Worked with this company since I was 16, I have nothing but positive things to say about my workplace and the improvements they have made since I have started working there. I am almost 24 now, I would not change a thing about where I work! Management always answers questions, makes sure things are followed up on, and that the houses our elders live in are updated and safe! Happy to be a part of the team!

Otterbein Senior living is a great place to work. Been with Otterbein since 2017. Our Coach Sonya is very understanding and fair. She has bought stability and structure to our campus with her work Ethic and is a great person.

Our management team is awesome they fought for our temporary point system for people who had points for coming in late and for last minute call offs.

From my 14 year experience as an aide in the healthcare field I have never experienced so much love, connection and support anywhere as I have at Otterbein Loveland. Management keeps such a respectful level of professionalism while still maintaining a fun, family oriented ascetic as well as making sure they address the needs of every individual, ( guest and employee). I told them before and I'll keep saying it, but I will become a permanent fixture at this campus.

It was a very good experience! Our loved one was here for a short period of time, but they treated her very well. They fed her well, and she had a fine time there. We had no complaints or issues with them whatsoever. It was very well run, and they were very responsive. We had no trouble getting them on the phone if we needed to get ahold of them. Overall, a very positive experience!
