty quickly.

Heritage at hunters chase has been very accommodating when it comes to my grandfather. The grounds and the community are well kept. Plenty of activities everyday for the residents. They have different levels for each type of care you need. My grandfather is in assisted living portion. He is not the picture perfect resident to say the least and they do a very good job of putting up with him. They actually gave him a job as a groundskeeper. Only issue was the ac and in the summer some rooms do get pretty hot during the day.

Im looking for legitimate reviews and the people posting are pretending to have parents living in 3-4 different Heritage assisted living locations around the country. (?) Look at their other reviews. Shame on you for promoting a business by having (possible employees) post fake reviews on numerous review sites. Some of us are trying to make difficult, important decisions.
