The facility itself is pretty nice but the aids help make it stand out. The best aid to my father was with was Bridget. Bridget was phenomenal, she was always the quickest when he needed something and treated my father with respect and care. If you can get Bridget as an aid she will make your time here much more enjoyable.

The Care I received was excellent in my recovery the physical therapy department Steve and James were great and getting me ready for life after leaving the facilities second floor. Staff was absolutely phenomenal. J my patient care assistant. She personally took the time in the overnight to make sure that my laundry was done and my needs were addressed along with the other PCAs. We’re great. Peter and the rest of the nursing staff were second to none. They made sure that I received my meds on time and book my appointments in conjunction with Burke The transportation driver who assisted me and not only getting to my appointments on time he made absolute sure that I was comfortable, and the transportation was a very safe and comfortable experience. Overall, I could not have asked for a better facility in a word awesome.

We just wanted you to know what an amazing staff you have on Cherry Hall. We appreciate how much the Cherry team truly cared about my Mom (Gerri McCoy) as well as the other residents. They truly get to know the residents and their personalities and quirks. They treat everyone with respect and dignity, even though it’s not always easy. Not only that, the team was such a loving support system for us as she passed away. The staff goes above and beyond daily to build relationships with the residents and families, they are kind and patient and they keep the residents safe. The amount of gratitude we have for the staff is immeasurable, and we can truly say we’re happy that this is the home we picked for my Mom in her final years. I have stayed at Majestic Care Cedar Village for a rehab. I really loved the attention of the nursing staff. But especially i am gratefull to Anna Beniash for her help with making my leisure time meaningfull and fun. She conducts Russian club where we talk, sing and play games. I was able to show my artwork to the whole cedar village community and had a "meet the artist" event. She also helps with all Russian speaking residents communications. I would definately recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehabilitation help or permanent stay.

Majestic Care Cedar Village has been an answer to prayer for our mother. Although we hoped she could continue living at home, an episode in 2023 resulted in her needing more care than we could provide. She has been well cared for by the staff. She has been able to experience so many wonderful events including musical concerts, a petting zoo, craft days, a Christmas craft fair as well as family parties and celebrations. The entire staff is friendly, professional and hard working. The rooms are spacious and the cleaning staff does a great job. We love the bay windows so that residents have a view to the outside world. The grounds are beautifully kept and peaceful. We highly recommend this care facility for your family member.

Rabbi Simon and the Majestic Care Cedar Village team did an incredible job in taking care of all aspects of our father's shiva. They did so with the utmost professionalism and efficiency, as well as with a very caring attitude. Rabbi Simon and the Cedar Village team made sure that all those arriving for the shiva knew where to go and were taken care of before the family arrived from the funeral. This included going above and beyond their responsibilities by also helping to set up the food and tables in the room where the shiva took place. Rabbi Simon also coordinated with the family's congregational rabbi to make sure that all went smoothly. They also conducted the prayers at the shiva in a very meaningful and sensitive way that helped the family to honor the deceased.

Majestic Care at Cedar Village Is probably the best place that I could’ve ever picked to live as independent living right now. Since moving in 2 1/2 years ago, Majestic Care has been working very hard to improve everything about the place when I moved in. I thought it was beautiful but now with all the work and changes, they are doing it is even better, I think that physical therapy department is probably the best with their pool and the therapy Department with their indoor pool and treadmill for me because I’m disabled and can’t walk. I get all the help I need all the time. I think that our new director Andrew is doing everything possible to make living at Cedar Village even better. I Can’t think everyone on here, but the people that help me are possibly the best in the business

Multiple calls and letter from me not effective, I had to have my attorney contact them, only then did they send the check.

My grandma has been at this facility for a week receiving rehab and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Especially about Amanda, the nurse that has taken such wonderful care of her and gone above and beyond to make sure my precious grandma is comfortable - including bringing her freshly brewed coffee every morning. Therapy has been wonderful and they have worked so hard at making sure she is able to return home safely. I don’t have my own experience. I have a witty patient experience. I’ve been in the healthcare care field for 30 years. Patients deserve to know about their care. The poor soul doesn’t enjoy fried food ( upsets her stomach), dietician should talk to residents that have mental clarity. Social worker/case worker should be involved in appointments and any other needs. She doesn’t enjoy the dinning arrangement due to the pandemic . It’s depressing. You all need to do better to please the patients, not your establishment.

I went here after hip surgery for rehab. Only had 1/2 hr of rushed therapy in 3 days. Could not wait to get out if there. The food was horrible, why they don't get a better cook is beyond me. I'm sure they throw away a lot of unbeaten meals. The night and weekend staff are not at all friendly and some downright rude. This includes RN's. They obviously hate their jobs. There were a few that were pleasant; Laurie, Ashley and Melinda. Read all reviews before sending anyone here, at least for rehab. Place could have been cleaner too.

Exactly what Pilar Gomez stated in reviews. A review that was posted 2 years ago from mine. I ranked Cedar Village a 2 & not a 1; because the physical therapy program is good. Front staff has been friendly. Some nurses are good but some are horrible. The food is bad & always cold. I often take in meals as much as I can. When a patient calls for bathroom assist; it can take 1/2 hour or more. Nurse(s) get upset if he is assisted, yet they can’t accommodate. If the assist complains of an patient inconstinance issue; ask how long it took assist to respond. Also, they worry about a patient not gaining weight ?! Perhaps if they didn’t forget to bring meal(s), that would help. We always have someone with my dad 24 hours. Sort of defeats the whole program; but the main reason we have a family member there is for the physical therapy, otherwise we could provide better care at home. Same issues about 2 years ago but things were better for the duration because I made sure to check in daily & address any issues with upper management.
