My grandma has been here for almost a month and the administrators, nurses and staff have been great! My family did a virtual tour of several places due to the pandemic restrictions, and we knew this was the best place as soon as finished the tour. Lisa is great and has been exceptional in helping all of us get settled into a routine! The staff has helped us manage the big change of moving from a house to an assisted living, get her a good doctor for health care, and provide us books to read to understand what we can do to make the process easier. John does a great job of keeping the place running the way you would want for you family! Plus, they have daily devotionals, great meals, lots of activities and a clean and welcoming environment. My family highly recommends Wells Point Lodge to anyone who wants the best place for their loved one to continue to live happily and peacefully!

Heatherwilde is a small, quality, assisted living facility. The staff is helpful and friendly and it has been a good place for my mom close to our home. She enjoys her new friends there and the many musical programs every week. Thanks Heatherwilde!

My grandmother moved in about a month ago. She absolutely loves her studio, its the perfect size. Two halls..one who are more ambulatory, and one who need more help. There are a few different levels of care to choose from. 2 dining rooms with delicious food, and residents do have some daily choices. Nursing staff and recreational director are above average. Super nice too. They have devotional every morning for those who wish to go. Wifi is in the living rooms and they have a big bookshelf full of books. Too many good things to list!

Our family chose Heatherwilde Assisted Living for our parents 4 years ago because we knew someone who lived there and she highly recommended it. Mother passed away in June 2018 but Dad still resides there. He likes the staff, the food and the activities Staff members greet you when you visit and are responsive to requests and concerns. Susan LaBree, the facility administrator is helpful and easy to communicate with.I visit a couple of times a week and the facility is always clean, seasonally decorated and pleasantly lit. There are activities for residents to enjoy such as morning devotional, visits from school kids, and holiday dinners. My father considers it his home and our family is grateful for the excellent care and support he receives.

I moved both of my parents, after four years at various other independent and assisted living facilities in Round Rock and Georgetown to Heatherwilde Assisted Living about three years ago. All of the other facilities had some positives, but obviously enoughs negatives to precipitate moving, which is hard on your loved ones as well as yourself. I mention this only to give context to this review. Mom passed away last year, but Dad is still living at Heatherwilde. Of all of the places in which they have lived, Heatherwilde is most definitely the best and it happens to be the least expensive. One of the things that will tell you a lot about a facility is how long the staff stick around. There are several, employees that have been at the facility since we first moved Mom and Dad in. Although not a new facility the premises is always clean and neat as are the staff. The decor is beautiful and the staff decorate for every holiday and hold special events for each. There are MANY activities available for residents, and although my parents dont participate, many residents do and they staff are amazing in their enthusiasm. My Dad can be difficult in temperament and says things I wish he wouldnt, but the staff is very patient and kind with him. I didnt give five stars because no place is perfect and we have had challenges like all places where humans meet, but Heatherwilde has been a clean, safe haven for my parents and any bumps along the way have been worked out satisfactorily and I am very happy with the care my Father receives.

My aunt lived at Heatherwilde Assisted Living for the past three years. We recently had to move her to a skilled nursing facility. This move was difficult for all of us, especially my aunt, as Heatherwilde had become home and the staff had become family. She left behind many friends, both staff and residents. I cant say enough about how supportive this group of people has been in helping me and my family navigate both the emotional and physical well being of my aunt. She still talks about them all and especially seems to miss the good cooking there. If you have a loved one that needs assistance, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Heatherwilde. They will be there for your entire family.

Our father lived alone until he fell and broke his femur. After researching the different types of assisted living facilities, the family felt the residential care home would be a good fit for dad. We lined up quite a few tours. What we discovered was since dad was going to have a roommate, most of the bedrooms were really too small to accommodate two adults. Most dont have bathrooms and showers in every bedroom. Dad would have welcomed extra space to freely move around in his wheelchair other than his room. Some home facilities dont have this. We also realized dad didnt want to live in a two or three story apartment style living. Finding Heatherwilde Assisted Living in Pflugerville was what we were looking for. Bathrooms, showers in every room, extra living area and great food.Heatherwilde is a very comfortable and inviting environment, not to big but not too small. A good fit for dad.

I would just like to say that Heatherwilde Assisted Living is an exceptionally well run facility because of Susan Labree the administrator. My wife has had her mother and daddy both at Heatherwilde until they passed away and they were both very very well cared for. I now have my mother at Heatherwilde and she has been a resident at the facility going on her fourth year. She has been exceptionally well cared for during her stay at Heatherwilde. Susan runs a very well maintained facility that is always clean and you can tell the residents are happy. I would recommend this Assisted Living to anyone looking for neat, clean, well run facility for a loved one.

My father-in-law lived here for several years. They always did a wonderful job with him (and he was definitely difficult at times). What makes this place 5 stars for my husband and me is what they have done for us after he fell and broke his hip. First, they moved him to their more advanced unit in anticipation of him returning. When it was clear hed need more advanced care, Susan offered to call several places for us to find the right place for him. Unfortunately, he passed away before the move; however, Susan and her staff CONTINUED to help us and have been so patient with our family. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

When looking for a place for Ms Betty we investigated many assisted living centers. We picked Heatherwilde because of the staff. Respect and friendliness is abound with the people here. They greet you and they smile!! Ms. Susan Labree is so helpful in making the transition to her place easy. Her door is always open to families and residents alike, NOT something I have seen anywhere else that I looked. I stop in daily and I have yet to encounter anything but happy residents. There are some fun activities that the residents enjoy such as bingo, exercise classes, volleyball, visits from school kids, fall festival to mention just a few. I am a believer that its not the PLACE its the STAFF that makes Heatherwilde Assisted Living our choice. They care and it shows.

My folks are in their late 80s and we previously thought that independent living would be a good option. This was not the case - since moving into Heatherwilde ALC they have significantly increased their interaction with other residents, they are making friends, spending less time alone in their room which leads to more time participating in scheduled activities. and they eating better. The staff at Heatherwilde does a great job with the services provided and in encouraging my folks to get involved. Previously they (my folks) tended to hibernate in their apartment, that is not the case any more. Thanks to the team at Heatherwilde.
