This community is a great community! The staff is friendly and very attentive to the residents . Nurse Erica is always available and professional . Easy to talk with and very receptive to staff, residents and guests. I always enjoy visiting as it is clean, friendly and the residents are happy.

We had to move my father to The Springs of Austin on sudden notice. Everyone was helpful and kind. The facility feels more like a home than a facility. The living room areas are bright and cheerful. Everything is super clean. I felt relief that this where my father was moved to. I highly recommend this place as an option for your loved one.

When my mom's illness left her unable to care for herself at home, I needed to find a place where she could be safe, secure and comfortable, with staff aroiund 24-7. I was so fortunate to find the Springs of Austin. After a day at a sub-standard facility, I brought my mom to the Springs and it was a great experience considering the circumstances. The facility was super clean, the staff was caring, and the rates were very reasonable. My mom's last few months would have beeen far more challenging had we not found the Springs of Austin. Would recommend to anyone who needs assisted living for a family member.

My sister has been a resident in the Assisted Living section of The Springs of Austin. She seems very contented there and that is very comforting to me and my family. The building is new, not very large and has a nice large common room. The meals are delicious and my sister likes them. The staff from the Executive Director and the Care Coordinator to the individual caregivers have been excellent and accommodating to our every need. This is a most excellent assisted l8ving and Memory Care facility

My mother became a resident at The Springs of Austin in late Dec and so far we have been very pleased with the care and attention she has received. The facility is clean and pleasant, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The Director, Ula, has been especially kind and considerate of our needs, making the whole experience much easier. My mother feels well cared for at The Springs, and has made new friends among the other residents. The Springs of Austin has provided an ideal solution at a difficult time for myself and my mother.

I simply can't say enough about the exec director, nurses, caregivers at the Springs. This is by far the best experience I've had for my parents in assisted living. Communication has been strong, the caring is top-notch, the small numbers of rooms allow for better attention when needed... and a bonus is that their relations with Altus Hospice allows for seamless support. Despite my parents challenging medical circumstances, they've come through in flying colors. VERY Highly recommended.

My mom stayed at the Springs of Austin for two weeks in early fall. When she returned home she frequently said, "I miss those girls up there." That made me happy about my decision for mom. The staff were easy to work with and attentive to my mom.

My mom has been living at the Springs for six months now. The caregivers are excellent, very patient and kind. It is a new and immaculately clean facility, bright and sunny. My mom has been happy and I always find her to be groomed and in good spirits. The caregivers sometimes come and go ( like all facilities) but the current patient care coordinator Erica has built a strong team of caregivers who work well together. It is a small facility but it’s perfect for my mom, she hates loud noises and gets overstimulated by too much commotion. The residents enjoy each other and are like a family. It is not big enough to require a full time nurse, but there are outsourced Doctors and Nurse Practitioners that the facility contracts with and they are excellent and always responsive . It is hard to find the right place for a loved one but I would recommend this place. It is a home.

I play classical piano (amateur) at most all Memory Care and Retirement Communities that have pianos. In other words, I'm very familiar with the quality, environment and staff at many Memory Care living communities in central Texas. Springs of Austin is one of the nicest Memory Care facilities in central Texas. It's noticeably obvious that the staff cares very much for each and every resident, especially Charisma Figueroa. The environment and quality are high standard. Speaking from experience, I highly recommend Springs of Austin for your loved one. Mark Garcia

I’ve had the opportunity to engage with the residents and staff at The Springs of Austin and can honestly say there are many reasons I give this community 5 stars. The assisted living and memory care areas are kept very clean. The aroma from the meals cooked by the chef always makes me hungry and the staff are very professional and pleasant to work with. Charisma, along with the rest of the team are very passionate about the care their residents receive and go above and beyond to make sure that occurs. There’s an evident cohesiveness that occurs between the staff of The Springs of Austin and any outside vendors partnering to provide that second layer of care. I recently had the privilege of visiting The Springs of Austin, and my experience left me compelled to share the warmth and compassion that defines this remarkable establishment. What sets this assisted living facility apart is the owner, Sravanis’s hands-on approach and personal involvement. Sravani helped me understand different levels of care and how her staff is equipped to provide resident centered care. The living spaces are meticulously maintained. I would highly recommend to check them out!!

The Springs of Austin is a God send. They care for my Mother like she is family. The staff is amazing, and they keep all of the residents engaged, every day! They keep the residents engaged with painting, crafts, games and puzzles, all which are so important in elderly care. The place is so clean, and the food looks amazing. After looking at numerous facilities, I am all in on recommending this residents home, because it feels, acts and looks like home! It’s the best possible place for your loved ones.

I love visiting this facility. The facility itself is clean, bright, and modern. I enjoy the small size and mellow nature of the community. The program director is so warm and kind. The staff is pretty consistent vs the constant turn over I see in other facilities.

The resident care, coordinator, Charisma, is the glue! Charisma strives to keep all residents engaged and happy. Charisma is deeply committed and dedicated. It is obvious that she thoroughly enjoys her work and she always greets me with a smile when I come to visit. Charisma definitely goes above and beyond! Her coordination efforts enable other health care providers at the facility to be accommodating and helpful as well. My mom speaks very highly of Charisma and truly appreciates her and staff dearly. I rest assured that my mom is in awesome care!

Came today for a tour at lunch time. The food looked amazing. The place was so clean was very happy to see the hole place clean. The ED,Manger and owner I really liked more then any place I have looked today. We looked at 6 places. Would highly recommend.

The Springs of Austin is an intimate community, privately owned with an amazing resident care coordinator who truly cares for the residents. Beautiful studio and one bedroom apartments that give your loved ones their independence with the assistance they may need from the staff. It really feels like a family setting. With charming and delightful residents.
