My wife and I have lived here for 3 years, we wish we had a balcony but other than that, it's a great place to live.

First of all, I have to thank the management team, maintenance team and front office for the good work they do. Starting with the maintenance team, Chris and Travis do an excellent job when it comes to addressing my issues. Chris is so knowledgeable and does his due diligence in resolving the problem. He takes care of my issues within 24-48 hours. He's a keeper. Our office manager Veronica, is so awesome. She's always so concerned, always want to make sure the residents are taken care of. I appreciate all that she does and stand for. Thank you Veronica. Last but not least, is the front office admin. Arlette is so kind, understanding and listens to me. She too is concerned about the residents in our community. She offers advice, notated the issue and pass the info to management. She has excellent customer service. She's a keeper. The staff we have now is outstanding . Once again thank you all for what all you do. Just know you're appreciated. I have been living here since this complex opened in 2017. Bernadine Rhone-Carter

Harris Branch Senior living, is an idea place 7 mi. from downtown. It has a great ambiance, quiet and peaceful, office staff is very attentive and helpful all issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I been here since 2021and it has been an outstanding journey.

Must say the staff at Harris Branch 55+ is the most helpful and professional. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Arlette and she was so patient and knowledgeable with the application process. She is AMAZING at what she does and it was a pleasure to do business with this complex. The property is beautiful and quiet. The apartments are nice and so are the ameneties. Great experience!

I have lived here for 6 months. My apartment is beautiful. The building adminities are unacceptable. The tenants you talk to, have many complaints. The office staff has changed twice since I've been here. Not really safe for seniors. Building is not kept clean. The present staff tries hard to please, but comes up short.

I was moved in back middle of November 2021 with a 2 months November and December free rent concessions without any stipulations attached and signed the lease contract that included the 2 months rent concessions. Now after More than 3 months,the office staff email me that she was wrong for emailing in November for notify me that the 2 months is free and the lease contract i was already signed was wrong saying November was not free so that i must paid prorated rent for November That was not only professional but also breach of contract. I am asking the owner to look over my signed lease contract and email confirmation sent to me by office staff confirming the 2 months free rent concessions to correct and adjust my account. Thanks Thanks,Alex for resolving all problem and a nice discussion today.

Was able to find this great apartment for my retired aunt. Not only did Shabe ( sale manager ) help us chose the perfect apartment, but also was patient and very professional. Her great demeanor toward helping set my aunt in her apartment was beyond my expectations. This place looks like a fun place to be. When I was moving my aunt, I met a nice church lady that was giving fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, and other groceries to the seniors. She was telling me that they do that every Sunday. We also met other seniors around and my aunt started making friends right away. Thank you Shabe, you have a great attitude, great customer service and a heart of gold.

The floor plans are nice, but the parking for residents is not good especially for those handicap. The staff is friendly. I also never rented and had to pay for light bulbs or any maintenance issues.
